Walking distance to the landmark Huaqiang North and metro station. Able to rent Halo bicycle just outside the hotel. Super friendly staff. Free laundry and fruits was provided. The only thing to improve is the privacy of the toilet door 😂. The door can't close completely but it's not a big issue.

Got burned with this 4.5 rated stars... My rate? Maybe a 3 at most.. The room is quite small, that is expected with this room rate. At first when I went into the room, musky smell also expected because not many rooms are rented out. When room don't get use and with the old carpet, that is where the smell comes from...So at the front desk I requested the room must have windows. Once in the room, opened the windows, turn on the A/C, much better. No insects, no mold.. that is good.. All in all do not expect much in this hotel room or services. If you just want to go in for a rest. It is a hotel worth of 3 stars.

Surrounding environment is quiet,easy access to food,hotel service is good. Front office very helpful. Breakfast is moderate. Overall is great.

The hotel is conveniently located, just one stop from Huaqiang Road Station. There is a Walmart supermarket nearby. The wooden house barbecue is very convenient. The male colleague who received me at the front desk was only looking at his phone. I kept waiting for him but he ignored me and directly threw me to another team sister. Fortunately, the sister who took over was very enthusiastic and provided good service. She also helped me upgrade the room to a business room, but it didn't feel big, not like 29 square meters. I can't imagine how small the standard room I originally booked would be. In addition, the cleanliness needs to be improved. The bathroom floor is black on all four sides. There is a large pool of blood-like spray stains on the floor mat in the center of the room. It's not comfortable to see it. It looks like it should be old. It is recommended to find a cleaning company to clean it. I think this should not be the cleaner's problem because the room feels very clean as a whole, and there is no dust, so it should be that the hardware is old and needs maintenance. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I saw the reviews that it seemed to be very rich, but I didn't get to eat it. When I went down, it was around 7:30 and there were already several foreigners eating, but the food was not served at all. When I was eating, there were several empty seats without food. Later, I saw the staff slowly served all the food in several batches. By then, I had finished eating. If the food is not prepared until 7:30 to 8 o'clock, don't say that the food will be served at 7 o'clock. What's the point of serving a few empty bowls when it's not ready at all? Also, the attitude of the waitress at the door of the restaurant was very average, as if you owed her money and was rude. It was a bit long. I hope your restaurant can improve.

The room was very clean and the stay experience was very good. There was nothing wrong with it! The service attitude of the front desk lady and the cleaning lady was also very good.
