Stay in Grand Zuri Kuta Hotel was excellent! Room was very spacious and the view to the pool was also nice! There is a small convenience store just next to the hotel. A fun little thing is when the breakfast is served, the staff will make a small dance performance by the pool. Nice little addition to the breakfast experience!

Nice hotel to stay with Halal Certified. Good for muslim and no need think twice for breakfast.

The staff is very friendly. Room was okay, has slipper but no shampoo Bed is big, but the blanket is quite thin. The hotel also has swimming pool, gym and transportation service to the airport (150,000 per trip)

Outstanding hotel with service second to none.  Mira on reception was exceptional.  She delivered outstanding service with a ready smile.  Room was spacious with a chair and a luggage rack bench/seating area.  During 4 nights stay, we are asked twice if everything was satisfactory.  Staff were extremely friendly and polite. However, egg station guy was painfully slow, surly and misogynistic.  “I will bring your fried egg to your table”.  5 minutes later, he was serving other men (not previously in the queue) and then asked what I wanted.  Not impressed as previous guests had complained about him. Indian dishes were atrocious. Given the huge restaurant, it seemed a waste that they were unable to benefit from a captive audience as there were few restaurants in the surrounding area.  We were the only guests in the restaurant on our first night.  Other Indian guests agreed with my comments.  I gave them numerous suggestions to maximise their potentials.  Given management had ignored complaints about the lethargic guy, I think it is unlikely that they may not take onboard my comments.

Our staff prides themselves on being friendly and polite, so it's wonderful to hear that reflected in your feedback.However, we are deeply concerned and frankly, very disappointed to read about your experience at the egg station and with the Indian dishes. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the slow, surly, and unacceptable behavior of the egg station attendant. His actions, particularly the comment about bringing your fried egg to the table and then serving other guests out of turn, are completely contrary to our service standards. We are especially troubled to hear your perception of misogynistic behavior. This is not tolerated in our hotel, and we will be addressing this immediately and rigorously with the individual concerned. We are also very sorry to learn that previous guests have had similar complaints that you feel were ignored. Please be assured that we take all feedback seriously, and we are investigating why these complaints were not acted upon effectively.Regarding the Indian dishes, we are truly sorry they were atrocious and did not meet your expectations. It's disheartening to hear that despite the potential of our large restaurant, we weren't able to fully cater to your culinary preferences, especially given the limited dining options nearby. We appreciate you taking the time to offer numerous suggestions to maximize our potential, and we value your insights.We understand your skepticism, given your past observations, but please be assured that your comments are extremely valuable to us. Overall experience was good, except for noise level is a bit loud between rooms. I was staying on level 2, can hear music from the restaurant. Request Hotel morning music to change to more smoothing music. There are a few eating places nearby. Next to hotel, there is a nice place Harum Bali shop, a great place for shopping for cakes, Kueh Lipids and a large variety of tidbits and snacks.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Zuri Kuta Bali, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were very attentive throughout my entire stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern design and a peaceful atmosphere. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the modern amenities, including the large flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and high-speed internet. The pool area was a highlight of my stay. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Kuta. The pool bar offered refreshing drinks, and the staff were always available to cater to any request. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide range of local and international options to start the day. The location of the hotel is ideal—just a short walk from Kuta Beach, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. It's perfect for those looking to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Kuta while enjoying a more relaxed, peaceful retreat. Overall, my experience at Grand Zuri Kuta Bali was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made it a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Bali!

Really satisfied and super happy with our stay at this hotel. Everything was above par and i have nothing to complain about. The rooms are clean, food is yummy and staffs are very helpful. Really recommend this hotel for those planning to go Bali with family members and wish to stay near the city.
