Nice resort although it might need some maintenance. Overall it’s is still very acceptable. Some nice food around and price are reasonable. Need to rent a car though

The villa was relatively clean though we found a cockroach and the pool floor was slimy. It was quickly rectified by the staff. Service was impeccable. Villa is a bit dated. Some parts of the flooring is cracked and broken and the pool tiles look like they need to be replaced. Other areas looks like they have been recently refurbished. The beach area is clean but there are no water sports. You can kayak but if you want to do other water sports, the hotel staff can take you to another beach for a fee. Location is quiet and peaceful. My parents loved the stay.

Amazing experience . Accommodated early check-in, arranged pick-up. Food and drinks at the bar are really great . Everyone super nice and friendly . Perfect for families , offers a lot of privacy , own beach . However I must mention that the property is old , maintenance definitely needs improvement .

I've been there and the service staff is very good. There is a clean swimming pool to play in. Good atmosphere. Must go again. The hotel is convenient for transportation. Near many tourist attractions, there is a beautiful sea.

This place is pure luxury. When we were visiting they were doing renovations to the restaurant but they still delivered an exceptional breakfast experience. The staff are all friendly and attentive.

MaiKhao Dream Villas might not be the first choice for Phuket go-ers who want the party scene, but if you want to be somewhere where you can get some real me-time without the noise of the city, you will be hard pressed to find a better place in Phuket. The villas sit in grounds which are immaculately maintained, with beautiful greenery all around. Service is excellent. The crown jewel here is the beach, which is less than 60 seconds away from our villa. MK beach takes one’s breath away, so clean and so so quiet. Had a lovely massage too. Resort provides you with bicycles which you can use to explore the area (we cycled to nearby restaurant Yenjai everyday). Each villa is humungous with a 1.6m pool, a jacuzzi and a small plunge pool. You have no reason to leave really.

Pros. The location of the hotel, and especially the villas with access to the beach, is wonderful. Very beautiful, clean, everyone is friendly, smiling. Beautiful pictures both in the morning and in the evening. The Russian-speaking manager Zabira was very helpful in all matters. The villa is cozy, Thai and modern styles are well combined. Very comfortable mattresses, pillows. High-quality bed linen. Not silk, of course, but deluxe satin. Excellent breakfasts. The buffet is small, but there is everything. A good selection of fruits. Chopped sausages, natural. Shrimp, mussels, salmon and even crabs, trumpeter and Tom yam..) Not bad brut. They allow you to have breakfast in their villa. Just carry it yourself. For us, this is a very big plus. My daughter wakes up late:) Cons. Very cold water in the pool at the villa. The small pool, which is supposedly a "hot tub", is also very cold and has been in need of repair for a long time. There are sooo many flies on the veranda. Something needs to be done. This is unacceptable in a hotel of this level. The breakfasts are good, but... There is only one fresh orange juice, and it is not enough. It ran out quickly, and there were no more. The chicken sausages ran out just as quickly, and they did not bring them anymore either. In general, some kind of savings can be felt... It is unpleasant. There is an incomprehensible decorative pool in the lobby. But it does not create any beauty. No lighting, no fish... Just water in the floor. And there is no fencing! I was filming a review video and did not notice it. I do not know how I did not break everything, but only bruised my leg. There are very sharp corners of porcelain stoneware. Be extremely careful! Especially with children. A child can run and not notice. At the reception they said that this is not the first case...

For a 4-person trip, a two-story, three-bedroom apartment was given. This apartment is not facing the sea, and there is a two-bedroom apartment between the sea. If you choose four people, the bedroom on the second floor is closed and cannot be used, but the swimming pool and living room on the second floor can be used. The overall area is large, and it is convenient and spacious even for 6 people. This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. As early as 2016, when I stayed there, it was full of vitality, and the hardware management and soft services were very good. In 2023, after three years of the epidemic, the facilities became older, mainly due to lack of care and not many guests. This time, the hardware has been renovated, but it is still insufficient, especially the lack of maintenance of green plants. Compared with the first stay, it still feels dilapidated. There are very few guests staying in the hotel, and most of the time it feels like there are only one or two guests. It may be related to the overall decline in the flow of people in Mai Khao Beach. Breakfast is basically the same every day. Since there are no guests, I feel like I am eating leftovers in the next few days. The beach is still very clean, there are many small crabs, the waves are big, and you can't swim. Fortunately, there are three swimming pools in the private yard to enjoy. In addition, transportation is still the most convenient by car

I had some expectations after reading the reviews, and I didn't think the room was particularly shabby. Except for the door that let in mosquitoes and the air conditioner that automatically turned off in the middle of the night, everything else was good and livable. The staff were very enthusiastic and always greeted guests with a smile. I would like to thank the staff at the coast in particular. My son scratched his foot at the beach, and he received emergency treatment immediately. The wound healed very quickly. Thank you for his timely treatment. Overall, it was a perfect trip. The only drawback was that the kitchen was only equipped with one pot, which was a bit difficult for a chef like me who had to use seven pots for a meal, hahaha

The 400 square meter room is very large, with a private swimming pool and massage pool. The waiter is very good and can help solve all problems. There are few tourists and Mai Khao Beach is just outside. I am willing to come again next time.

Although this hotel is a bit old and some of the facilities in the rooms are old, the hygiene is still OK. The family suite we booked has a private pool, which is very convenient for children to play in the water. There is a beach within a few minutes of walking out, for those who like to be clean. Relatively friendly, with dining nearby and 7-11 convenience stores about 10 minutes' walk away.

The hotel is far from the city center but very quiet. The service staff are very enthusiastic and the room is cleaned very cleanly. It happened to be my husband's birthday on one of the days we stayed, and the hotel was very considerate and sent a birthday cake. It was very unexpected and very happy. Very satisfied.
