Stayed over for a night to just relax, swim and chill with my partner. I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and the hotel was super sweet to upgrade our room to a bigger size, providing a pregnancy pillow, and adding in non-slip elements within the bathroom!

Fantastic service from start to finish - concierge super helpful, front desk remembered our names after first check in. Great central location in Futian with easy access to city, metro, food & shopping. We returned the following week & will choose to stay here when in Shenzhen. Corner deluxe room & huge bath with a view was spectacular. Appreciated tea, coffee, fresh milk & plenty of free water. Thanks especially to Alison & Alvin.

My stay at Four Seasons Shenzhen was exceptional. The staff provided outstanding hospitality, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The room was luxurious, spotless, and offered stunning city views. Dining was a highlight, with a diverse and high-quality breakfast buffet and excellent on-site restaurants. The facilities, including a well-equipped gym and serene pool, added to the experience. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, making my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, the impeccable service and attention to detail made this a truly memorable stay—I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

We selected the club floor to stay. However, the club service and product were nothing compared with Lamgham hotel Shenzhen (compared the same date of the price, Four Seasons charged almost double than Langham). The best part of this hotel is only location, nothing else.
Of course, service staff are professional and friendly but, the products are not that great at all.
