Though the reception staff doesn’t speak English, the way the staff treats customers is way better than I expected(I’m from Japan so I’m used to good service but I was surprised at their hospitality).
Upon checking in they gave me hot tea and check in process was faster than 5 star hotel in China. The room was clean and has enough amenities. The fridge in the room had a bunch of water bottles, and even snacks which were free. They also have free laundry service, you just put your laundry in the basket and next day you wake up with your laundry washed and hung on the doorknob. When I left the hotel they even gave me a small gift and a water bottle.Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel, and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located right next to the metro station, in a convenient part of Shenzhen. Unfortunately when we arrived, although the late night porridge was still open, there was no food left. The room was comfortable but there was a slight smell in the corridors and the breakfast wasn’t as varied as it has been in other Atour hotels. The service from the staff at reception was attentive and friendly.
