我住516，第二天八點鐘就開始裝修，七點多好像走廊裏麪很多人，拆牆面上的東西，牆面後面就是我住的地方516.把我從睡夢中驚醒，隔音又特別差勁，樓道里很多裝修隊在聊天，聽的一清二楚，吵的要死，那起床吧洗個頭吹一下頭吧，8.45分電都斷了，房間電都沒了，用自己手機我打前台電話等了10分鐘左右才給我送的電，我在七天住宿不少於十幾次了，每次給我的感覺是非常不爽，很差勁的一次住宿，睡了三個小時，不得不走了。

房間有壁虎，那個壁虎又會叫，吵得要死，嚇得我一晚上都沒睡好覺，早早就走了，還要155元一晚，下次咱也不來了

酒店整的來説還可以，附近交通方便，沒有早餐，不過外賣可以直接送到門口，這點挺好不用到大廳去拿，其他的還好

即然有點評，那就是經得起消費者的考驗，所以不忌諱評論才是，今天非常不滿，對這酒店非常大的意見，原因就是我2025年03月27日開的房，次日28號早上8點左右，還沒到退房的時間，在和前台説續房的事時，前台説已經把我還沒到退房的房間已經租岀去了，非常不理解，入住時前台酒店沒有告知，也沒有説住幾天要一次性付清或分次付款等，也沒有一個明確的退房和續房時間，按民法典裏的合同，酒店與顧客之間存在服務關係，顧客交付房費厚，酒店有義務在約定的時間內提供使用權，酒店未經協商單方面終止合同，如提前清退房間，屬於違約行為，按消費者權益保護法，消費者享有公平交易權，酒店擅自取消服務就是侵犯消費者合法權益。

挺好的到大鵬海邊有點距離，剛好要在附近辦事，附近吃飯很多選擇有條海鮮街，聰記荔枝木燒雞也很好吃值得推薦。
