"What a pleasant surprise! This hidden gem of a hotel is definitely worth revisiting. Its location is excellent, right next to a subway station and very close to Huaqiangbei Electronic World. As soon as you step into the lobby, the warm yellow lighting and minimalist decor, without excessive luxury, create a simple yet stylish atmosphere that instantly washes away the fatigue of travel. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional. Check-in was incredibly fast, and they even proactively recommended some local hidden gems and must-try restaurants nearby. Our twin room was exceptionally spacious, with soft and clean beds that felt like sleeping on clouds. The room was well-equipped, with efficient air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and excellent water pressure in the en-suite bathroom – a hot shower was pure bliss. The most pleasant surprise was the room's soundproofing, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast buffet was dazzlingly diverse, offering everything from Chinese steamed buns, congee, and fried dough sticks to Western bread, salads, coffee, and a variety of fresh fruits and hot dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were outstanding, making every bite incredibly satisfying. When checking out, the staff thoughtfully asked about our stay and even presented us with a small gift. This hotel truly offers exceptional value for money and thoughtful service. I highly recommend this hidden gem to every traveler. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again!"

"Great value and close to a lot of eateries. My room’s refrigerator was not working as they didnt build a hole in the cabinet to allow the plug to connect to the power socket..I only stayed for 2 nights so didn’t really needed the fridge, but would have been great if it was fixed before giving us the room."

"We are a family of 4, we booked the 2 bedroom deluxe and the suite exceeded our expectations. The place is brand new. A bit hard to find for the didi drivers because the driveway to the building looks like a sidewalk. Maybe need more signs to help get to the main door. Check in was swift, suite was huge from what we expected!! 2 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 king, 2 toilets, one with shower, one with tub, kitchen, dining, living room. Each room had a TV. They have a huge gym I wished I had time to use. There is a 7/11 convenience store around the corner of the building. Otherwise you can ask them to help you order food delivery. They have a washer dryer and kitchen but there are no utensils, cooking stuff, laundry soap in the unit, no worries just ask for what you need and they will to send these things up with the robot. I think most people don't use it anyways so they will give it when asked. They were so nice offered us complimentary coffee and buns for breakfast. We weren't sure how to use the dryer part of the 2in1 machine and they sent someone up straight away. I had ordered things that went missing and the front desk helped me out day and night, thank you so much! My chinese isnt so good so they helped me type and call for everything I needed. I asked them where to find items to buy and they ordered it to the hotel apartment immediately. They booked a private hire to Hong Kong for me too. If your Chinese is no good, it is helpful to carry their business card or have them write the chinese address so the didi/ taxi drivers can read it. My family loved staying here, and we will definitely stay here next time we are in Shen Zhen, it was so close to the main areas. Value for money, so new, so comfortable and so welcomed. Thank you Modena Team for a great stay! See you again soon."

Hotel near Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center,Shenzhen
"1. The room was spacious, with a table and chairs, which was great. It was also very clean and clutter-free. Personally, I felt really good about it, especially since I'm a bit of a germaphobe, but I felt very comfortable staying here. Plus, delivery drivers can't get in; you need a room card to access, which made me feel very secure. All food deliveries were left at the front desk. 2. The soundproofing was excellent; no loud noises at all. I arrived very late and there was only one room left, but it was still really nice. The hotel was also very thoughtful to carpet the hallways, so there's no noise when people walk by. And the cleaning staff (Auntie) was very polite! When they knocked to ask if I needed cleaning, their voice was at an appropriate volume. I've encountered situations in other hotels where the cleaning staff was extremely loud. 3. The transportation was also very convenient. It's very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk. There are also printing shops, convenience stores, fruit stores, and breakfast shops nearby. Honestly, it was a perfect fit. Although I only stayed one night because it was close to my interview location, I really had a great experience! 4. Also, it was my first time seeing a non-transparent bathroom! That was a huge plus! All the previous places I've stayed had transparent bathrooms, which always felt a bit strange. This one was perfect!"

Hotel near Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport and Fuyong,Shenzhen
"Environment: The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 5km from Bao'an Airport, a 20-yuan taxi ride away. There's a small river nearby, creating a pleasant and elegant atmosphere. It's also only 3km from Mangrove Park, making it perfect for families with kids to go crabbing or camping. Facilities: As part of the Hilton group, the hotel is well-equipped. The lobby is spacious and bright, offering welcome refreshments. Being a new hotel, everything feels fresh and new. My favorite amenity was the self-service laundry room; the quick wash cycle finished in just 15 minutes, and clothes were dry by the next day, which was incredibly convenient when traveling with children. Cleanliness: The room was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and the hygiene was excellent – sparkling clean throughout. The only minor drawback was a slight lingering new-decor scent due to its recent opening, but it was tolerable after opening the windows for ventilation. Service: Arriving late in the evening, the front desk staff patiently and thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and breakfast times. The next day, when I inquired about the location and activities at Mangrove Park, the hotel manager personally answered all my questions. Due to the hot weather, the manager even kindly drove us directly to the park entrance, which was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value for money, and I will definitely be back!"

Hotel near Huanggang Port and Futian Port,Shenzhen
"I happened to be staying at the hotel during the Winter Solstice and Christmas, and the hotel was just brimming with festive spirit! On the Winter Solstice, they offered dumplings and tangyuan as a late-night snack, and on Christmas Eve, the afternoon tea included Christmas éclairs and gingerbread, with so many Santa Claus and Christmas tree decorations on the plating 🎄. You can tell they put a lot of thought into it. Although there was a small mix-up during check-in, it was quickly resolved. I'd suggest that during peak times, you separate the check-in and check-out counters into two different channels, with a dedicated fast lane for check-out. This would prevent the check-in and check-out processes from becoming a chaotic mess. Also, setting up a queue guidance path would be helpful. It was a bit awkward to be sitting there checking in, with the previous guest's complimentary tea 🍵 still in front of me, and then someone just comes up to check out right then and there 🤦🏻‍♀️. The toiletries were of good quality, and the gym even offered bananas. Next time, if I get the chance, I'd love to try the guided meditation with an instructor 🧘🏻‍♀️."
