Although there was a long queue at the front desk, my attention was quickly drawn to a guest experience colleague, a 'leopard' 🐆 with auburn hair, holding a tablet. She approached us proactively, engaging us in a friendly chat about our travel plans. Noticing me glancing towards the restaurant, she immediately recommended the seasonal seafood buffet and instantly booked a table with a view on her tablet. Then she pulled up a QR code for travel photography and helped me schedule a shoot for the following evening. Finally, she even asked for our license plate number and, with a few taps, registered it for a parking discount. After our conversation, my luggage was already sent up, the restaurant booked, the photo shoot arranged, and parking sorted. By the time I reached the front desk, the only tasks left were to verify my ID and receive the room key; all other details had been seamlessly handled while waiting in line. As the front desk staff member smiled and handed over the room card, the colleague nearby gave me a 'have a great stay' gesture from a distance. From the moment we stepped out of the car to entering our room, the entire process was seamless, with someone proactively assisting at every step, making the wait almost imperceptible. Five-star rating! This goes to the proactive concierge, the joyful performance, the attentive guest experience team, and especially to the professional service that goes above and beyond with meticulous detail, making everything effortlessly convenient. This will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The hotel facilities are quite complete. There's a self-service laundry and a fitness area on the 14th floor. They even offer late-night snacks on the 14th floor after 9 PM. The room offers great value for money. The front desk lobby has a stylish design, and staff like Yoyo are very thoughtful during check-in, even asking if you're on a business trip. The front desk manager had excellent service. They were very considerate of guests' feelings, especially on a rainy day. They showed me different room types and respected my preferences, recommending a quiet room based on my needs. When I left, they even helped me carry my belongings to my car. Overall, it was a great stay. I really loved the room's design – very therapeutic, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I also particularly liked the screen window design.

The entire room was decorated with ocean-themed cartoons; the bedsheets, throw pillows, and wall decals all featured adorable sharks and jellyfish. My child shrieked with joy the moment they entered. The bathroom came with a cartoon bathtub and even had kids' water toys. The interactive floor projection created an amazing ambiance, and my child spent ages playing barefoot in the light and shadows. There was also an interactive 'treasure hunt' projection on the desk, which kept my child quietly entertained, finally allowing us parents to catch a break. Kids' toiletries, small slippers, and bathrobes were all provided, with every detail thoughtfully catering to children. 🧸 **Indoor Kids' Playground: Rich variety of activities!** The hotel's indoor playground is super spacious. The ball pit and giant building block area were clean and tidy, and there were special craft classes daily! In the lobby, there were also clown interactive performances and giant inflatable shark mascot parades. The clown did fancy ball tricks and gave out balloons, and my child chased the mascot around. The atmosphere was incredibly vibrant, keeping us entertained throughout. **Outdoor Sea View & Water Activities: Absolutely stunning!** The guest room balcony directly faces the entire Dameisha sea area, with distant views of mountains, sea, and small islands. Downstairs, the tiered pools and water slides lead directly to the beach, and the surrounding palm trees make for fantastic photo opportunities! Out at sea, there was an exciting flyboarding show, with high-flying water stunts that were both thrilling and beautiful – watching the show by the sea breeze was so therapeutic. The private beach wasn't too crowded, making it very pleasant for swimming and walking. The pool had different depths, so both adults and children could enjoy it safely. ✨ **Service and Amenities: Top marks 💯** The staff were gentle and polite throughout our stay. Whether it was guidance in the playground or room service, responses were super quick. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, with family activities rotating daily, so there's no need to go out looking for things to do with the kids. The hotel facilities are very well maintained; both public areas and guest rooms were clean and odorless. The air conditioning was powerful, and the soundproofing was effective, allowing us to rest with our child undisturbed. This is the top choice for a one-stop family vacation, with food, lodging, and entertainment all-inclusive, no need for strenuous travel. The sea view, family facilities, and service are all excellent. It's perfect for both short weekend getaways with kids or a relaxing family trip. It's already on my list for a second visit, highly recommended for families with children!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

I booked a two-night stay at the 金茂JW Marriott from July 15th to 17th. I am very grateful to the Guest Relations Executive, Xana (Jasmine), for her assistance with a room upgrade. The TV in our originally assigned room had no signal, and even after the engineers tried to fix it, the connection remained unstable. The engineers did notify the front desk on our behalf, and thanks to the prompt help from Xana and the front desk staff, we were immediately moved to another room. Xana even went out of her way to help us move our luggage. We also troubled Xana and another Guest Relations Executive to help deliver our medication to our room. Thank you, Xana, for your thoughtful service and care! I would also like to thank the housekeeping lady for keeping the room impeccably clean and well-organized. As for breakfast, true to the JW Marriott style, there was an excellent variety of food choices. However, I was a bit disappointed that the congee and oatmeal were not hot this time. What deserves praise, though, is that all the staff at the breakfast cafe were incredibly friendly and provided wonderful service. They all had smiles on their faces, which put us in a great mood while enjoying our morning meal. The 金茂 JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen has a very convenient location and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend! We will definitely come back next time.

The room offered a fantastic view; drawing back the curtains in the evening, we were treated to a dazzling cityscape, which really set a wonderful mood. During our stay, any request we had was handled incredibly quickly, efficiently, and with great care. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in, and we felt well looked after throughout. This birthday stay left us with truly wonderful memories. I honestly recommend this hotel and will choose it again for future trips. The hotel's location is convenient, and my family of four had a great stay, especially the breakfast restaurant on the first floor. There's a wide variety of food options, plenty of ice cream, and the Crown noodles were particularly good. The service was excellent too!
