The front desk staff proactively asks about your needs and are very meticulous, which avoids many awkward situations, making it very friendly for introverts or those who might be shy about asking for things. Even if you're someone who feels embarrassed to speak up, you can still enjoy their great service. The rooms are also wonderful and quiet, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleaning staff in the hallways are also very friendly and always greet you. The hotel's location is super convenient for work, just two subway stops away, and there are many restaurants nearby, offering everything you could want. Staying here makes dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly easy. It offers great value for money, highly recommended!

The floors, bathroom, and all surfaces are spotless, and the bedding is fluffy and soft, ensuring a very comfortable rest. Amenities like the air conditioning, water heater, and WiFi are all fully functional and work great. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; despite being in a bustling commercial area, I wasn't disturbed by any noise and could rest peacefully. Check-in with the self-service keyless entry was quick and easy, with no waiting required. The host is incredibly reliable, responding to messages very quickly and patiently and thoroughly answering any questions I had. Communication throughout was smooth and trouble-free. Overall, the value for money here far surpasses other options in the same area. The environment is comfortable, and the service is attentive. The hotel itself is quite nice and practical, with access to a washing machine and dryer. The staff are very attentive — the housekeeping lady is lovely, and although the front desk doesn’t speak much English, they always make an effort and communication is easy with a translator. The only downsides are that the room is a bit small, and the view (at least from my room) wasn’t great. Despite having a large window, the room felt slightly dark. Also, the name of the building doesn’t match the name of the hotel, which can be confusing at first — I was glad I had checked photos in previous reviews to find it more easily. That said, it’s clean, comfortable, and very convenient overall. I’ve already stayed here several times and would happily come back. Great value for money — I definitely recommend it.
