XXiaomuzidexingxingchuanshuoThe hotel is quite spacious, and the service is good. There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of food. At night, there's also a night market in Shu围cun with delicious local snacks! The hotel even provided vouchers for a late-night snack, but the options were very limited, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was pretty good and quite substantial! We booked a family room, which was decent, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Metro Line 7, making transportation a breeze!

__cs13000233****This hotel has a modern, minimalist style, and they've made excellent use of the space; the high ceilings prevent any feeling of claustrophobia. It's also very clean, and the disposable slippers are thick-soled and comfortable. Plus, they offer free parking. However, I have a couple of minor suggestions: 1. The shower area is separated from the toilet by a plastic curtain. Due to the high water pressure from the shower, water still splashes out. I suggest improving this. 2. The artistic tiles in the shower room are beautiful, but they are quite transparent. This might not be suitable for families traveling with children, so I suggest adding a curtain to avoid any awkwardness.

1110102****Flying from Melbourne to Shenzhen, I arrived at Shenzhen Airport close to 1 AM. The hotel's shuttle service was super convenient, taking about 15 minutes. I checked in around 2 AM to a room with two queen beds. The decor isn't brand new, but it was quite clean. The best part was the fantastic water pressure in the shower – it was really comfortable. Highly recommend if you're just looking for an overnight stay during a layover.

GGuest UserStarting off with the service desk task: they were efficient and nice. But stepping into the room we've got a different room than we booked. This room however was slightly larger and had a kitchen we didnt really need it but we ended up using the fridge so it was useful after all. I only wish staff has told us about the change before we stepped into the room. The room itself was spotless, clean every single spotwe looked at. Thank you foe the cleaner for this. Really made our stay very comfortable. We didnt know much about the location before coming here. But found out It's perfect if you like busy streets with lots of food, drink and shopping options. We also visited Huaqiangbei during our stay, it is two stops away with the green subway.

The front desk staff were polite, professional, and very welcoming. It immediately gave us a good first impression. The room was very clean and nicely designed. Modern style, comfortable bed, good lighting, and everything felt fresh. The bathroom was spotless with strong water pressure, and the overall space felt calm and relaxing. Most importantly, it was extremely quiet. Even though the hotel is in a convenient location, once you close the door it becomes very peaceful. We really value that when traveling. We often book Mercure whenever we travel around China, and one of the main reasons is consistency. No matter which city we visit, we already know what to expect. Clean rooms, professional service, comfortable stay, and a quiet environment. That reliability makes traveling much easier and stress free. One small detail we always appreciate is the complimentary fruit platter. It is simple but thoughtful and welcoming. It is something we genuinely look forward to when staying with this brand. Breakfast is also worth mentioning. We definitely recommend adding it to your booking. There are plenty of choices, and whether you follow a specific diet or just want something light and healthy, you will find good options. Fresh vegetables, eggs, fruit, hot dishes, and more. The variety is very good and everything tasted fresh. Overall, this is a hotel we would happily return to. Great for couples, very clean, very quiet, and dependable service. Highly recommended.

ZzhuzhuloloAfter a long time researching, Akanara truly didn't disappoint me. Service: I traveled during the off-season, and they kindly upgraded my room for free. There's a shuttle service available (though it's not a long walk to my room anyway), and the staff were incredibly responsive to all my requests. They delivered fresh fruit daily, and guests have free access to a fantastic kids' club and library. Facilities: Both the soft and hard facilities were excellent. The bedding was clean and comfortable (I'm a bit particular about sleep and pillows). The best part was the motion-sensor light under the bed, which was perfect for getting up at night. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the shower had strong, comfortable water pressure. The toilet seat even had a heating function! The screen casting was easy and clear. They provided an eye mask and earplugs. There's a mini-fridge with 4 bottles of water daily, plus 2 drinks on the first day. Getting a taxi was convenient! Environment: Right downstairs is the hotel's private beach. On a sunny day, the water is crystal clear, and there are swings – perfect for kids to play on. The only minor drawback is that the sand is a bit coarse, but it's incredibly convenient nonetheless. The hotel reception area is also an excellent spot to watch the sunset. The reception is in building 44, and no matter which building your room is in, it's not a far walk. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel! I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit!

MM454083****Arrived and found the room a bit small, so I paid the difference to upgrade. Ended up staying in a supreme bay view room, and the view was absolutely stunning! You could see the sunset over Mangrove Bay and some city views 🎑. Extremely satisfied, and the front desk staff were all very friendly 🤩. Especially Ah Wei, who was super nice; he constantly checked in on my stay experience. One afternoon, a delivery driver couldn't find my room, and he personally brought it up to me! The toiletries were quite good. The scent was pleasant and not too strong. The room came with a large bathtub, and housekeeping provided disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. Would definitely stay again if I have the chance~ Minor issue: it seemed hard for Apple phones to connect to the Wi-Fi. The TV screen mirroring would occasionally cut out when playing music, but watching videos was fine.

KKenibiGreat room. Spacious 30 m2 room. There is a small kitchenette but have no use for it. Shower cubicle is a bit small. There is only 1 small mirror in the bathroom behind the door and that is the only mirror in the whole room. Bathroom curtains open to glass windows facing the outside. Yes you can literally do a free show for the buildings opposite. Haha. Location is near to Futian train station, cost only 16 rmb for a taxi ride. There is also a convenient store at the side of the hotel. The 50 rmb breakfast spread is just so so.
