The soundproofing was excellent, and the hotel's proximity to the metro made commuting very convenient; you could step right out and explore the ancient city. The front desk staff were professional and efficient. Afternoon tea was a great way to recharge, and if you came back late after a meeting, you could pick up a heartwarming late-night snack. The smart facilities were top-notch, with Xiao Du (AI assistant) controlling the entire room by voice, and a robot delivering meals. Self-service laundry and drying, a gym, and both Chinese and Western breakfast options were all available for use.

From the moment I booked the room, I could feel the thoughtful service at Crystal Hotel. They proactively asked about my preferences for room floor and location, and arranged a satisfactory room for me. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was efficient and quick. The breakfast was good quality and delicious. The room felt particularly new, with no strange odors. There are also countless dining options nearby, brightly lit and open at all hours, which is incredibly convenient. They even have robots delivering takeout, and offer free 24-hour laundry service, which is extremely convenient for guests. The service is truly impeccable, I couldn't find a single fault, haha! Next time I'm in Huaqiangbei, this hotel will be my first choice, I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic stay! The late-night congee service from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM was a thoughtful touch, and the atmosphere was lovely. The room had a fresh, pleasant scent with no strange odors, and it was quiet and comfortable. The service from Cimu was attentive and thorough. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

The room was great and very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent; they were very helpful with everything, even assisting with express delivery and lending me a charger. It's also very close to the subway. I originally booked for 3 days but ended up extending my stay by another 5 days.

I stayed at UrCove in Shenzhen Bay Eco-Technology Park for two nights and was generally satisfied. I'll book it again for short stays in Nanshan. The room was new and quiet. The king-size bed was large enough, and the wall featured a city line drawing. There was also a sofa and a small table by the window, perfect for sitting. The open-concept vanity had a round, illuminated mirror, providing ample space for skincare products. The shower area was a glass wet room, complete with an overhead shower, a handheld shower, and smart toiletries. There was no bathtub, but for two nights of just showering, it was perfectly fine. The location is in Technology Park, not right at the entrance of MixC. You'll need a taxi to get to Shenzhen Bay MixC/Houhai, so don't expect it to be a walk-to-mall hotel. Check-in at the front desk was quick. A nice touch was the free late-night snack (drinks and light meals) available in the lobby from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM. This hotel is suitable for business trips or a two-night leisure stay. If you need a bathtub or a sea-view room, you should look elsewhere. I would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is professional and enthusiastic. The location is excellent, right next to Tencent, with a bus stop right outside the door and not far from Exit A of Houhai Subway Station. It's very convenient for business or leisure. The room facilities are complete, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options. Highly recommended! 🥱

Environment: Good, with convenient dining options nearby. Service: Good, breakfast was decent, and my friends and I had a pleasant stay together.

This beautiful hotel is right next to Akanantara Resort. The room was clean and spacious, and it even had a sea-view balcony with a bathtub! The surrounding scenery was truly stunning, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks and fruit. It's a shame the weather wasn't good enough to catch a gorgeous sunset 🌅. We'll definitely come back with family next time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Five-star review! I highly recommend the Aristo Hotel Shenzhen Futian Convention & Exhibition Center! The location is absolutely amazing. It's very close to the Convention & Exhibition Center subway station, and you can walk to the convention center in just a few minutes, making it super convenient for exhibitions and business. There are many shops and restaurants downstairs in the mall, so you don't have to worry about food, drinks, or transportation. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet comfortable setup. The bedding was excellent for sleeping, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered views of the Futian CBD city skyline. The bathroom had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was good. After a busy day, you can really get some good rest here. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were very efficient. The staff were gentle and polite, and they responded quickly to any requests. Overall, the value for money is great. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Futian!

The apartment is in a perfect location. It’s close to the pedestrian street and the massive MixC shopping complex. You won’t be lacking food, low end nor high end shops for your purchases. The apartment itself is extremely classy, clean and VERY comfortable. Do yourself a favour and experience it. I guarantee you won’t regret it! Trust a seasoned traveller. 👍
