"Personally feel okay, not very good, but it's OK. At least the toilet is very clean. But the room model, I personally don't like what others should like, the bed is quite big. . "On arrival to Shenzhen I was contacted by the owner of the hotel who explained to me that I would be in a different room from the one that I booked. This wasn’t just a different room in the hostel, it was a different location from the original hostel I booked. This wasn’t a massive problem, it was close enough to the same location, and on top of that I was put into a three-bed rather than a six-bed dorm. The new location was good enough, the man who ran the place was friendly although he spoke no English which is par for the course in mainland China to be honest. There was a subway station very near and good food options below the building. The shower was warm and bathroom tidy enough so I can’t fault it all that much.
Oh and there’s a really nice coffee shop called meet coffee below which I recommend."

The location is very good, the first row of the sea, newly renovated, smart toilet, high-end mattress, bathtub, who knows the feeling of sitting in the bathtub on the 3rd floor and watching the sea view! The most important price/performance ratio is really high, and the favorite is the large jump platform on the 3rd floor. Who knows, the sea view at the end of the whole competition has a panoramic view. The sea breeze and sunshine in the first row are unique tastes. The most important thing is that the boss is very good! See that we have more things to help us move things at the entrance of the scenic spot, and like the boss!

As a returning guest, I've stayed at Diaohai many times, from dorms to private double rooms. It's perfect for hosting friends and loved ones alike.
The double room, though not large, is super cozy. It has books to read, a bedside lamp, a beanbag chair, and a rug. The bedding is especially comfortable and cute – I really love their patchwork design.
On our first day, we also booked a Nanshan Ancient City walk with the owner of Diaohai and a local resident. We discovered so many interesting places and details that only long-term residents would know. I'm growing to love Diaohai and Nanshan Ancient City more and more. Can't wait to stay again!

The location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The streetlights and the crowds along the way back to the hotel at night gave me a very safe feeling.
The room was very comfortable and spacious, without feeling cramped. The mattress was the perfect firmness, and the windows were well-insulated, so I could barely hear the traffic outside at night, making for a very restful sleep.
The cleanliness was impeccable, with freshly changed sheets and pillowcases, and no odor. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the sink and mirror were spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the corners. Such attention to detail is evident.
I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area for business or pleasure. It's a great value and a worry-free stay!

LokkerThe location is prime and the entrance is located on the other end of the train station marked by 2 red laterns. There is a security guard who will open the door and only the isolated right lift can get you to 20H as the other 2 lifts need access card for activation. The hostel is cosy and the living room is big. The 2 toilets are easily accessible with no personal amenities provided. There is an additional RMB 2/night air-con fees which is reasonable for a comfortable sleep. Charging port and light is available for every bed and privacy is ensured with curtain. Slipper is also provided for every travellers. Strongly recomended for solo and budget travellers.

The place is more like a pension than a hostel, it feels like you are disturbing the residents by being there. Maybe I say this because they were 99,9% zero welcoming. Maybe this is just the chinese way. The girls in my room kept watching videos loudly late at night even though I asked for silence a few times. Since it’s a place where people live, it’s not as tidy as it appears to be in the advertising pictures. And there was water dripping somewhere in my room that also made quite a lot of noise. The toilet was always totally wet for some reason. Lastly, I had some trouble finding it. There should be clearer instructions here.

我真的不懂為什麼某團可以有滿分，一進房間很擁擠的一間小房間，被子摸上去也是濕漉漉的感覺，連個空調遙控器都是沒電的。白天出門玩，沒有和前台説換被子是我的問題，但是我回來之後去找前台，直接被拒，酒店被褥不是日換？毛巾牙刷還要等我去要？？別太離譜了老鐵！染的紅頭髮，在家用毛巾一樣會掉色，我再告知工作人員可以洗掉的情況下，工作人員依舊佔用房間浴室與我爭辯，最後也如我所説洗掉了，請問貴店就是這服務態度？？我要求日換床單很過分？最過分的是，明知道可以洗掉，阿姨不依不饒的要求我用舊毛巾去洗頭，請問我是消費者。如果我真的弄壞了你的東西我會照價賠償，而不是讓你在那叫我做事！衞生環境也不好，房間裏有小蟲子。

Although the facilities were poor, the accommodation was cheap, so I stayed there for the first night. However, I had already booked a second night at Tramdancom, but the owner asked for an extra 15 yuan, so I moved to a better hostel for the same price. For 30 yuan, I'd rather stay at a better hostel. There's no reason to stay in a hostel with terrible facilities for 15 yuan.

Not that easy to find, as usual with these hostels within apartment block units. Need to pass security at ground level, then find the tower and floor. Ringed the bell and nobody open, eventually had some chinese person to assist us getting in contact with owner. We sent our passport photo and the registering process took long. Shouldn’t be that hard to register and communication should be easier. Overall the place is comfortable and view is nice. Can recommend if you want to have a cheap comfortable place not far from SZ north train station. But not easy for foreigners to find the place.
