Excellent
GGuest UserThis stay was exceptionally good. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway entrance and close to commercial areas. You can walk to popular attractions and various dining spots, making sightseeing or everyday meals effortless. Driving and parking were also smooth and stress-free. The front desk staff were warm and efficient; check-in was quick, and they proactively informed me about hotel facilities and useful local tips. They patiently and thoroughly answered any questions I had, making the whole experience very pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors; every corner was well-maintained. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows were at a comfortable height. Paired with excellent blackout curtains, the room was incredibly quiet at night. The soundproofing was very effective; I barely heard any noise from outside or the hallway, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The room facilities were complete and practical: the air conditioning cooled/heated quickly and consistently, the bathroom had strong water pressure with instant hot water, and the TV had clear picture quality and many channels. The room also thoughtfully provided disposable toiletries, ample drinking water, and charging sockets – the attention to detail was exceptional. Hotel common areas were regularly cleaned and disinfected. High-traffic areas like elevators and the lobby were well-protected, ensuring a safe stay. They also offer convenient services like luggage storage, laundry, and printing, with prompt responses to requests. The value for money is outstanding. Nearby, you'll find supermarkets and pharmacies, making daily shopping very convenient. The breakfast spread was rich and fresh, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables to satisfy various tastes. Whether for a short business trip or a quick getaway, this is a highly reliable choice. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it.

SSE\/EN💗 Hot tip: This five-star hotel, located not far from Shenzhen Airport, is arguably the best five-star option. Breakfast is very extensive and served on the second floor (buffet from 6:30-10:30). You can get freshly cooked noodles with soup, and there's a good selection of both Chinese and Western options, along with various hot and cold beverages. The food tasted pretty good; I opted for the beef brisket noodles, a regular choice at hotels, and it didn't disappoint – truly befitting a five-star hotel. 💰️ Cost: Approximately 600 RMB/night (including breakfast) for a Deluxe Twin Room. 🧹 Environment/Service: 1. Lighting: Plenty of natural light during the day, but the windows definitely need a clean – they're too dirty for a five-star establishment. At night, there are many ambient lights indoors, which is less ideal for business travelers. 2. Space: The room is about 50 square meters, offering good space with a desk and a sofa. The bathtub was surprisingly large. 3. Noise: Good sound insulation. Although it's next to a road, you can barely hear any noise. 4. Hygiene: The room, though showing some age, was tidied up very neatly. 5. Security: The door can be deadbolted but lacks an additional security latch. It automatically locks when closed. 6. Service: As a five-star hotel, the service was very warm and attentive. 🛌 Amenities/Facilities: Laundry room, gym, swimming pool, Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, TV, WIFI, luggage storage, front desk wake-up service, free parking, 24-hour front desk, restaurant, fax/copying, iron/garment steamer, public area wifi, elevators, no smoking in public areas, access control system, security alarm, fire alarm, etc. 📍 Detailed address: No. 1 Fuyong Avenue, Fuyong Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. 🚄 Transportation Guide: 【Subway/Bus】Subway: Fuyong Station (Exit D) on Line 11, an 800-meter walk. Nearby bus stop: Fuyong Qiaodi Station. 【Self-driving/Taxi】Self-driving: Navigate to ”Shenzhen Baolilai International Hotel.” There's ample free parking. Taxi: The hotel is right by the road, making taxis easily accessible. 🌅 Background: The hotel boasts a prime location, just a 15-minute drive from Bao'an International Airport, adjacent to National Highway 107 and Guang-Shen Expressway, and seamlessly connected to Fuyong Bus Station. It's a 10-minute walk to Wanfu Square and a 20-minute drive to Fenghuang Mountain Forest Park, allowing for easy transitions between business and leisure. 🌟 Shenzhen Baolilai International Hotel – A five-star landmark hotel standing tall for sixteen years.

DDonald Duck Can FlyAmazing place! Quite centrally located and has a lot of facilities and restaurants. About 20 minutes away from the airport and the train station. Reception is great and they help you keep your Taobaoparcels. I like the unique details that go into making each room amazing - for instance, their kettle has specific temperatures you can boil to, their shampoo has one for the day and one for the night (and super nice smelling!), they have conditioner, their hair dryer is very fast etc!!! It shows the effort they have to make sure each guest is happy. The only thing I don’t like is that the lift takes slightly longer as it seems to be shared with some office building

YYoursbestmmThis InterContinental resort hotel was great, living up to the brand's usual standards. The room facilities and cleanliness were all up to par. I stayed for three nights and was very comfortable, with no inconveniences. Most rooms offer a sea view, though not all face directly out; some might be slightly angled due to the hotel's curved building design. During check-in, we were recommended Room 23, which offered a perfect direct sea view. It was excellent! So, for future guests, I recommend rooms in the 20s to mid-20s (you can check the room layout in the photo). The hotel's other facilities are also good. There are three outdoor pools and one indoor pool, all equipped with lounge chairs. The indoor pool even has inflatable toys for guests to play with. The gym and water sports equipment rental facilities were all well-equipped. The gym even had a stair climber, which I appreciated, haha. Breakfast was delicious and generally very good. Every day, I enjoyed a tiny, hard whole-wheat bread that was incredibly fragrant with a strong wheat flavor. Paired with a little light cream, it was super aromatic. The noodle bar also offered three kinds of greens and mushrooms daily. The soup itself was a bit salty, making a bowl of veggies in the morning very satisfying. On my last day, I had oil-splashed noodles (youpo mian) that were freshly shaved, very springy, and delicious. If you don't have a big appetite, remember to ask for fewer noodles. The breakfast restaurant's order and cleanliness were also good, making for a comfortable meal. The hotel's lobby bar also offered decent food. I had two cakes: the pistachio chocolate was better than the Opera cake. I also tried a refreshing chilled dessert (qingliangbu), which was quite tasty. The coffee was just average. I didn't try the hotel's buffet. I had a Tom Yum soup and a seafood salad at the Southeast Asian restaurant upstairs. The taste was good, but it wasn't great value for money. I went to the hotel's Cantonese restaurant, Yuècài Wángfǔ, two days in a row and absolutely loved it (you can see my separate review for Yuècài Wángfǔ). So, dining is definitely not an issue here. The front desk service was superb. The same kind and friendly gentleman, who was a bit chubby, checked us in and out. He was very warm and attentive, leaving me with an excellent first impression as soon as I arrived. All in all, Dameisha in the off-season is well worth it. Falling asleep to the sound of waves every night and waking up to the morning sun. After breakfast, I'd take a walk on the beach or just lie on a lounge chair by the beach or pool, lost in thought until the afternoon. It was truly delightful.

MM349953****The hotel facilities are very new, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. However, what truly stood out even more than the hardware facilities was the exceptional human-centered service. Alice, the Guest Relations Manager, went above and beyond by decorating the room for my family in advance, upgrading our amenities, and even providing disposable bathtub liners. Her service awareness was outstanding and elevated our entire hotel experience. The executive lounge has a great location, and the breakfast is also very rich. It's an excellent choice for a stay!

GGuest UserTaking advantage of the off-peak season after students returned to school in September, I booked a 'surprise room' mystery deal at this hotel. The front desk staff assigned me a room with a pool view. The hotel also offered complimentary welcome drinks at the pool bar upon check-in, which could be redeemed simply by showing my room card. Booking this surprise room was definitely a great choice!

GGuest UserI am very happy with the cleanliness and the service of the hotel. Started with the promptness of Peggy, she helped prepared the room. Though there was no baby bathtub, they provided bathtub cover for extra cleanliness. We used that and bathed baby in the basin. All good. Suggested by Peggy. It was nerve racking to have children rides, claw machines and a play room when you are dealing with three older kids, but Tom was very helpful. The hotel shared some coins with the kids and Tom even helped catch the soft toys at the claw machines. Finally Joy was very helpful in the checked in and checked out process. She and her team helped us with our delivery as we needed a China number. We enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Not deserving of a star drop, but we didn’t realised our eldest was so tall, she needed to get a full adult breakfast ticket. We can only get discounted breakfast tickets the day before. So ended paying more for our eldest breakfast. A little inflexible, but I didn’t let that affect the trip. Thank you Crowne Plaza, overall we enjoyed the stay!

Jjerriah innStayed for two nights, here's my review! First, the pros: 1. The location is absolutely unbeatable! The hotel has direct access to Yitian Holiday Plaza, and you're right at the mall and subway downstairs. It's a 5-minute walk to Window of the World/Happy Valley, which saves so much energy when you're taking kids on rides. Plus, you can watch the fireworks display from your room's balcony at night – my kids were screaming with excitement! 2. The service deserves a big thumbs-up! 3. Little perks: They restock 6 glass bottles of mineral water in the room daily. The turndown service leaves little bear cookies that are quite tasty, and breakfast goes until 11 AM, which is great for late sleepers! Now for a couple of complaints: 1. The facilities are definitely showing their age… The carpet edges are a bit frayed, and the bathtub drains a bit slowly, but the bedding is truly comfortable! Westin’s signature 'Heavenly Bed' lives up to its name – I was asleep in seconds. 2. Soundproofing is so-so. We stayed on the Window of the World side, and the park announcements during the day plus traffic noise at night were a bit loud. Light sleepers should request a room in the annex facing the mall. 3. Breakfast during peak hours means a scramble for seats! It gets super crowded after 9 AM, and the sausages were still half-frozen… I recommend going before 8:30 AM or just heading downstairs to the mall for dim sum – more options and cheaper too! Summary: It might be old, but the location and service are fantastic! Especially for families with kids visiting the amusement parks, for just over 1000 yuan, being able to go back to the hotel and relax whenever you want – what more could you ask for? I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

MM587799****First of all, a big thank you to Trip.com Concierge! Always available 24/7 for Trip.com members! I placed an order at 5:55 PM that day and used Trip.com Concierge to request a ”high floor, (subject to room availability) room upgrade.” Arrived at the hotel at 8:00 PM... There was no doorman, security, or bellhop from the hotel staff... The only person at the front desk was a guy wearing black-rimmed glasses! When checking in, I asked if he had seen the Trip.com notes... He said he hadn't but directly upgraded me to a suite (1638). I'd like to express my gratitude for that! Since there was no bellhop, we had no choice but to drag our luggage directly to the room... The door stopper for the room door (see picture 2) was broken, and the hallway leading to the room was completely dark when the door was opened (see picture 1) (this was taken after closing the door). (There's no light in the hallway from the closed door to the middle of the room.) Fumbling in the dark, I found the slot for the power card and inserted the room's own power card. I was still carrying my luggage, and the door wasn't held by the door stopper... My companion, who was following behind with luggage, was hit by the door! It hurt a lot! So I contacted the hotel staff through Trip.com Concierge to report the issue... We waited in the room for over an hour! Around 9:30 PM, Ms. Liu, the hotel's night shift manager, came to the room and told us that there was an emergency light in the hallway near the room that we could use! However, the entrance to the hallway was indeed very dark (I wonder why the hotel designed it that way?). Manager Liu immediately offered to move us to a twin room on the 17th floor or an executive king room on the 24th floor... We asked if we could pay extra (make up the difference) to upgrade to an executive suite? (The hotel's mini-program was down that night, so we couldn't see the hotel prices. Manager Liu said we could refer to the prices on Trip.com and that they could offer some discount, but she would need to ask her supervisor for approval.) Manager Liu advised against upgrading to an executive suite that night! We accepted Manager Liu's suggestion! And we were touched by Manager Liu's sincerity! After all, it's rare for a hotel's on-duty manager to consider the guests' needs! Ms. Liu, the hotel's night shift manager, is diligent and responsible! She conscientiously informed us that all deluxe suites were sold out that night and that the executive suites had some leakage due to the typhoon! We did see towels placed on the windowsill of room 2438 at the time! Manager Liu also consulted with her colleagues in engineering! Manager Liu showed us a total of three rooms! We said we were fine returning to 1638 (the retro-style room was also quite unique... it was a suite after all). Manager Liu warmly invited us to stay in the king room on the executive floor on the 24th floor! During our discussions and room viewings, we also got a general idea of the hotel's layout (below the 16th floor is not renovated – 80s/90s five-star hotel luxury style, once glorious – above the 17th floor is newly renovated, with a brighter and livelier style). Manager Liu was also very thoughtful and had the front desk remake the room cards and send them up! Manager Liu also informed us that the hotel doesn't offer room service after 11:00 PM and personally came to the room to deliver two bottles of water! We once again felt Manager Liu's sincerity!! Ms. Liu, the night shift manager, is from Northeast China and is very warmhearted! Manager Liu represented the hotel in resolving the issue, and we could feel the hotel's warmth! We chose to stay! Manager Liu also informed us that we could extend our stay in the current room! Here, I would like to thank Ms. Liu, the hotel's night shift manager, and the hotel's night shift? Or perhaps the day shift? The guy at the front desk wearing black-rimmed glasses! It's not scary to have problems... what's scary is not having an attitude... Once the problem is solved, Trip.com guests will still give your hotel a 5.0 rating!
