We had such a beautiful stay here, and I’m genuinely so happy we chose this hotel. From the very first moment, we felt incredibly well taken care of. When our taxi arrived, a hotel shuttle came to meet us and take us directly to the hotel. The staff helped with all our luggage, loaded our suitcases into the shuttle, accompanied us to our room and brought everything upstairs. After a long journey, we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was such a warm and thoughtful welcome. That same day was my boyfriend’s birthday, which made our arrival even more special. When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed — the hotel had beautifully decorated the entire room especially for his birthday, with balloons, flowers and lovely decorations everywhere. It was a real “wow” moment for both of us. We truly didn’t expect such a thoughtful surprise, and it made his birthday and our first day here incredibly memorable. 🤍🎂✨ The room itself is absolutely stunning — modern, stylish and beautifully designed, with high-quality furniture, comfortable bedding and thoughtful details throughout. One of my favorite things is the smart-home system: automatic curtains, a smart toilet and so many different lighting and ambient settings. You can completely change the atmosphere depending on your mood — from soft and cozy to romantic in the evening. At night, the room transforms completely. One of the most unforgettable features was the bathtub overlooking the sea. It has an incredible star-like lighting effect, and in the dark, the tiny lights look like stars shining through the water. With the sea right in front of you, it feels almost unreal. I had honestly never seen anything like this before. The bathroom is beautifully designed as well, and I loved that so many amenities and personal-care items are hotel-branded. These little details make the whole experience feel thoughtful and premium. And of course, the view is incredible. We watched both sunrises and sunsets here, and waking up to the sea every morning was one of my favorite parts of our stay. There is also a spacious, comfortable balcony where you can have breakfast, enjoy afternoon tea, have dinner or simply sit and look at the sea. The food service was another lovely surprise. Breakfast can be served right in the room, making mornings especially relaxing. They also offer afternoon tea with French fries, battered shrimp and desserts — generous enough to feel like a proper meal rather than just a snack. In the evening, they also serve soup, which was such a cozy touch. Another important thing for us is that the hotel is pet-friendly. We stayed with our dog, and the staff were very welcoming toward pets. Being able to enjoy this beautiful stay together with our little family made it even better. 🐾🤍 What I loved most is how easy it is to simply relax here: wake up to the sunrise, have breakfast overlooking the sea, spend time on the balcony, relax in the bathtub, change the atmosphere with the lighting and watch the sunset without even leaving the hotel. Everything felt clean, comfortable, modern and thoughtfully designed. The combination of the sea view, smart-room technology, incredible lighting, quality interior, food service, pet-friendly atmosphere and genuinely attentive staff made our stay very special. I would absolutely stay here again. It’s one of those places that already looks beautiful in photos, but somehow feels even better when you’re actually there🤍

Taking advantage of the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, I came to Shenzhen and chose the Intercity Hotel Huaqiangbei. The experience exceeded my expectations. The location is truly unbeatable – right downstairs is Exit C of Huaxin Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the electronics market in Huaqiangbei and enjoy some local Hong Kong-style cafes. The front desk service was very thoughtful; check-in was quick, and they even proactively suggested local attractions and routes. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was surprisingly good, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep even in a bustling area. The breakfast was a Chinese and Western buffet with a rich variety of options, providing plenty of energy to start the holiday. Choosing this hotel for our double-holiday trip was a great decision; it offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

The hotel environment is clean and elegant, with a very comfortable overall atmosphere. The room facilities are complete and new, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom configuration is very comprehensive. All public areas are very tidy, and the breakfast is abundant, a self-service breakfast combining Chinese and Western styles. There's also free late-night supper with a wide variety, including sweet soups. The stay experience was excellent, and Evelyn's service was satisfying. I will choose this place again for my next trip.

This hotel, Qiluan Mountains and Seas Resort, is very tasteful, and I particularly love its decor. This is already my third time bringing my child here for a holiday. The hotel's outdoor pool is my child's favorite. In the evening, sitting by the pool with a gentle breeze, the ambiance is absolutely perfect, making the night cozy and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the sea, and you can walk to the beach. The hotel as a whole is clean and comfortable, full of a resort vibe, and very suitable for family trips. Every time I come, I can shed my fatigue and gain a relaxing and healing experience. The value for money is also good. It's a treasure resort in Dameisha that's worth revisiting again and again.

First of all, a big thank you to Calice & Tracy for their meticulous arrangements before our stay. I was celebrating my mother's birthday, and the butler, upon learning this, prepared a lovely surprise birthday setup for us. Here are the main aspects of the hotel that I was very satisfied with: 1. Direct subway access: This is excellent for those who don't drive or want to avoid traffic jams and taxis. 2. Well-divided swimming pool: It has both 1.2m and 1.5m sections, keeping children and adults separate. Plus, the pool offers a fantastic view of the sea. 3. Beach access right downstairs: You can put on your swimsuit, take the elevator down, and go straight to play in the water. Then, take the elevator back up to your room to shower and change. 4. Sea view room: The sea view from the room was absolutely stunning! 5. Delicious buffet: Both dinner and breakfast buffets were unique and excellent. My mother was very pleased. One minor dissatisfaction: It seems the only way from the hotel entrance to the lobby is via the car lane. I walked around for a while and realized there's no pedestrian walkway. You have to walk in the car lane. Fortunately, traffic generally moves very slowly, so it wasn't too dangerous. Do they assume guests never walk in? 😅 Overall, I think a sunny weekday during the off-season is perfect for a two-day stay here!

Excellent stay – very pet-friendly and convenient! The front desk service was excellent – the staff were very accommodating and genuinely pet-friendly. We are extremely grateful for their supper late checkout ! Breakfast offered a good selection of Western pastries options to choose from. The swimming pool was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. Requests were handled promptly and efficiently. There are also plenty of self-service washing machines and dryers with large capacities – you can wash and dry a lot of clothes at once, and the dryers work very efficiently. The hotel layout is incredibly convenient. The car park, rooms, and laundry area are all on the same level, so you can get everything done without changing floors. The location is great too – about a 10-minute walk to a small pet-friendly beach where you can generally swim with your pets during the day. We'll definitely be back!

I was incredibly fortunate to choose this Marriott hotel for my recent short trip to Shenzhen. The hotel's overall ambiance is quiet and grand, with a clean and fresh lobby. The rooms are meticulously maintained, with perfect lighting and comfortable bedding. All facilities are well-preserved, allowing me to completely unwind after a tiring day of travel. What truly surprised me was the thoughtful care provided by the Guest Relations team. The staff member I interacted with was warm and considerate. Being unfamiliar with the local area, I asked her for directions and she provided detailed guidance on unique and authentic places to visit and eat. She also efficiently arranged for my luggage to be stored temporarily, making the communication easy and comfortable without any awkward distance. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and consistent quality, and staff throughout the dining area were polite and attentive. While standardized hardware is readily available everywhere, this kind of meticulous and heartfelt service is truly rare. On my next visit to Shenzhen, I will prioritize staying here again and will gladly recommend it to friends and family traveling to the city.

Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

I loved this hotel experience for its ambiance, amenities, and location. The room was clean and had been decorated in celebration of my 50th birthday. They sent up a small cake and fruit as well. The hotel had firm beds and incredible pillows. It was spacious and had wash clothes, not just hand and body towels. The breakfast had a good mix of western and Chinese choices, all of which was delicious. The location in walking distance to KuKu Park was also very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

This is definitely the best value-for-money option for an overview of Shenzhen Bay Park, there's really no other choice. Try to get a high floor facing the sea. It's very close to Talent Park, which is just downstairs. There are also subway stations nearby, and it's easy to hail a taxi right outside. Parking is convenient too. Plus, the room comes with four kinds of complimentary chilled beverages.
