2270019****I highly recommend the Intercity Hotel Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei – I was completely won over after just one stay! The front desk service was attentive and efficient; they not only processed my check-in quickly but also thoroughly explained the supper service hours and afternoon tea rules. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned in every corner. The bedding was comfortable and soft, and the bathroom facilities were pristine, making for a truly reassuring stay. The hotel environment is stylish and modern, with bright and clean public areas. The room layout is well-designed, offering excellent natural light and ventilation, which made it exceptionally comfortable. The facilities are top-notch: high-speed WiFi, a large-screen TV, stable hot water supply, and a comfortable mattress all contributed to an outstanding experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the Huaqiangbei business district, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making getting around a breeze. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, far exceeding other Huazhu hotels in the same category. The complimentary supper was a thoughtful touch, and the afternoon tea for Platinum members was exquisite and tasty. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; closing the window completely blocked out the outside noise, ensuring a quiet and pleasant night's sleep. The price is affordable, and members can enjoy many exclusive benefits, making it an incredible value for money. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Shenzhen.

It is my preferred hotel to stay when traveling to Shenzhen. This time the room was in the Tower A, which seems to be more modern than the rooms in Tower B. I loved it more! Spacious, clean, attention to detail is impeccable.

EErenxiangaozhuangStepping into the hotel, I was immediately struck by the uniquely designed lobby with its distinctive industrial steel aesthetic. The open-plan front desk created a welcoming atmosphere, instantly bridging the gap between the hotel and its guests. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, completing my check-in in just a few minutes.
To access the upper floors, you need to use your key card in the elevator, which I think is a great way to ensure guest privacy. My room was comfortably and cozily furnished, and all the drinks in the mini-bar were complimentary. My only minor critique is that there was only a small side table in the room, but this is a small detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience. The smart toilet in the bathroom provided a very comfortable experience.
The public areas are located on the 14th floor, featuring arcade games, a gym, and laundry facilities, all available 24/7 for guests to enjoy in their leisure time. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, though unfortunately, I was too groggy in the morning to remember to take photos.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I hope to have the opportunity to return again.

The location is super convenient, with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and other amenities nearby. There's a subway station close by, and it's not a long taxi ride from the city center.
The scenery is absolutely stunning; the winter sea is emerald green! 😍 The hotel has its own private beach with fine, clean white sand and recreational activities. You can watch the sunrise and sunset over the sea right from your balcony, with a sky full of colorful clouds and sparkling stars.
The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The family suite featured a bunk bed and a 2-meter king-size bed. To my surprise, my 180cm (nearly 6-foot) tall, yet underage, child slept comfortably and was thrilled!
The room also came with a coffee machine, and the capsule coffees were all my favorite flavors 😋. The buffet on the first floor was delicious, with fresh seafood and excellent Cantonese dishes. You can buy vouchers on the InterContinental WeChat mini-program for a better price.
The staff were professional and skilled; they proactively communicated in advance and were always responsive to any requests, making our stay worry-free and comfortable.

MM421354****Fantastic room with a view: We stayed in a Deluxe Room, and the 43-square-meter space had a modern design. The absolute highlight was the 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay. The sunset in the evening was especially romantic.
Abundant dining options: The hotel boasts 4 restaurants and bars. We had breakfast at the all-day dining restaurant on the 66th floor, which offered a wide variety of choices, including fresh coconuts. The high-altitude lobby lounge is a great spot for afternoon tea and scenic views.
Excellent wellness facilities: The gym is well-equipped and offers fantastic views. The indoor heated pool is a popular photo spot, with its 'giant moon' decoration in the water perfect for pictures.
Convenient location: The hotel has direct access to the RAIL IN shopping mall, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Hongshuwan South Metro Station, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient.
Overall, this was a perfect stay. Shangri-La Nanshan not only impressed us with its stylish design and facilities but also captured our hearts with the warm and proactive service provided by excellent staff like Lydia. We will definitely choose to stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

The red spiral staircase and the infinity pool are perfect for taking amazing photos. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and perfectly designed, offering free parking, EV charging stations, and business meeting rooms, making it suitable for both leisure and light business trips. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with comfortable bedding. It's conveniently located next to the outlets, so dining and entertainment are super easy. The service was warm and thoughtful throughout my stay, making for a perfect experience!

GGuest UserMy stay at Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian was truly satisfying from start to finish! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member greeted me with a sweet and friendly smile. They patiently answered all my questions during check-in, and even a simple greeting in passing made me feel incredibly welcome. What truly surprised me was the hotel's gym – the equipment was top-notch and comprehensive, featuring everything from professional cardio machines to a wide variety of strength training gear. Everything was immaculately clean and looked brand new. The lighting and ventilation in the workout area were also excellent, making my daily workouts a real highlight of my trip.
Even more commendable is how attentive the hotel is to guest feedback. During my stay, I mentioned wanting more yoga mats in the gym, and to my surprise, new mats were neatly arranged in the corner the very next day. This kind of efficient response and dedication to guest needs is truly rare. With such thoughtful service, excellent facilities, and a willingness to listen, this hotel is definitely my top choice for business or leisure in Shenzhen. It's already on my list of 'treasure hotels,' and I'll certainly be staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient. It's very close to the coastal boardwalk of Shenzhen Bay Park, about a 20 RMB taxi ride away. Across the street is Window of the World, and on another side is Overseas Chinese Town (OCT). Happy Valley is also nearby; I saw its sign, but I'm not sure of the exact location. The hotel is connected to the adjacent mall, and you can access the mall directly from the hotel lobby. B2 of the mall houses the subway station with lines 2 and 8, which can take you straight to Dameisha, Xiaomeisha, and Dongmen Old Street.
There are also plenty of dining options around. One day, I ate in OCT and only realized how incredibly close it was when I walked back to the hotel. There are also restaurants just a street away from the hotel, and more inside the mall. You can even take the subway to Leyuan Road near Dongmen Old Street, which has a famous seafood street.
The staff provide excellent service. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady, who was very patient and thoughtful. She even shared some tips with us on how to dry clothes in the room.
This hotel seems popular with business travelers; I noticed many people on business trips during breakfast.
I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and the hotel even sent up a small cake!

AAnonymous UserThe room is spacious and the environment is lovely. You can see the Shenzhen River from the window. However, there are a few too few power outlets. The showerhead in the bathroom is fixed, so ladies can feel comfortable using it. The location is very convenient, near Luohu Port. You can find it by going through the underpass. There are many food options at the nearby Luohu Commercial City, and the hotel also has a 24-hour convenience store. The downside is that they're currently building the subway, so the road outside is a bit narrow and difficult to navigate. I'd like to commend the staff for their polite service. The gym doesn't have many facilities, but the space is large enough. Overall, it's pretty good. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.
