"I rented this place temporarily for a business trip and had a great experience. The complex is quiet and well-maintained with strict security. The common areas are clean and spacious, and it's convenient for commuting. The indoor cleanliness was impeccable; the desk, floors, and bathroom were all disinfected and spotless, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was neat and fluffy. The housekeeper was professional and efficient, with smooth online and offline communication, and all my last-minute requests were quickly addressed. The apartment is fully equipped with an office desk and chair, high-speed WiFi, and constant hot water. "I chose Junting Shangpin Hotel because it's very close to Hubei Metro Station and Dongmen Pedestrian Street, making both transportation and access to food and shopping very convenient. I stayed for two nights, and the biggest impression I had was how polite the staff were. They were proactive in helping, even carrying my luggage. All the staff were young, handsome men and beautiful women, which made me feel right at home. You can tell the hotel's public areas are in an older building, but the rooms themselves are very new and stylish. The air conditioning was strong, and I slept very comfortably. For one night's stay, you can redeem a coffee at the cafe next to the front desk. The breakfast was pretty good, with hot food and a mix of Chinese and Western options. On the 13th floor, there are three washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient for travelers. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I'd give it 5 stars!"

The lobby always has herbal tea and fruit tea available, so if the elderly or children get tired and thirsty from traveling, they can always grab a cup. This small detail is truly heartwarming. After a few days of traveling, we accumulated a pile of clothes to wash, and the free laundry room was a huge help, saving us from handwashing everything. First off, the check-in time was indeed quite long, but it's understandable given it was peak summer season. They even offered drinks while we waited, which was a nice touch! As an InterContinental member, I also received two complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel's facilities are excellent. I went for a spa treatment while my child and husband went swimming – a perfect arrangement. As soon as I finished my spa, the butler notified me that our room key was ready! There was also a welcome fruit platter in the room. The room's view was absolutely unbeatable! We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment. However, I actually found the breakfast to be even better than the dinner buffet. The oil-splashed noodles at breakfast were delicious 😋, and the chef who made them had such character, clearly demonstrating his passion for food. I really admire him! Thumbs up to him! 👍 For dinner, the seafood wasn't very fresh; the oysters and crab meat were quite loose. Plus, on the second night, we wanted to try the Southeast Asian restaurant, but upon arrival, many dishes were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing, so we left to eat elsewhere. Also, the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. Overall, having stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago, returning now with my child, I still highly recommend it! The pool and beach are amazing, offering great privacy for guests! We will definitely be back 😊

I specifically chose a weekday during the off-season to experience this place, as the reviews I saw online seemed quite positive. This guesthouse is located at the foot of Qiniang Mountain, in a village situated in a low-lying area in the middle of Dapeng Peninsula. The houses in this village are neatly arranged, and this particular guesthouse is nestled in a corner, facing Qiniang Mountain. The surrounding area feels like a traditional village. The interior design of the guesthouse is quite good, and the room facilities are decent, definitely above average for a guesthouse. It's very suitable for family trips. The bedding in my room and the large bay window were both very comfortable. The only minor issue was that the toilet seemed a bit clogged and wasn't flushing smoothly. When I saw it in person, I thought it was pretty good. The price during the off-season was quite reasonable, though it didn't include breakfast. Ordering breakfast separately was expensive, and there wasn't much good food elsewhere in the village. I had to walk quite a distance before finding a肠粉 (rice noodle roll) shop. A big advantage here is the environment, with direct mountain views. The small courtyard downstairs is also beautifully designed, perfect for sitting and enjoying tea or simply relaxing. In the morning, you can also take the convenient mountain path for a hike, and there's a museum nearby that's worth a visit.

The hotel is very cozy and atmospheric. It’s like if you live in a private hotel with artistic decor and personal small garden. There are pets on reception and if you love animals you just have a perfect anti stress fluffy companions :) The staff is friendly and tried to help in any questions. Breakfast isn’t served in a usual way but delivered to your room. So it’s a kind of fast food. But you may order by menu in a cafe downstairs. The hotel located a bit distanced from a village but if you like walking, you may pass by am embankment and reach more touristic places. I liked that feeling of privacy with no tourist crowds.

This was a perfect hotel for us to land after a long international flight with young kids; huge hotel and compound which likely had its prime when it was first built 20 years ago; it needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep but the standout of it was its nature park access which is a must with young kids; so beautiful and lots of fun. It would be so nice if it became more popular again so they can restore the place to its former glory. Workers were really warm and friendly; breakfast was a nice touch.

Facilities: The room was spacious with two 1.5-meter beds, and the bathroom shower was very comfortable. Cleanliness: Spotless! The bedding was excellent, especially the pillows – super comfy, full marks! Environment: The concierge upgraded our room, which had a small balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the beach. The view was absolutely amazing! The beach has fine white sand, and you can catch crabs at night. Both the sunrise and sunset were beautiful! Service: Our concierge, a lovely young lady, was incredibly thoughtful and sweet! She contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time and made sure the AC was on. Her service was exceptional, and her charming smile always brightened our day. The seafood restaurant she recommended offered delivery service, and the food was delicious. She's truly reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Jiaochangwei!

This stay exceeded our expectations! A big thanks to Manager Joey for the thoughtful arrangements throughout our trip. The room layout was perfect, very spacious with soft, natural light – it felt comfortable the moment we walked in. The room was spotlessly clean; not a speck of dust in any nook or cranny, the bedding smelled fresh, and the bathroom area was sparkling. It made us feel extra secure and at ease. Traveling with elderly family members, the biggest surprise was how complete the surrounding amenities were. The hotel is right next to Happy Harbor, which has everything you could need, including tons of restaurants to choose from. The central location made it super convenient to get everywhere, and our whole family had a fantastic time. The soundproofing throughout the entire hotel was excellent; it was incredibly quiet both day and night, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Whenever we needed anything, Joey was there – his message replies were super fast, and any issues were promptly and properly handled. He was always gentle, patient, and his service was both meticulous and incredibly attentive. Overall, our comfort level was through the roof. It's now our top choice for accommodation, and next time we bring our family to Shenzhen, we'll definitely book this apartment again. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling with family.

I think this hotel is pretty good. The restaurant service is five-star because the food is really delicious. I truly think it's great, perhaps the chef is even Michelin-starred. The service attitude is also excellent because when we were late for breakfast, they prepared a fresh meal for us, which made me feel very warm and welcome. Additionally, the hotel thoughtfully prepares little surprises for guests, which I also really appreciate. If I had to choose, I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time, as their attitude is genuinely wonderful and makes you feel right at home.

Taking advantage of the beautiful spring weather, choosing this place was definitely the right decision! The room was dry and clean, and I slept incredibly soundly and peacefully last night. I had a packed schedule today, but thanks to the excellent rest I got, I'm feeling great. The staff were also super helpful with directions, which was a huge help. Now, off to enjoy my day!

The 2 rooms service apartment is very spaces with 2 floors .The problem is the lower floor toilet water flow design is totally out , after shower the whole toilet was flooded so our legs still soak into the dirty water that can flow out in time . Very bad design . The second room is really small and cannot put in any luggage bag . Need rooms for improvement.
