The room was great, and it even had a washing machine, or rather, a washer-dryer, right in the room, so no need to worry about dirty clothes. The hotel also gave me a free room upgrade. It's quite close to the IELTS computer-delivered test center, about a ten-minute walk, or you can just take a taxi for a quicker ride.

This apartment is so elegant, comfort and fancy with high exceptional services. I really enjoyed a night stay with a perfect spot from the 10th floor allows you to get a perfect city. The room is so equipped with all ammenities including washing mashine, water kettle, fridge and desk table. And above this apartment is very close to the metro station takes you just 5 minutes by foot

The subway is just next to the building. The rooms are spacious and the house keeping response was fast and excellent. Surroundings has convenient stores , massage and food. The down side was the towels we got for the first day were yellowish and torn. The basin top was quite dirty and the toilet bowl under-rim could be cleaner. They could be a little bit more generous on body wash gel and shampoo. Otherwise we were happy staying at this place.

The front desk staff are friendly and responsible, patiently answering questions, providing a great service experience. The room is clean, tidy, and clutter-free, with warm decor that feels cozy and relaxing. The duplex layout is open and spacious. It's fully equipped with essential appliances like a fridge, washing machine, and dryer, and the internet is stable. The floor-to-ceiling window offers an excellent view, and the city lights at night are truly mesmerizing. Downstairs, there are all sorts of food options nearby, and it's a quick walk to North Station, making transfers to high-speed rail and subway effortless and time-saving. We are a family of three—mother and two adult children—on our first trip to Shenzhen. We originally booked 6 nights, then decided to add 3 more nights. It was very easy to do on the app, which I really liked. I also asked the front desk if we could stay in the same room for the extended stay, and they accommodated us without any issue. The customer service was excellent. The front desk was always eager to help and very patient. A few of the staff spoke English, and when they struggled to explain something, they used a translator—which we really appreciated. Breakfast was tasty with consistent quality. The items changed slightly each morning, so it never felt boring. The cleaning crew was very accommodating with my requests. The room was clean, and having a washing machine was super convenient. A small note for improvement: the room interior is a bit outdated, and the appliances are old. The kitchen didn't have pans or pots, and the microwave wasn't working. My daughter was a little disappointed since she enjoys cooking, but it wasn't bothersome enough to report. In fact, it pushed us to try ordering food—which turned out to be a fun experience! All in all, a comfortable stay thanks to the wonderful staff and clean environment. Just don't expect a fully equipped kitchen.

This is a honest review about Jufuyuan Apartment. The location is around 10 minutes away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street and the grocery store but there is a 24/7 convenience store located downstairs. Upon check in I asked the lady boss why there was no sofa compared to the pictures on the website as she told me different rooms have different layouts. There was a problem with the AC on the living area that is why the guy boss had to adjust the room temperature for us to sleep comfortably. It can sleep 4 people as we were billeted on the 31st floor. The guy boss was so kind as to help me order items from taobao as I needed to order items from the app and my alipay wont connect to the taibao app that is why I asked him to use his app and he ordered for me. He also helped me to look for a key duplicating store on the last day as I stayed there for 5 days. But I can't say much about the lady boss(his wife) as we asked her for help on the last day to book a didi taxi since I don't know how to use the app. She didn't help me and told me to ask someone downstairs to book it yet the guard didn't know how to either. We can speak mandarin but I find the attitude of the lady boss not so good compared to his husband who was so kind to help me out. Good thing a taxi stopped by and we were able to catch a ride to the port going back to HK. It was raining then so we had to take a taxi back to the port. Location wise it is okay if youre not with seniors as my parents had a hard time going to the Pedestrian street(30 mins walk from them). There was typhoon for 2 days so we didn't go out. My parents were sick but the good thing is there was a hospital in front and a pharmacy besides it, wherein I bought medicines and food for them. Subway is around 200 meters but you need to carry your stuff going down as there was no escalator going down only up. 4 Restaurants were across the apartment. There were several small roaches that they really need to disinfect the room as I saw them crawling on the wall. Most units then were not occupied as it was lean season but saw some units have a balcony wherein ours didn't have any. If not for the kindness of the guy boss I would say I still had a pleasant experience staying there. The apartment is more of an Airbnb type that you have to provide everything. No water or tea was provided during our stay. There was a washing machine besides the bathroom which helped us to wash our clothes when we were there.

Depending on the day, you may also hear low-flying airplanes passing overhead—particularly loud on several nights per week. It’s important to be aware that the noise level can be high enough to affect sleep, even with noise-canceling headphones. The apartment would benefit from some urgent maintenance: there are signs of wear such as cigarette marks on walls and floors, broken tiles, and visible damage in parts of the unit. A thorough deep-cleaning would also help enhance the overall comfort of the space. That said, the on-site staff are kind, attentive, and do their best to assist promptly. While they may be limited in what they can resolve immediately, their responsiveness is appreciated. Some larger decisions appear to be outside their control, possibly depending on the property owner’s involvement. Utility bills (electricity and water) are reasonably priced, and will likely increase your overall budget by about 10–15%. All in all, I would still recommend this apartment for travelers looking to experience a calm and modern neighborhood, especially if they value space and independence over hotel-style amenities. With a few improvements, it has the potential to become a very pleasant stay.

one of the most comfortable stay for awhile. balcony was huge. we have a wonderful time in there. is close to the city center and everywhere is within walking distance. it far exceeded my expectations! Location is unbeatable: right in the heart of Sea World, step out and you’re surrounded by the fountain square, bars, restaurants, and the cruise ship lit up at night. It’s perfect for evening walks and late-night snacks. will defeintely come back for another visit.

To be honest, it's really good. I was on a business trip and had been to other places before. I was a little reluctant when I saw the bad reviews at first. I only bought a hotel for one night, but I was really satisfied. I extended it for a few days later! Clean, large space, good air, good light, good view, big screen, everything you need! The service attitude is also very good, 100% of the processing is also full of satisfaction! Really like it👍
