"First off, I have to say the hotel's location is excellent. It's just across the street from MixC, which has tons of luxury brands for clothing and a wide variety of food options. Cross another street, and you're at Dongmen Street, which has absolutely everything. There's really nothing you can't find near the hotel. Plus, there are two convenience stores right downstairs, so ordering late-night food is incredibly convenient. The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally nice, beautiful, and gentle. Even though we checked in very late, they upgraded our room for us. The hotel's soundproofing is good, the water pressure is great, and the bath towels were clean and of good quality. The bedding was also very clean. The room rates weren't too expensive and were quite reasonable. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen. This hotel will always be my top choice."

"Unbelievable, we got an upgraded room.. The room is very comfortable, clean and equipped with the necessary toiletries. I like the bed, i slept well for 9 hours.. I like this hotel, so i will definitely stay again … I have a good checked in experience with Ms Wei Winnie.. she is very helpful and kind enough to advised near good foods and attractions.. The 31st floor laundry area is good too, better if without the smoker hahhaa .. oh by the way.. sound proof is not good , so don’t talk too loud if you don’t want others to hear your conversation hahha"

"Hotels in Shenzhen aren't exactly cheap, and I needed to drop my boyfriend off at the venue first thing in the morning, so I booked this hotel for less than 200 yuan. I expected it to be an older place, but to my surprise, the facilities were incredibly modern, the room was spacious, and the overall environment was really good. "For this business trip, I chose the only Hilton Garden Inn in Shenzhen Dongmen, and my stay was absolutely fantastic. Everything was impeccable, from check-in to check-out, both handled by the same front desk staff member, Xiao Guan. Her service was polite, enthusiastic, and she quickly responded to and resolved all my issues during my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and when housekeeping cleaned for my extended stay, they even provided two extra bottles of water. The breakfast spread offered a comprehensive selection of both Chinese and Western options – it was great to be able to have a hearty meal before heading to my meetings. The hotel's location is also excellent, with the subway right downstairs. Dongmen Old Street and Kingglory Plaza fulfilled all my shopping and dining needs. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. Full marks!"

"The main advantage of this hotel is you are directly above the metro in the heart of the financial sector. If your visiting Shenzhen to Be in the heart of things, this is the place to be. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and speak English well, provides all the amenities to need including a fridge and toilet with a control panel. One thing I found of but ok was the sink was not in the bathroom, it was in the corridor between bathroom and main room"

The room was fully equipped with a mini-fridge and a powerful hairdryer, showing that every little detail was thoughtfully considered. The hotel's public facilities were a pleasant surprise. On the 22nd floor, there's a self-service laundry area with integrated washer-dryer machines, so you can wash and dry all your dirty clothes from your outings in one go. The gym is well-equipped with a complete range of machines. The rooftop sky garden offers a panoramic view, and watching the city lights at dusk from there created a wonderful ambiance. It’s a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The front desk staff were gentle and courteous. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The staff were professional and efficient, and they even proactively and thoughtfully arranged for our group's rooms to be on the same floor. The communication throughout was smooth and pleasant. The room service robot delivered requested items directly to our door, which was both convenient and fun. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, ensuring that everyone, young and old, could find something they liked. There were freshly cooked noodles and congee, hot and cold savory dishes, fresh fruit salads, and a wide array of desserts and pastries. Soy milk, fried dough sticks, fresh milk, and coffee were continuously replenished. Both the taste and variety were commendable."
