Stayed for 2 nights. For first impression, photos from trip com do not quite match the reality. The hotel facilities are a bit old. For example, both bathroom & toilet handles were broken. Breakfasts were simple, mostly Chinese style, and no too many variety of dishes. There’s a self service laundry room at each floor, but a washer/dryer was broken and I had to go to upper floor. But guys at reception were very friendly. The location is good - 7/11 nearby and local shopping center with lots of small restaurants, bubble tea, etc. Thank you.

Hotel location is bit out of the way to town or tourists attractions but there’s train stations just right in-front of the hotel very convenient. The hotel stuffs are friendly and helpful as well as the housekeepers, you can get all your necessary amenities with excellent services. Room is clean, comfy, spacious and of all grading perfect 10 out of 10 for aroma smell which just great for non-smokers who got disturbed my smoking smell, more than expectation. Hotel design with library concept at their lobby is cool, and good space to enjoy their cafe services . Some dishes of their Chinese style breakfast is great to try too.

Not exactly what it described here. Not pleasant at all during our stay at this hotel. Poor insulation, no AC no heating facilities, shampoo and shower gels are low quality, room was small and very hot, slippers provided were filthy. TV worked for one day but stopped working the next day. The floor board was broken inside the room. The only positive is they have self-service washing machines provided though the drying system isn't that great. Anyone with a high standard should avoid staying at this hotel at all costs.

The hotel was clean and cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really enjoy how the shower area includes a step to put your foot so you can scrub your leg safely as you shower! Nice touch! The only downside about the location is that there’s a lot of construction out front but the hotel is proactive and gives you earplugs, so you can cancel out the noise. I do wish the room included a full length mirror, so you can double-check your outfit! Other than that, my boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely stay! We will be coming back!

Location of the hotel is just a minute's walk from Exit A of Nanyou Metro Station. Lobby is on the 40th floor while guest rooms are from level 36 to 39 with laundry facilities at level 36. The room is clean and spacious enough for 2 adults. It is nice that they have the wash basin, toilet and bath facilities separated so one can still use the toilet / wash basin when another person is taking a shower. The room is well lit, equipped with charging ports including USB ports and other modern facilities. The receptionist Zhou Zhou is very friendly and helpful. She gave us useful information e.g. how to get to the nearest mall and suggested nearby tourist attractions. She is very responsive when I asked her questions on Weixin. She even helped us bring the luggage to our rooms after she processed our check in as we were unfamiliar with the hotel. She made our stay really pleasant and comfortable. All the other front desk officers, housekeeping and restaurant personnel we met were friendly and polite too. We usually get back late to the hotel so Mr Zhou from house keeping usually would be around when we requested for extra bottles of water and also showed me how to use the laundry service. Overall we enjoyed our 3 nights stay at UrCove by Hyatt Shenzhen Bay Nanyou.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Steven is very attentive and makes sure we get our breakfast every morning, he also assisted me with sending my massive luggage back home. The best butler service. Breakfast is delicious and deliveries are fast from the restaurant! Thank you for the wonderful experience, will definitely visit again.

The downstairs is Yantian Seafood🦀🦞🦑🐟🥢😋 Street, and there are many food restaurant options nearby🤟🏻. ⭐️The hotel 🏨 has been newly opened for half a year, the room environment is very clean and well managed 👍🏻🤭 ⭐️There is a female staff member named Zhao at the front desk. Her attitude is friendly and worthy of praise👍🏻😊 ⭐️Sea view terrace room is recommended to move in👍🏻🤭

Good location near the Shenzhen Bay border, with big rooms. We stayed in the two-bedroom suite which was spacious; the bathrooms are really good but there are major problems with the drains where the water won’t go anywhere, leading to some flooding. The breakfast situation is chaotic with not enough seats for all staying guests.

I recently stayed at the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. A special shoutout to Eden for her outstanding customer relations! She truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. During breakfast at the lobby bar, I noticed the staff working diligently, even during the busy rush hour. Despite the wait, their friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience pleasant. It was refreshing to see such dedication, and I appreciated their efforts. However, I did encounter an issue during the evening service on December 28th. Although the lobby bar was quiet around 7 PM, I found the male staff member to be somewhat arrogant and lacking basic courtesy. Despite my repeated expressions of thanks for the food, he remained silent and did not collect the finished dishes. This was disappointing compared to the excellent service I received during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel for its exceptional service during the day, and I hope to see improvements in the evening staff's attitude. Thank you for a memorable stay!
