The service response was very prompt. The most pleasant surprise was the restaurant; as someone from Guangdong, I was completely won over by the Chinese restaurant's food after the first dinner. The prices were also very reasonable (a Coke cost 2.8 yuan, and a 1.5 jin steamed grouper was only 80+ yuan). Because the location is quite secluded, it truly feels like a hideaway resort. Once you're there, you don't have many other options (for example, you won't think about ordering takeout, or going out to try other restaurants, or searching for other nearby entertainment). Instead, you truly get to enjoy the relaxation of not having to make decisions. Of course, the various experiences offered by the hotel are enough to keep you from getting bored. After two nights, I felt like I wanted more and look forward to coming again. This time, we had one rainy day and one sunny day, and both offered unique scenery worth appreciating.

I always choose high-end hotels for my travels, and this stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen truly offered an even higher level of quality and service. First, I particularly want to commend my butler, Pierre, for his excellent service! It was my wedding anniversary on the day of check-in, and I mentioned it to Butler Pierre when he called me. The check-in process was swift, and upon entering the room, I was delighted to see the thoughtful decorations and a handwritten blessing on a card. I'm very grateful for Pierre's considerate preparations. Second, the hotel boasts an elegant environment. From check-in to quick processing and room service, you can feel the warmth; every service staff member I encountered in the restaurant was full of smiles. The hotel's service response is incredibly fast; from the moment you call to order coffee to your room, it's very prompt. They even offer 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea delivery to the room. Having stayed in various five-star and even seven-star hotels both domestically and internationally, if I could rate it, I would give The St. Regis Shenzhen a ten-star rating, because both the facilities and service completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again and hope you continue to improve!

I was in Shenzhen for business, near Sun Yat-sen University, and since I wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, I bypassed the closer 'Xueren Yuan' and booked the Grand Mercure. I'd left a few requests in my booking notes, and the front desk lady thoughtfully went through each one with me, fulfilling almost all of them, which I really appreciated. The hotel seemed to have upgraded me to a deluxe twin room (I was traveling alone, and king rooms were full that day). There were two beds, each 1.5 meters wide, so I slept very comfortably. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked a park, and the autumn greenery in the south was vibrant, offering a beautiful view. Like other Huazhu hotels, there didn't seem to be any TV channels; you had to scan a QR code with your phone to cast to the screen. I had my iPad Air with me, so I didn't need to watch TV anyway. The hotel provided two bottles of C'estbon water, and the tea and coffee were good. Breakfast was also very generous. I watched the US Open Women's Singles Final while eating breakfast, which was very enjoyable. My main interest was the pool on the fifth floor, which I believe is outsourced to a fitness center, but free for hotel guests. Unfortunately, because there are many restaurants in the nearby Wanda Plaza, the fifth floor happens to be at the height of their exhaust vents. When I swam in the evening, I was surrounded by the smell of barbecue. When I went for a swim the next morning, I got in the water at 10 AM, and by the time I finished my 1000 meters, the surrounding area was entering lunchtime, and the smells started to waft up again. The hotel's location is excellent. You exit the elevator at D exit of Fenghuangcheng Metro Station, turn right, and you'll see it. Fenghuangcheng Metro Station offers direct, no-transfer lines to Shenzhen North, Guangmingcheng, and Shenzhen Bay Port. There's also a city check-in terminal at the entrance, and hotel guests can take a free shuttle bus to Bao'an Airport, which is convenient for business travelers.

The service was great, and the room's TV had movie subscriptions. The robot delivery for room service was very fast, and the power didn't cut out when I left the room temporarily. The hygiene was good, and after washing my clothes, the front desk even helped put them in a bag for the robot to deliver to my room. It offers good value for money, and it's within walking distance to the border crossing. It's located right behind the Shangri-La, making it super convenient for trips to Hong Kong.

Indeed, this is Shenzhen's top luxury hotel! The front desk is on the 78th floor, and the elevators are thoughtfully equipped with sofas, which is perfect for a quick rest during the 1+ minute ride up or down. That's a great touch. The deep blue theme of the room is my favorite color, and the incredibly spacious design made my extended stay of several days very comfortable! The room's functional layout is also excellent, with clear divisions between the entryway, wardrobe, washroom, and toilet room. Each section is distinct yet can be adjusted and connected as needed. The service was truly exceptional. From check-in to getting to the room, everything was seamlessly handled, and they proactively inquired about my travel plans. A big thank you to Brynn, who, knowing my itinerary, specially arranged a room with a great view for me and patiently explained everything, hahaha 😂, making my trip experience absolutely perfect!

Excellent value for money! To find a room this spacious in Hong Kong, with a 90-degree glass sea view, for just over a thousand during the National Day holiday, is far superior to hotels of the same price in the city center. It's also conveniently located, with a 20-minute MTR ride to Tsim Sha Tsui.

Overall, a huge thumbs-up! Everything was fantastic, from the rooms to the overall facilities and the staff. A special shout-out to Cassie from Guest Relations, who called ahead to accommodate my room preferences – so thoughtful and attentive. Niya was professional and incredibly warm, patiently helping throughout our stay, which really made the experience perfect. Also, Sally, who handled our check-in, was meticulous and professional, and the ladies in the executive lounge were kind and patient. The staff we met in the breakfast restaurant, housekeeping, and the lobby were all very professional and enthusiastic. Plus, the pool was incredibly comfortable, with great water quality, excellent facilities, and responsible staff. We'll definitely be back!

My stay at Shenzhen Orange Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access, and there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly easy to get around. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet cozy decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable, with attention to detail evident throughout. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in efficiently and even thoughtfully providing recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and we're so grateful for Lacey's wonderful service. A special thanks to the concierge, Zhong Hai, who kindly gave our child a adorable hotel mascot doll, Pipi, which they absolutely loved. The attention to detail in the service was perfect. We'll definitely choose The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan again for our next visit!

This time, I booked a selected bay view king room for my trip to Shenzhen. Perhaps due to the holidays, the scenic rooms were fully booked, and after a long wait, I couldn't get one. Eventually, after discussing with the hotel, I was offered a regular bay view room at a lower price. While it was a bit disappointing, the hotel's sincerity was quite satisfying. In addition to a temporary room arrangement and welcome fruits during the wait, they also arranged some extra gifts and a late checkout. The next day, after learning I was going to the airport, they even arranged a complimentary car for me. Although I was slightly disappointed that I couldn't stay in the room type I had hoped for, the effective and appropriate service and compensatory measures from multiple staff members were very pleasing. This kind of customer service, which doesn't cut corners to save costs, is truly commendable and something other hotels should learn from. I look forward to staying here again next time.
