The hotel was spotless and absolutely beautiful, with super friendly staff and outstanding service. The girl at the front desk spoke flawless British English and helped us with everything. The view was stunning, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious

The sea view was beautiful, and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful in resolving issues and even upgraded our room. They also offered a complimentary 20-minute travel photoshoot, and photographer Liu Liu was very professional, producing great results.

This is a great hote! Perfect for vacation. The hotel design is beautiful, modern and useful. The view from the room is awesome. They have their own restaurant, and the food is tasty. The sunset view from the restaurant is 10 out of 10. Amazing! We had absolute good rest. The bed is so comfy. The environment is very peaceful and quiet. It's definitely worth the trip.

This is my third time staying at Nan'ao Miyue Shenzhen Haibei Bay B&B! They have four buildings with three different styles. Some offer a complimentary travel photoshoot, others don't. This time I didn't check carefully, and this room type didn't include one. Overall, the service was fantastic! 👍 I forgot my contact lens solution, and the staff helped me borrow some from a colleague and brought it to my room. How amazing is that?! 🙏 I'll definitely be back!

The stay was amazing! The staff were really friendly,kind & helpful specially (Bonnie) she help us with organising our tour our request very patiently. The room was really good with the seaview we really had good time ☺️ The room comes with the complimentary photography for couples , they schedule 2 sessions as we were staying for 2nights The photographer name was A-Le he was really professional ,guide us with location for the photos & make us really comfortable while taking pictures in different locations! The photos were absolutely perfect & absolutely love it really wanted to thanks MR A-le the moments are so beautifully captured & the photos look awesome we are lucky to get session with MR A-le photography , we highly recommended Mr A-le he is very very friendly,professional ,talented and efficient we will definitely visit again very soon

The hotel is located at a lively town with plenty of hotels and food options nearby. There is a convenient store 7-11 just beside the hotel. The room provides an excellent view of the sea,with a private outdoor tub and balcony with seats to enjoy the view. Take note that there is no bathroom door for this room type. Staff is courteous and welcoming,with the butler sending notifications on things to take note and reminders for the inclusive meals. Photographer阿乐has been very friendly and provided great recommendations for poses and backdrop ideas when helping us with the photoshoot, a great professional photographer The photos turn out great.
