It's very close to shopping districts and attractions, and getting a taxi is also very convenient, saving time and effort for sightseeing or business. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained. The thoughtful and comprehensive service, combined with the convenient location, offers outstanding value for money. It's perfect for both short trips and temporary stays. This Marriott hotel in Shenzhen offered an excellent stay. The overall atmosphere was understated luxury, not overly commercialized. The room had great natural light and was meticulously cleaned. What impressed me most was the staff's service; the guest relations specialist was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and proactively attended to many small details. During my leisure time, I tried the hotel's mooncakes. The custard lava filling was soft and silky, and the red bean paste with aged tangerine peel had a rich flavor, clearly showing the quality ingredients used. Whether for a short stay or purchasing Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, this hotel won't disappoint. I look forward to my next visit.

However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I chose Youlin Youth Hostel near Shenzhen North Station this time, and my experience far exceeded expectations! The location is superb, just a few steps from the subway, which is incredibly convenient for travelers catching trains or who have just arrived. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds come with privacy curtains, offering excellent privacy and a sense of security. The common areas are also cleaned daily by dedicated staff. What I loved most was the warm atmosphere; the owner is friendly and thoughtful, and my roommates were all very considerate, making for a relaxed and stress-free stay. The value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shenzhen. Highly recommended to all my friends!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

Joy handled everything very smoothly, without any rush, and quickly processed my check-in. She also took care of various small on-site requests without needing repeated back-and-forth communication. The room's maintenance was satisfactory; the desk was dust-free, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. After a long day, returning to a clean and comfortable room was great. The hardware isn't brand new, but it's practical enough for a business trip. The internet speed was stable, and the desk space was ample, allowing me to catch up on some work in the evening. The hotel's location is very convenient for business travelers, being close to many business hubs. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and getting taxis to and from the hotel is easy. The soundproofing between floors was also good, allowing for a peaceful rest after a busy day. As someone who frequently travels for work, I value this kind of reliable and unpretentious experience, and this is my genuine impression of the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

There are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and transportation is very convenient. Overall, the attention to detail is impressive, and it offers exceptional value for money. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Futian. Highly recommended!

TLDR: Good room, convenient location, with some areas for improvement in service Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a very strategic and accessible location, with three metro stations within walking distance and Dongmen Old Street nearby. It was also convenient to get around by car — around 15 minutes to Luohu Station and about 25 minutes to Futian Station during our stay, although the travel time was affected by traffic. Overall, the location was definitely one of the highlights. The room was spacious, generally clean and well-equipped. We particularly liked having a washing machine, fridge with a freezer compartment, proper dining area and sofa. The room amenities were practical and convenient. It would be a nice added touch if the bathroom could also have a bidet. There were, however, some areas where the guest experience could be improved. Front desk service could be more attentive and proactive. We were initially given one room card for two guests and had to request for an additional card. Unfortunately, the additional card was coded incorrectly, so we had to wait again while it was rectified. These were minor issues, but better attention to detail could make the check-in process smoother. We also found that the staff were generally not very proactive in offering assistance. On several occasions, we had to ask specifically for help rather than being guided or assisted upfront. It may simply have been our experience during this stay, and we are not sure if this is common in Shenzhen or specific to the property, but a more welcoming and service-oriented approach would definitely improve the guest experience. That said, we did encounter two staff members who were very helpful. They assisted us late at night when we needed help with returning some Taobao items, and we really appreciated their willingness to assist despite it being late. Their helpfulness stood out and showed that there are staff who are willing to go the extra mile for guests. Noise from the doorbell was another concern. The doorbell was quite loud and could be heard from neighbouring rooms. On one morning at around 7:10am, someone repeatedly rang the doorbell outside our room for several minutes. As the sound was clearly audible from inside our room, it was quite disruptive and a little unsettling. It may be worth reviewing the doorbell volume and how repeated ringing is handled. For ******* deliveries, food was usually left at the collection cabinet beside reception. We had to contact reception to have it sent up to the room via the robot. A more streamlined delivery process or clearer instructions for guests would be helpful. The check-out and luggage storage process could also be improved. We had to wait for the staff member to finish another task before being attended to, and when we mentioned that we wanted to store our luggage, it was not immediately clear where we should leave it or what the procedure was. Similarly, when we later returned to collect our luggage, there was some waiting time before the luggage was retrieved. Providing clearer instructions and acknowledging the waiting time would make the process feel more organised. Overall, the room, facilities and location were definitely the strong points of our stay. With some improvements in staff attentiveness, willingness to assist, communication and service responsiveness, the overall experience could be considerably better. We appreciated the two staff members who assisted us with our late-night Taobao returns, and hope the same level of helpfulness and attentiveness can be consistently extended to all guests.

Everything was good. It was very quiet in the hostel itself. I stayed for 1 day to see what was interesting in the city center. There wasn't a towel, but they responded quickly to messages. The hostel is located on the 11th floor. There's a window, so the air is fresh. The toilet is just a hole in the ground though, no Western-style toilets.
