GGuest UserThis was my first stay at a H World Group's five-star hotel, and the facilities were very new. Besides breakfast, the stay also included complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack. The afternoon tea offered a variety of small cakes, fruits, and vegetable salads, while the late-night snack had noodles, congee, and other delicious options. You definitely won't go hungry, and with breakfast available until 11 AM, you're pretty much covered for the whole day's meals. Plus, the self-service laundry even had staff to operate machines and fold clothes for you. While there are a few areas where it can't quite compare to international five-star brands, the price is significantly more affordable. It was definitely a great value for money option during the Chinese New Year. I'll stay here again.

__cs13000233****This hotel has a modern, minimalist style, and they've made excellent use of the space; the high ceilings prevent any feeling of claustrophobia. It's also very clean, and the disposable slippers are thick-soled and comfortable. Plus, they offer free parking.
However, I have a couple of minor suggestions: 1. The shower area is separated from the toilet by a plastic curtain. Due to the high water pressure from the shower, water still splashes out. I suggest improving this. 2. The artistic tiles in the shower room are beautiful, but they are quite transparent. This might not be suitable for families traveling with children, so I suggest adding a curtain to avoid any awkwardness.

KKaltsit.My stay at Shenzhen MO was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to Ms. Tipo, who was incredibly warm and attentive. She gave us a detailed room tour and offered fantastic travel recommendations throughout our two-day stay – so thoughtful! All the staff were very friendly, creating a wonderful service atmosphere. The location is super convenient, close to UpperHills and a park, which was great for traveling with seniors. The executive room and lounge offered stunning views, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the turndown service had great attention to detail. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

EErenxiangaozhuangStepping into the hotel, I was immediately struck by the uniquely designed lobby with its distinctive industrial steel aesthetic. The open-plan front desk created a welcoming atmosphere, instantly bridging the gap between the hotel and its guests. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, completing my check-in in just a few minutes.
To access the upper floors, you need to use your key card in the elevator, which I think is a great way to ensure guest privacy. My room was comfortably and cozily furnished, and all the drinks in the mini-bar were complimentary. My only minor critique is that there was only a small side table in the room, but this is a small detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience. The smart toilet in the bathroom provided a very comfortable experience.
The public areas are located on the 14th floor, featuring arcade games, a gym, and laundry facilities, all available 24/7 for guests to enjoy in their leisure time. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, though unfortunately, I was too groggy in the morning to remember to take photos.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I hope to have the opportunity to return again.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are great. The room has a Dyson hairdryer, which is very comfortable for drying hair, and Jo Malone toiletries, leaving a pleasant scent after showering. The pool area lighting at night is beautiful, with LED light shows playing, making it a perfect spot for photos and check-ins! The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and helpful.

ZzhuzhuloloAfter a long time researching, Akanara truly didn't disappoint me.
Service: I traveled during the off-season, and they kindly upgraded my room for free. There's a shuttle service available (though it's not a long walk to my room anyway), and the staff were incredibly responsive to all my requests. They delivered fresh fruit daily, and guests have free access to a fantastic kids' club and library.
Facilities: Both the soft and hard facilities were excellent. The bedding was clean and comfortable (I'm a bit particular about sleep and pillows). The best part was the motion-sensor light under the bed, which was perfect for getting up at night. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the shower had strong, comfortable water pressure. The toilet seat even had a heating function! The screen casting was easy and clear. They provided an eye mask and earplugs. There's a mini-fridge with 4 bottles of water daily, plus 2 drinks on the first day. Getting a taxi was convenient!
Environment: Right downstairs is the hotel's private beach. On a sunny day, the water is crystal clear, and there are swings – perfect for kids to play on. The only minor drawback is that the sand is a bit coarse, but it's incredibly convenient nonetheless. The hotel reception area is also an excellent spot to watch the sunset. The reception is in building 44, and no matter which building your room is in, it's not a far walk.
Overall, it's a fantastic hotel! I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit!

YYyy1cantOn vacation in Shenzhen, I missed my return flight. For the first few days, I stayed at the Kaisa Marriott (far from the airport, by the sea), but I didn't want to travel back and forth and risk missing another flight. So, I found a nice hotel nearby. I have to say, the Four Seasons Shenzhen truly lives up to its name. When I checked in, the front desk attendant was incredibly friendly and approachable, which was a refreshing change from the cold, robotic service at some other hotels – definitely worth praising. Then there's the lobby, the natural light is absolutely unbeatable! There's a grand piano next to the bar, and we happened to see someone playing it. The soft sunlight streaming in made for a truly delightful scene, giving me an excellent first impression of the hotel. As for the room, I was very pleased with the fantastic sound quality of the speakers and the superb view. Although it wasn't on a high floor (I personally prefer staying in very tall hotels), the high-rises opposite perfectly conveyed the hustle and bustle of Shenzhen. The hotel's location is also excellent; the Ritz is directly opposite the Four Seasons, it's only about ten kilometers from the airport, and there's a pedestrian street right next door, making it incredibly convenient to go anywhere. Around 10 PM, we had a few cocktails at the lobby bar, and the atmosphere was super chill. Now, for some minor suggestions after listing the pros. First, the lobby bar closes way too early! It stops service at 11 PM. The front desk attendant even joked, ”I also think drinks should be enjoyed until the early morning hours.” I hope the bar can stay open until midnight so we can relax, chat, and enjoy the Shenzhen vibe a bit longer. Also, I hope the doormen can be a bit more attentive. Since there were four of us arriving in a business van, and each of us had luggage, I wished the doorman would react more quickly and have two more people help with our bags, instead of just one person deliberating on how to carry all our luggage. But these are minor issues. All in all, this Four Seasons experience was a quintessential luxury hotel stay. I hope the hotel continues to strive and maintain the Four Seasons' reputation and service. I look forward to even more delightful surprises on my next stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, with Happy Valley and Window of the World right nearby. You can even see Window of the World from your room. I checked in on the last day of the Chinese New Year holiday, and there was a drone show at Window of the World. The front desk service was fantastic; they processed my check-in very quickly. All the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic.

EEhdiieWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was relatively clean, and when we requested a room change, the staff were very accommodating and assisted us promptly without any additional charge. The cleaning crew was consistently polite and respectful, which we truly appreciated.
We especially loved the beautiful view of the city — it truly added to our overall experience and made our stay even more enjoyable.
There was a minor issue with the mopping, as it seemed detergent may not have been used, but it did not significantly affect our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and found the pricing to be quite reasonable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
