"Frequent traveller obsessed with the gym. 1. Hotel is fine, like aged wine, tastes good if you like it, average if you don’t appreciate it. 2. Staff are excellent, from floor staff, lifeguard to reception at the concierge.&&& this was the best thing about the hotel. The staff 3. As mentioned, aged wine. It is an old hotel, the carpet in the rooms are comparatively aged as well. Which is not our cup of tea. 4. Gym is fine, big, but machines are at least 10 years old. 5. Swimming pool was acceptable. Can’t complain too much. 6. Kids thought it was ok, but there are better choices. But close proximity to luohu control point, nothing beats that."

"Excellent location with many food options nearby. It is also within walking distance to HuaQiangBei the IT enclave of Shenzhen. However, the proximity also meant that traffic is a little chaotic in the streets surrounding that area. Countless e-scooters zip pass on pathways. The front office ladies were kind to extend our check out timing as we had a late flight. The robot delivery was fun and my daughter ordered take-out every night just so she can have the robot deliver the food. The self service laundry was definitely a bonus. The laundry room was clean and even had an iron. You could check on the status of your laundry/drying from your room although there were times when the system seemed to be disconnected and status was blank. Breakfast was normal and it was always crowded. They were very strict with the timing and the food was cleared away quickly once the breakfast time has officially ended. For a Hilton, I must say the coffee from the coffee machine was rather weak. I met a fellow diner who commented that 'coffee was not hot and juices were not cold'. One other area to improve would be the water pressure which was a little weak. Good stay overall."

"Recommend this hotel! Had a really good 4d3n stay. Kudos to Luo Yi who has done both checkin & checkout for me. Thanks for changing my room for me twice to get me a room with no cigarette smell. Good soundproofing as well. Love the solo cabin gym as well. 1 thing to note is that pillow/pillow cases have a weird smell."

"Fraser Suites ShenZhen was very good to stay at for the Easter weekend. The room was very clean and came with a kitchenette, internal laundry and laundry rack which came in handy given we needed to do laundry. We also enjoyed use of the infinity pool on the top floor overlooking the park and city. The room we stayed in however had poor workmanship for the floating floorboards. The hotel should replace these floorboards as the gaps are showing which can pose as a safety issue for patrons feet to trip over/get stuck in."

"We live in NYC and my two daughters would visit this hotel once a year since they love their man made beach and the waterpark. I always booked the club room since the general service is not so good, this time they tried to offer me a room which is cheaper than the room I originally paid, I went back to the Conceriege and Toby there sorted it out immediately and brought a bell boy to move our bags to the right room. I do think it’s necessary to book the room with the club service since the general service is not so good and you do need that extra help. Via and Nico have always been helpful there and the girls had a good time. The breakfast buffet was a good selection or it’s always easy to get a taxi to dine outside. The rooms aged a bit and the hygiene level of the room needs to be improve, I could feel bed bugs during the night…and the stinky smell from the toilet…."

GGuest UserI always choice this hostel when I go to Shenzhen every year，I like the environment around this hostel。There is accident this time thate arranged a mistake room。Fhas ortunately，the Japanese friend is nice and kind，we had a short chat。Though the hostel was rearranged when I expressed the doubt。in hindsight, I think of a different cultural background, and I feel like I haven't handled it well。It's a bit of a pity that I didn't express it in person (The atmosphere is a bit depressing，to sum it up, if u don't understand each other's language and culture, there will really be an expression gap。Emmm，I will study hard now and after。)，and I apologize for not being able to help the Japanese friend solve some problems。By the way，I remembered it later，“孙文” is a common name for “孙中山（the common name in China）” in Japan and Taiwan。 However，the hostel is a nice choice that take communication with people from all over the word。 ps：the cat is 小野。
