第二次點評，那就詳細的説下超級無語的經歷了，目前扣着200的住宿按金也尚未退還:
1.我是晚上十點多到店的，本來訂的是大床房，結果前台安排的是雙床房，還説沒有大床房可以換回去了，實際原因我就不得而知了。因為時候也不早了，我就將就住了一晚。到了第二天中午1點，前台發了一個優惠款給我，説續住的話可以有優惠，我説考慮一下。快到下午2點時，前台問我要不要續住，我説不住了，即時就走。前台説該公寓是12點退房的，我已經大大的超時了，即使在我的請求讓前面合情地調整下，前台也堅持必須要補錢，於是我衹好再加了一個鐘點房的訂單。後面，我在前一天住宿的訂單上作了中肯的差評，詳見截圖。然後向攜程投訴，要求店家要麼退還鐘點房費（這一點我説得很清楚，如果店家堅持要收起超時費，那我也願意承擔該筆鐘點房費用，這是我的責任）,要麼就前一晚安排錯房型的行為向我道歉.最後攜程工作人員也很熱情地為我與店家溝通,店家回覆是不接受任何訴求。最後攜程平台也為這次不愉快的住宿體驗，特地向我補償50元作為道歉，餘下的事情則由攜程平台與店家進行解決。
2. 但事情遠遠沒有結束，店家竟將我的住宿按金扣留兩天未退（至今未退）,店家的説法是我惡意差評，損害了酒店的權益，令酒店蒙受損失，所以不退按金了（已無語）.我隨即向攜程平台再次投訴，攜程與店家溝通了幾個小時仍然無果，最後攜程的客服人員，客户主管以及其他部門的主管，共三位人員輪流向我致歉，並以攜程的名義首先向我補償300元，再與店家做更嚴肅的交涉。我很感激攜程平台的處理方式，但我也明確告知，這件事已經超出了按金的範圍，目前所有的補償，我衹認為是攜程的行為，而與店家無關，攜程並沒有義務去為店家作出賠償。店家一定是要為自己的行為而負起責任的
