设施：基本設施還可，有電視，WiFi ，洗浴熱水，空調，暖氣足。
卫生：設施陳舊但能用，衞生不佳但還可，至小沒有過敏。
环境：可能羅湖區是早期開發，附近也没有較新的平民住宿，所以平民之选都在這！
周邊：有盒馬，有俄優優，有食店，可是看不見休閑，和夜市。

早班姐姐很是好人。之後的後生女生臉臭臭的。性價比還好。但地板黏黏的。網路穩定强勁。花洒熱水水壓充足。

入住體驗很差，4月去的，晚上睡覺房間蚊子特別多，晚上一直在耳邊飛。另外，床單看着也不太乾淨。
特別噁心的是：大晚上一點多，外面有人大聲説房間水管爆了，然後前台和顧客在走廊一直大聲討論水管問題，根本不考慮其他房間的人在睡覺，一直大聲嚷嚷到3點多才停歇，吵的其他住户根本睡不了。非常差的入住體驗，住這裏真是浪費我假期時間。
