被廁所薰了一晚，很臭很臭，抽風機是沒有接電的。紙巾是發黴的。被蚊子咬死，電蚊香沒有*用。窗户是壞的，房間擺設就是為了放下2張床硬擺的。説有22平方，實際帶廁所也就15平方，一樓亂七八糟沒有任何能用的東西。寫着離沙灘直線距離800米，實際4公里，這個怪自己不長眼。但是這麼差這麼偏僻的民居能賣200以上，那些住過的人都不知道評價的嗎？沒住過這麼差的酒店！

房子在別墅區，很安靜，舒服！公交M26過去不塞車還是挺方便的，自駕有停車的地方，停車費才10元/晚，很划算了。房間是新裝修，很乾凈，有陽台和院子，一樓有廚房和唱K玩樂的桌子。相比大梅沙房價相對便宜，去玫瑰海岸和楊梅坑都比較方便，算中間位置。

老闆娘人很好，熱情好客，但是酒店衹提供一張床，兩支牙刷，浴帽，梳子這些都沒有，訂的房是20平方的，入住的房間感覺衹有幾平方，除了床，衹有一條窄窄的衹能走一人的靠窗過道，枕頭太高了，一晚上沒睡好，空調對着床頭吹，頭部很冷但是身上很熱，浴巾和毛巾都是比較廉價的質感，有點不太敢用，希望店家可以改進一些。
