Conveniently located near to Fumin exit J2. Room was comfortable. They upgraded us to room with window. Generally pretty good value for money

The service was excellent, they were helpful in many ways, they allowed me to check in very late and also extended my checkout. Good rooms and good price.

Overall, this was a phenomenal hotel. It's just a single floor underneath an apartment building, but it's a clean and practical location next to the MTR and a nice park, with some late night eateries nearby. The interior is quite modern (Although stuffy) and everything functioned well including the AC and the shower. Since it is a "cheap" hotel it attracts a ghetto crowd that is often obnoxious in the hallways so best to bring earplugs

I recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. Cleanliness is extremely important for me, and I was pleasantly surprised by how pristine it was. The hotel provides daily housekeeping, and I could genuinely feel the dedication of the staff in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. During my stay, I felt incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s location is another highlight, situated conveniently near the FUMIN Metro station Exit J2. This made it easy to explore various parts of Shenzhen and also offered convenient access to transportation for Hong Kong, as well as shops, supermarkets and restaurants are located next of the hotel. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful, especially the Manager Miss Yuen. When my wife fell ill, she arranged for additional water to be sent to our room and provided us with valuable recommendations on where to seek medical assistance. Thanks to her thoughtful suggestions, my wife recovered quickly. She also shared a wealth of information about traveling in Shenzhen, marking our trip smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel stands out as one of the best I’ve ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

Was able to checkin in the middle of the night, and receptionist was nice and upgraded our room as well. Room was clean and comfortable too. Good experience!

This was my first time at this hotel. A great value for the money. The cleanest hotel I have stayed n Shenzhen thus far. The room was near perfect. Also I was able to wash my clothes there also. With the help of a very friendly staff member. Showed me how to operate the was and dryer. The whiole staff was also very helpful. I had a problem with my phone and the staff helped me to locate the nearest telecom service. And even translated the location in English. Thanks to everyone at the front desk.
