The service of the employees is great. Even the desk lady’s are helping to load the luggage into the car. So nice. Thanks a lot to them. It is a good hotel… with room to improve the cleanliness.

Service: Excellent and hope to get this excellent service next time Swimming Pool: Even not too big, but clean and friendly facilities after finished swimming, also kid’s swimming pool water temperature is warm. MTR station: 10 mins by walk to the nearest station, and take MTR to Shenzhenbei station super fast and convenient Dinner Buffet at Hotel: Environment is good and not too crowd, then we can enjoy our dinner buffet comfortably. All foods are tasty and fresh. We want to have one more time to have dinner buffet there.

The hotel's facilities and services made me feel at home. In particular, the warm service and meticulous care of the front desk staff Xiao Li made me feel warm. The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep. The facilities are complete, and I especially like the garden platform on the second floor. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone, it is absolutely worth the money!

A very satisfactory stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very polite, and the arrangements are as satisfactory as possible. There are many restaurants nearby. The casserole porridge recommended by the front desk brother is 100 points. I will stay here again next time.

Excellenet hotel. From the very fast and very pleasant check-in through to the extremely fas and professional check-out. Super comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. And the staff are very, very good.

It was an ordinary budget hotel, reasonable for price, but not very memorable. Extremely basic and ok to stay 1 night with friends.

The hotel has everything you need. Light switches and switches in general are comfortably placed, the air condition is strong and there is even a dedicated HDMI-input next to the bed. The only gripe for foreigners: the receptionists to not speak any English. Be aware of this fact. The hotel is conveniently located in the Nanshan district close to a big mall and the office spaces of many companies, which you can all access by walking by foot. Highly recommended, especially for the value for money.
