Everything was wonderful! The view from the window was absolutely beautiful and made my stay even more enjoyable. It would be great if the toilet seat had an automatic bidet. Also, having laundry detergent for dark clothes and a clothes-drying rack would make things even better. Overall, I really loved my stay — thank you!

The breakfast selection is extensive, offering a delightful buffet with both Chinese and Western options. The service staff are not only very friendly but also highly professional. Staying at the Pullman Hotel truly feels like a home away from home – it's incredibly comfortable!

I came to Shenzhen alone, and after much searching I found a hotel that was very close to the subway. It was indeed very close to the subway and very convenient. There are many delicious restaurants around, and the hotel also has two restaurants that can deliver to the guest rooms. Ordered a lasagna, it was delicious and the service was very attentive. After arriving here at 3:00 a.m. in the morning I was a little worried but everything seemed smooth. I checked in and the room was better than I expected for the price. It has everything you need as a solo traveller and even a little desk where I've set up my computer to do some work.

Don’t trust what it says about this place. Amenities list is fake. There is no restaurant here, there are no mini bars or even a fridge.. and rooms don’t have conditioner. Also, the front desk staff changes frequently, so you need to be prepared to repeat yourself many times using a translation app if, like me, you are a foreigner and looking for a convenient stop off point! :p HOWEVER the rooms are beautiful and staff can be helpful!

I stayed at Orange Hotel again. This time I tried the Xili branch. The receptionist in the lobby was very friendly and attentive. He also upgraded our room. As soon as I opened the door, I could see the characteristics of Orange. It was very clean. The room was warm and bright. The design was easy to use. It was also equipped with a 65-inch TV. Unfortunately, I couldn't watch Hong Kong Jade Channel. The only improvement is that the lights cannot be dimmed independently at night to make it easier to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, but overall I am still very satisfied. .
