Hotels in Shekou Area (Nanshan District), Shenzhen

We stayed 4 nights to celebrate Chinese New Year with family. We rented two identical 3-beds units in block E and they are great, spcious, clean, quiet. The staff are very friendly and polite. The apartment is close to Sea World, with abundant restaurants to choose from. There is also a subway station right there if needed. Behind the apartment, a hiking pathway is a plesent plus, mild climbing not very wild, efficient for moring walk. Overall, we highly recommend this service apartment, will come back.

I had a good one night stay . 10 mins walk from subway station Line 8/2. Comfortable bed , clean , helpful staff Restaurants , shops nearby Room bit small, there was problem with drain in the shower - water was going away slowly

Staff at reception are very helpful and efficient, the check in time was less than 5 mins. Room was professionally cleaned and tidied every day. The robot was also very quick at getting our takeaways to our room too. Overall 10 out of 10.

Room was clean and cozy. Receptionist was friendly as well. Hotel is just at the entrance of Nanshan MTR station.

Hotel location is bit out of the way to town or tourists attractions but there’s train stations just right in-front of the hotel very convenient. The hotel stuffs are friendly and helpful as well as the housekeepers, you can get all your necessary amenities with excellent services. Room is clean, comfy, spacious and of all grading perfect 10 out of 10 for aroma smell which just great for non-smokers who got disturbed my smoking smell, more than expectation. Hotel design with library concept at their lobby is cool, and good space to enjoy their cafe services . Some dishes of their Chinese style breakfast is great to try too.

The customer service was great. All special requests were met. The room was the same as the picture. It would be better if there were hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom. It would also be better if a new batch of towels could be replaced. Everything else was good.

The room is very large and spacious. The toilet has dry and wet. The room is very clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The front desk service is very good. If you need help they can help you solve it in a timely manner. We’re surprised that the front desk even has umbrella for loan which is very considerate. The location of the hotel is also very good. The sea world (海上世界）subway station is only 60M away from the hotel entrance and also Ming Hua a retired cruise vessel icon of SeaWorld is nearby. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is also a Huigang (汇港）shopping mall opposite. There are many restaurants to choose from， definitely a hotel to recommend, will be back.

The hotel was very clean and had a small, but perfectly adequate gym. Breakfast is simple Chinese style. They do have Avery good coffee machine.

The overall experience is very satisfying. First of all, although the hotel room is not big, it is very clean and comfortable. Best of all, there was no smell at all in the room, which was a plus for me. In addition, the hotel's design sense is also outstanding. The modern and creative decoration makes the entire space full of art. Whether it is public areas or guest rooms, people can feel the thoughtful design.

Stayed in 2 seperate rooms for 2 different nights. The first one had a window, but bathroom smelled mouldy. The second room had no window and the air conditioner doesn’t work. Hotel staff said there’s nothing they can do to help, implying ‘you get what you pay for’. The room is stuffy and unpleasantly hot!
