Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai

Having visited Shenzhen for business multiple times, I still choose the Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai. This time, the room type I stayed in didn't have much of a view, and the interior was standard, but the hotel's public areas were a pleasant surprise. The gardens are meticulously maintained, with lush greenery thoughtfully arranged, making it very pleasant for a stroll. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city, perfect for a moment of relaxation after a busy schedule. The hotel boasts three swimming pools, with well-designed sections to cater to different needs, whether you want a quiet leisure swim or some light exercise – a truly great experience. The room's cleanliness was top-notch, immaculately tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, staff were friendly, and requests were handled promptly. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around Shekou. It's suitable for both business trips and short getaways. Even without a view from the room, the excellent gardens and swimming pool facilities make it thoroughly recommendable. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shenzhen.

I booked this hotel last minute, and the guest manager, Aileen, reached out to me regarding my room preferences. She recommended the South China Sea Wing Ocean View Suite, which really captured the Sanya vibe. However, the flooring in the room needs some serious maintenance; it's quite worn out. Thankfully, the service and the environment were comfortable and relaxing. [ThumbsUp]

The hotel's location is excellent, with great sea views right from the room. We had a very satisfying stay. It was our child's birthday, and they were so happy they didn't want to leave. We'll definitely bring them back next weekend. Martin at checkout was incredibly helpful, which we really appreciated. Thumbs up!
