This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the metro and a nearby mall, making it super easy to access. Lobby is on the 43rd floor. Once inside, we were blown away by the stunning view—it was absolutely worth it. The room itself was excellent, with all the facilities in great condition. The bed was comfortable, and the toilet was spotless. Everything was perfect during our stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience and quality.

The hotel is in the luxurious Shuibei area in the north of the Luohu district. There are lots of restaurants and coffeehouses nearby. You can walk to the centre of Luohu on foot (what nobody does except me). There are two metro stops nearby. The room is very big and furnished and lit smartly. The bed is comfortable and equipped with two different cushions. There is a toilet/bath combination, which leads to a wet floor under the toilet when taking a shower. Happily the good construction and the ventilation system dries it up very quickly. Everything is almost perfectly clean and cleaned daily. There are a lot of disposable items, which are renewed every day. The view from the 30+ floor is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The communication over WeChat is good. They don't speak English, but try their best with the help of translation apps.

I had an excellent stay at UrCove by Hyatt Shenzhen Luohu. The cleanliness was top-notch, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The location is incredibly convenient — close to public transportation, shopping areas, and great local dining options. The service was outstanding; the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. Amenities were excellent and well thought out, making my stay very comfortable and efficient. Highly recommended for business travelers looking for a smooth, relaxing stay in Shenzhen!

The location was very convenient because it is just right above the shopping mall (kk time) ( same building) you will can find the entrance next to Starbuck shop, just look at the wall with numbers “88 “ on it. The room is big enough and have all facilities that must to have, such as washing machine, kitchen, big screen for movies time in the living room. The air conditioner is working very well. The check in process is fast and convenient. Don’t worry about the food because so many restaurants nearby ( inside the shopping mall and outside areas also a lot of restaurants)

Long time not being in SZ! Chose Atour to settle myself after a long day art show preparation. It is located with some commercial buildings, with a beautiful 24 hours library at the ground floor. Warm welcome from the Front office staffs and upgraded. Stunning view from a high floor suite with bathtub and some nice Chinese tea. Breakfast is satisfied, fresh made Cantonese rice roll with egg and spring onion is delightful. Love to recommend this nice Atour to any business and couple travelers to Shenzhen!

The room is good, Facilities: very new Sanitation: very good Environment: good, it is very convenient to visit the gold and jewelry market nearby, I always stay here every time I go to Shenzhen, Service: very good, especially the front desk staff Ouyang, who is warm and patient.

A wonderful experience and very supportive staff. The rooms and hotel is very neat and clean. A very great staying experience. The staff is courteous especially when I cannot speak local language but very supportive. Special mention of Mr. Tone at the reception who is very supportive. Will recommend to stay here always and will definitely book again.

Clean and modern room with friendly staff. The hotel uses Le Labo Hinoki soap which smells really nice and a powerful hair dryer that blows dry your hair within minutes. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with many restaurants. Convenient to take Didi to other places of interest.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, just a few minutes away from the subway exit, the environment and sanitation are good, the room is not too small, and the front desk service is also very enthusiastic. I will continue to choose next time.
