Hotels in Tianbei/Shuibei Jewelry City, Shenzhen

This is a small hotel. The location is good. Less than 5 minutes walk to a mall and metro exit A Sungang. Rooms are modern and clean. Bed sufficiently comfortable and two singles can be joined for an extra large king. Breakfast was good 4 star with a decent selection of western and Chinese. Noodle station available. Overall enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is in the luxurious Shuibei area in the north of the Luohu district. There are lots of restaurants and coffeehouses nearby. You can walk to the centre of Luohu on foot (what nobody does except me). There are two metro stops nearby. The room is very big and furnished and lit smartly. The bed is comfortable and equipped with two different cushions. There is a toilet/bath combination, which leads to a wet floor under the toilet when taking a shower. Happily the good construction and the ventilation system dries it up very quickly. Everything is almost perfectly clean and cleaned daily. There are a lot of disposable items, which are renewed every day. The view from the 30+ floor is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The communication over WeChat is good. They don't speak English, but try their best with the help of translation apps.

Although there was some problem about the room, but the Front desk was very helpful and fix it in very short time. Very close to the shopping mall KK time , there have a lot of famous restaurant for you to try. And just walk about 8 mins to hung wu mtr station.

There is no gym, despite the pictures advertising it on trip.com and other websites. I complained to trip.com about this 2 weeks ago, yet the photos are still there advertising the non existent gym. Difficult to find hotel (no signage in IBC foyer) - contacted hotel, they can't speak English Lobby smelled bad Room not properly cleaned. (Hair on basin, hair on bathroom floor, hair in bedroom) A room change was not allowed so they asked us to wait 15 minutes for re cleaning. Room still not cleaned properly (Hairs on bedroom and bathroom floor) The view was good but I did not really enjoy the location. I cancelled the second night and went somewhere else.

Atour Hotel IBC Mall, Shenzhen I recently spent three nights at the Atour Hotel IBC Mall in Shenzhen and had a wonderful experience. Room and View: Miss Yoshi from management upgraded us to a more elegant room, which was spotless, well-arranged, and offered a fantastic city view. Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, meeting all our needs promptly and courteously. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the Shuibei subway station and the Shuibei Jewelry Market. Breakfast: The breakfast variety was limited and catered mainly to Chinese tastes. More international options would be beneficial. Overall, the excellent service, convenient location, and upgraded room made for a memorable stay. Despite the limited breakfast options, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

The journey continues…During my latest visit, I opted for another stay at the Fengyu Apartment but this time a different room. I tried the loft apartment this time around. It’s spread across two floors. Think of it as a well decorated temporary living space. It feels like home away from home. The living room on first flow has a balcony view of the lower surrounding buildings. This floor is also equipped with a compactly combined bathroom and toilet, along with a handy washing machine. There are some stairs extended up from the living room leading to the second floor which has the bedroom arrangement , featuring a wardrobe and desk. The air conditioner happens to be high up the wall. This ensures that the cool or warm air first reaches the upper (second) floor before circulating down to the lower first floor. Again I would recommend this room to anyone looking for that home away from home experience while on a solo travel or business trip.

Our stay here was pleasant. Its a nice place and great service in particular from a young man on the front desk called Yuri, he he3lped with every request and made sure we felt welcomed.

The location of the hotel is very confusing and obscure. The service in the hotel is very good and the staff are very helpful. The price of the breakfast is very high for what they have available and I have had much better quality food for far less. Overall I feel the price of the hotel is overpriced for the amenities and location of it, but if I had to stay there again I probably would. Maybe they should consider lowering the price of their breakfast and rooms as I really don't see the justification in the cost co.pared to other hotels

They gave me an upgrade on the room , it was large but i dont like it with carpet. Amenities and things in the bath were fine. Inside the room, lights has an annoying feature of self turn-off after a short period of time. Maybe for green reason. Don’t think it is appropriate/nesccessary for a premise ran as four/five star hotel. Also , that neighbourhood of Luo Wu was not worth these pricing. And the breakfast was little underwhelming. And the hospitality was little like security guard. They should definitely visit some international brand name to see how the experience is to be crafted. Overall, the hardware was there but it definitely need more soul to be a guest worthy place.
