Our stay at the Muji Hotel was fantastic. The entire place had a wonderful zen feel, and the interior lighting was incredibly soothing. A highlight was definitely the Japanese-style toilet – it automatically opened upon entering the bathroom, and the heated seat was a lovely touch. Breakfast was just right, with a good variety including congee and Western sausages. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed for three nights, and everyone, both adults and kids, absolutely loved it. The location is also a big advantage; Shum Yip Upperhills is right downstairs, and Futian High-Speed Railway Station is conveniently close.

Excellent location which is just located outside the station. Professional staff in general. The pool and gym is nice and hygienic. The choice of food in the breakfast buffet is average, it’s much appreciated if more items available.

We had a great 4-night stay. The room was clean and spacious. Though shared washing machines were often occupied, upgrading to a room with one was worth it. A dryer would’ve been helpful. The robot room delivery was a fun bonus! Overall, my family really enjoyed the stay. Thanks to the staff for making our stay enjoyable (:

Overall, my stay was pleasant—the room was exceptional (spacious, elegant, and spotless), and the pool was truly unforgettable. That said, I noticed signs of budget constraints in a few areas: The welcome fruit platter felt minimal for MO’s luxury standard. The MO Club experience surprised me: the food selection was limited (unlike other MO properties), and the lounge’s location lacked the usual exclusivity. Most strikingly, it was my first time at an MO Club where afternoon tea required self-service for cakes and breakfast wasn’t offered. However, the staff’s professionalism and warmth shone brightly—a reminder of MO’s core values. Special thanks to Bonnie and Fleta Fang for their attentive service. Wishing Fleta a fruitful internship and brilliant future ahead! While not the flawless MO experience I’d hoped for, the team’s dedication made it memorable.

1. Stayed here a few times, had some issues with the drain in room 1019. If you stay in or near this room be careful. 2. Gym is good as usual. 3. Staff are helpful as usual

Recommended by a friend, the hotel environment is very good, the geographical location is superior, and the transportation is very convenient. It is two or three subway stops away from Futian Port. It is very convenient to come from Hong Kong. The room is clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable. The front desk lady's service is very good, warm and thoughtful, and she helped to upgrade the room for free. I am very satisfied with the room and the living is very comfortable. This price is super price-effective. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The hotel entrance is right after you get off the subway, and the Joy City is within walking distance. However, if you drive, the entrance is quite far away and might be overlooked, so you'll need to follow directions. The front desk service was excellent, check-in was quick, and we even upgraded our room for free. The hotel room was a moderate size, but the amenities were good. The separate wet and dry areas for the shower, ample hangers, and comfortable bed all made for a great experience. The laundry room was also very convenient, especially for business travelers. However, it would have been nice to have an extra outlet near the bed. Highly recommended! Excellent value for money, a worthwhile stay!

Although when I first reached the hotel, I don't find the surrounding environment ideal and the hotel is not big and luxurious but the stay was very comfortable for both me and my husband. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was a large screen TV in the room. There was a small fridge with 2 canned drinks replenished daily. The hotel provides washer and dryer for guests to use for free. Check in was smooth, though there was a slight about 1 to 2 mins delay due to enquiries from other guests, we were delighted that the staff compensated us with free breakfast vouchers. We enjoyed our stay and extended our stay for another 3 nights.

The newly opened hotel is still very clean. The cleaning lady is very nice. She asked if I needed help to wash the dirty clothes. After washing, she would deliver them to the door of the room. The clothes were washed very clean and fragrant. The room was very quiet. After closing the window, the room was very quiet. The exclusive housekeeper Xiao Mumu was also very considerate and the service was thoughtful (◍•ᴗ•◍) But I didn’t find the lotion in the room. I hope it can be improved! Goodbye Shenzhen! It’s so hot!

I went to Hong Kong for business and originally planned to stay for only one night, but I found it more cost-effective to stay in Shenzhen the next day, so I extended my stay for another night. I think this is quite wise, because I don't need to go to Hong Kong the next day. You can't stay in such a good hotel in Hong Kong at three times the price. Although the room is not brand new, the bed and bedding are clean, and the room is clean and tidy. Overall, it is quite good. The meticulous and thoughtful service is another factor that makes people satisfied.
