Good location, near many MTR line. Easy to go many place. 1 train to airport and high speed train. Clean room. Excellent and kind front desk. Without smoking smell in room. We love here.

I had a great stay at the Jianguo Hidden Hotel in Shenzhen. The location is excellent — just a short walk to metro stations and right near the Huaqiangbei electronics market, which was super convenient. The hotel and rooms were impressively clean, and they provided plenty of complimentary bottled water throughout the property. One of the standout features was the self-service laundry area. There were 4 washing machines and 4 dryers, all completely free to use, and they even automatically added detergent, which made things incredibly easy for travelers. The only drawback during my stay was the slow WiFi speeds — I rarely got more than 10Mbps. However, the connection was stable and reliable, with no dropouts, which was a plus. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Shenzhen, especially if you want convenience, cleanliness, and hassle-free amenities.

Comfort, clean and convenient this residence style hotel. Close to subway and easy access. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back again.

The hotel so close with everything for daily needs. Food, drinks and massage. Exit A YanNan,燕南 line 2. Exit A just downstair. But with luggages pls use exit C turn left. Opposite Kentucky cross the right road and just near Macdonald.Counter check in 10th flr. Room is superb comfortable and bright with natural sunlight. Energy is good for my healing. And with the help with all staff in every of my need. They even allow my luggage to store for days to go for my Macau trip and 24 hrs spa b4 going back Singapore. The housekeeper daily come and clean my room. Security guard downstair and full of camera. Makes me feel very safe and like 2nd home. Will come back again. Thanks the counter staff : ShanShan, Zhong Ming 弟弟 and the team. I will definitely back for them again.

The room so clean and no smoking smell at all. The location is good, can walk only few mins from metro and surrounded by many restaurant! The staffs are so nice, even we cannot communicate well from language barrier but they still nice and trying to communicate with us. And the safety also good, need keycard to access each floor. Highly recommend! I will always choose this hotel for next visit in Shenzhen! ✨

Amazing hotel located in the heart of Huaqiangbei close to SEG Electronic Market, Huaqiangbei Electronic market and tons of food and shopping areas. The service was top notch and the environment and amenities were all excellent! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying near the electronic markets in Shenzhen! Breakfast was good as well!

Located In the heart of Shenzhen. Within walking distance to Computer & Electronics centre Huaqiang area. Underground subway (Line 2) is just 250m from the apartment (Yannan Station Exit C). There is a Luckin coffee next to it. There are many eateries in the area. Check-in was a breeze. Staff was helpful with queries but limited to speaking in Mandarin. The apartment building consists of other dwellers (apartment owners) on the same floor ie the apartment building is not purely Boruisi. Nevertheless, the room is nice and clean on checking in. Well maintained and looking new. There is even a washing machine and an induction stove. However, no pots or any utensils are provided. A mid sized refrigerator gun freezer is provided. Excellent amenity should you buy anything that requires freezing. Overall, a great place to stay

I’m in love with this hotel! 🥰 The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had such a good rest throughout my stay. The overall environment was clean, cozy, and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back again the next time I visit Shenzhen! !

Excellent location. Apartment is above mall. Basement is Freshippo Supermarket (Jack Ma's). Walmart is 150m away. Electrical / IT malls 500m. Many and plenty of restaurants... Lots of hot pots! With luggage we booked Didi from Shenzhen North High speed train station to Time ONE was ¥40. FYI if with luggage the Yannan station exit to Time ONE has 5 flights of stairs. No escalators not lift. Upon arrival look out for McDonald's. The lift lobby is opposite where there's a security guard on duty. Take lift to Level 8. Room 812 reception. Check in. Overall the service is good and prompt. We had Aircon setting error, the receptionist knocked on our door very quickly. She's like a one man operation taking care of everything. Overall we are very pleased with our stay. Room cleanliness good.

Breakfast was send to the room. Good customer service from the receptionist. Conversation with receptionist was thru we chat. Almost immediate response for each request
