QQQ3838. From a real world traveler. It is a very nice hotel in the price range. The hotel room is big and clean. However, the main entrance is in a dirty alley way. If you are stay in thus hotel the first. It will be a bit hard to find. Take note no all room has a refrigerator, as I am from North America, sure love cold drink. But you can ask the front desk to keep the drink in their refrigerator for you. Ms. Abby and her colleague are very helpful, thanks. There also has all in one washers. To get to the hotel is easy. Get out the subway 老街 exit F. If you do not have heavy luggages. Then go stright for about 800 meter than turn right cross the road, then turn left to the alley way and you can see the hotel entrance. If you have heavy luggage, then use exit D. For exit D, you need to cross the road to the exit F. I will stay in this hotel. But for sure book early as the price went up if there have good booking. If the hotel put in an ICE machine and refrigerator in all room. Then this will be prefect.

We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen.

The hotel room is very huge, for a newly weds like us. There is a huge bathtub with disposal covers provided. The slippers, laundry services and all the amenities is good for travellers. Furthermore, the front staffs are very friendly and assisting us with parcel collection and all our queries.

the room and toilet looks a little old. The toilet bowl is converntional not the auto flush and wash backside type. The front desk is extremely helpful though. The breakfast is not fastastic better to do without. Missed going, walked passed without realising to my room several times. There is a massage parlour on the 5th floor providing some relieve. A small discount when you told them recommended or introduced by the hotel.

The location is best just opposite the station.Many food and shops just at the door step of the hotel..The exterior looks normal but the rooms were well renovated.We were pretty late for our train to guangzhou.We were asking the front office to help us to book a didi to the railway station. Amy the guest relation was so kind she told use to use the train which will be faster to catch our railway to Guangzhou than the didi.She was so kind to lead us to the way to take the subway train and even help carry our luggages.Her customer service was excellent .Me and my friend were so grateful to her.We were thinking we will miss our booked railway train.But we finally got on to the train in the nick of time for Guang Zhou.we will not forget the excellent service that Amy had given us.Thank you Amy.

Location excellent just next to metro and dongmen st. Housekeeping diligent and even provided extra bottles of water.Breakfast was good, except their odd policy of only free breakfast for one person per day even tho two person in a room. Even though we stayed for two nights, they dont allow us to combine for two persons just for one day.. While some renovation was on going, the room was quiet, perhaps we stayed on the 15th floor. Aircon was centrally controlled and was at 22 deg, rather cold.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Hotel facilities has washing machine for travelers who needs to do washing. The surrounding areas have many food stalls. Walking distance to mrt ,train station and luohu port. The luohu commercial city is(Shopping)also within walking distance. Ms.Long (Receptionist) was very helpful to arrange transport direct to Hongkong hotel instead of going through the border customs to take the mtr (Luohu)which is a bit troublesome as we have heavy luggages. Thank you for the effort to make my journey so convenient.

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, right next to Dongmen Market. If you have some free time, you can explore Dongmen Old Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby! The service is professional, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I stay here every time I visit Shenzhen, and it's always a great experience. They even have robots that deliver takeout to your room. All the staff are very polite, and the facilities are well-equipped with everything you could need. Overall, a really pleasant stay!

Very good price hotel, service also good, 5min walk to dong men street very happenning area with lots of food drinks and shopping .China first Mcdonald are here, 5minutes walk from hubei station to reach . 价格优惠，服务非常好的酒店 。性价比也高，走5分钟就能到东门町，非常热闹的街道，有好多吃喝的也可以逛街。中国第一家麦当劳就在这里 。酒店的服务也非常好，可以点了外卖机器人就会送到你的房门 。从湖贝站走5分钟就到酒店了,下面也有便利店 。
