We had a wonderful stay! 1.Excellent location – just a short walk to Dongmen, 2.making it super convenient. 3.Clean and spacious rooms – perfect for a family of four. 4.Very child-friendly – great for families traveling with young kids. 5.Fully equipped kitchen – everything we needed was provided. 6.Washer-dryer combo – very handy for longer stays. We requested for the extra bed to be placed on the floor since our kids are still small, and the staff were incredibly attentive—they adjusted it right away. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service and will definitely return!

We had a really good time while our stay at Holiday Inn hotel dongmem, the receptionist Nora Zhong or Noma Zhong helped us get early check in ,and complementary breakfast for child ,which is very appreciated, We would highly recommend this place for stay , all things are available at footsteps wether it's convenient store, Metro station and everything Later checkout out from hotel is a plus point it was really great weekend.

Spend 3 day 2 night in the hotel. Location was excellent. Train station and shopping mall is right underneath. Overall it was a pleasant stay till we are into our 2nd night my friend got bite badly by the mosquitoes over his face and noise coming from the construction at 9am onwards. I believe after the construction ended that the areas all these problem would be subside. Would be great if the hotel had warn us on the mosquitoes situation as we found a device in the drawer need to be plug to switch to prevent mosquitoes.

ZTL location in Donggmen st is fantastic. Good value for money and service is good . In particular, Amy in the front office is exceptionally helpful despite the language barrier. This hotel is our go to place when staying near Donggmen St and the metro connectivity across all parts of Shenzhen from here is good

Location is a bit off the beaten road, but once you enter the hotel it’s quite decent. Our room got upgraded to a top floor larger room with view of the SZ biz hub. Decent stay for one night! Xiao Lai was helpful when we checked out and kept our luggage in the lobby. Other staff members were polite too!

The apartment was really nice, with excellent facilities inside the house. Very clean, great pool, amazing views. The building is in a great location with a lot of restaurants and public transportation nearby. I would love to come back and stay there again. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate. Would recommend anytime! PS: My only comment is I wish the apartment had a couch.

Location This hotel is located right opposite Dongmen lao jie with all the food varieties and wholesale market. Easy navigates and alot of food choice and shopping spree. However, the main road is currently undergoing construction. Hence, I felt it is pretty troublesm if we want to book didi. We need to pull our luggage and wait by the roadside to flag taxi. Each time we go out, we get to cross the road and hold our kids hands tightly as the e-bike riders drive is pretty annoying. Service Staff are superb helpful and polite. Hotel guest is allow to order TB and deliver to the hotel. Hotel will assist to receive the parcel. Laundry services which I felt is the best service I ever had. And its FOC. We send our clothes to the laundry room to wash, hotel staff will help us to transfer to the dryer machine and send it to our hotel room accordingly. Thumbs up to this service. Cleanliness Satisfied and approved.

Good location. Above metro station. A lot of eateries nearby. Room services everyday. Water bottles and toiletries replenished everyday. Staffs are polite and courteous. Level 5 has laundry room. 5 washer and 5 dryer with free detergent. Will stay here again.

The location is great. It is situated beside the Dongmen Laojie. A lot of things can be explored here. Food can be found easily too. Staffs are very nice and responsive to our needs.

Room upgrade was available. Good location, but construction around continues at midnight. Sound proof is not perfect and shower not hot enough
