Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they provided us with all the assistance and advice we needed! We appreciate it very much! Room was clean and cosy with great sea-facing view, and huge bath tub (which the kids enjoyed!) Location is very convenient to the nearby pier/port where we did a ferry tour on the sea to the various nearby ports. Nearby has lots of seafood restaurants too! We had a great stay as family with kids!

Generally a good hotel, the only downside is the hotel is a bit aged and urgently needed a refurbishment. Most of the room facilities are old and need urgent repair. A credit should be given to friendly front desk staff.

there’s no AC in the room, it’s extreme hot and we couldn’t sleep at night. Even we set to 18C, the air from AC was still warm. Technician came to the room and said there’s no way to fix as outside it’s 13C so in room AC can only have heat. It’s 26-27C in the room, unbearable!

I can only say that you get what you pay for, the environment is good, and the community is very green. It's just a mattress, with a thin sheet directly on it, making people afraid to sleep. The two washing cups are different, and the water cups are not cleaned, alas. . . It can only be said that express hotels should also have the hygienic standards of express hotels.
