酒店位置就在甘坑古鎮的中心，出來行古鎮十分方便。酒店附近很很多餐廳及24小時便利店。酒店職員態度很好及有禮貌。房間設備及衛生也很好。

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is very nice and close to everything in this small beautiful town. Right in front of the building is a local canal and you will find the hotel's restaurant where you can have breakfast in the morning and buy a local style skewers at night. The room itself is sparkingly clean, albeit a minor toilet screen door's seal damage that needs repair. If you come as a family with your kids, the private hot spring may not be that private because there was no door to give you privacy from you kids! (only Chinese pattern partition screen door). Apart from that everything was in very good order. The hotel staff was super friendly even though he could speak limited English. There was some confusion during check-in that I made a prepay via credit card over Trip.com already but he miscommunicated and charged me again. He found out later on and hurry to my room to amend that and he said he feel deeply sorry for that misunderstanding. Later that night, he sent message through my WeChat that there is free milk offered before 10pm. While I got back to the receotion at 9pm asking for the milk for my daughter, the receptionist said I have to walk back to the restaurant in front to get it but my daughter did not feel like walking back so we said we were good and heading back to room to call it a day. About 10 minutes later, the same guy knock my door and came with 2 cups of hot milk! This is beyond my expectation :) and it was a heartfelt service I have never had before even from the hotel in Thailand, my country where the hospitality and service has been highly regarded. He also helped negotiate with the tricycle taxi from the Gankeng Town Gate to the Gangkeng station the next morning when I check out. I could understand a bit of Mandarin and I heard the taxi driver try to charge extra for my luggage but he asked the driver not to charge and he agreed. I regret that I did not ask for this hotel's staff name but he wears glasses, about 180cm tall and was driving the hotel's golf cart in my last photo here. I would like to say to him that you are the best! and keep up the great work ;) You will not disappoint anything at this hotel as it worth much more than what you paid for ;)

It only takes 15 minutes to walk to Baigelong Station! There are large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, and you can eat downstairs in the hotel no matter day or late at night! The surrounding facilities nearby are very good! But the hotel is so so! There is a school across the street, and the highest floor of the hotel is only the 5th floor! It’s okay if you leave early or stay on Saturdays and Sundays, but if you get up after 07:30 in the morning from Monday to Friday, it’s not recommended! It’s very noisy because the hotel windows are not soundproof! The air conditioner in the room is colder than the refrigerator, but the cleaning is OK!

This time, to celebrate my husband's birthday, I chose Ascott Phoenix Hill among many hotels. It was a wise choice. The hotel officially opened at the beginning of this year. It has complete facilities and supporting facilities, beautiful environment, and unique city and mountain views. My husband and I spent a relaxing 3 days and 2 nights here. During our stay, the hotel held a movie appreciation party for the first time, allowing guests to watch movies outdoors and enjoy snacks and drinks. It felt great and I look forward to participating next time. Thank you to the hotel staff for sending gifts to celebrate my husband's birthday. We will come back again.

Location: Conveniently located near Shenzhen East Station, on Jihua Road, Exit A1 of Buji Metro Station. It is not easy to find for the first time. Room: The business room is of good size, spacious and not crowded. Good sound insulation, with computer chair, micro tatami, small refrigerator. The hotel mattress is comfortable, the water temperature is suitable, and the Internet speed is fast. Service: Good service attitude, warm and thoughtful. Restaurant: Breakfast is average, I personally don't think it's worth eating.
