Hotel is good and just realise this is a Chinese Hotel, unfortunately reception unable speak English, So a bit tough on check in process. But the rest is fine. Hotel has elevator, room is clean and completed with water kettle that some hotel didn't provide.

Workable in that location. Big rooms and good beds, but no good towels. Also need focus to the isolation of the windows. Sleepcin ears is no good idea and also winter lost too mutch heat. One more problem washing sink. Its so problem for flow amd hot/cold water problem regulate. Room No 716.

酒店空間很大，離車站很近，酒店周邊風景很好看，很適合citywalk ，是華人開的 中文友好 前台服務都很好 ，尤其酒店的早餐很豐盛 每天都可以吃到阿拉木圖蘋果🍎 有本地口味的 也有我們中國人的炒菜 混合搭配！可以試試那個本地特色的餅加果醬 很好吃 落地窗可以居高看城市 房間有可以不用轉換器也能充電

房間超級大，窗口可以看到遠處的雪山。陽光起床着超級暖和。這個價位來講，早餐已經不錯了，中餐，水果，茶點都有。這裏的甜瓜特別好吃，還有早餐的茶，加糖加奶味道絕了。而且有飯店，晚上可以點菜。價格也很實惠

我們在這裏的住宿體驗整體上非常好。房間乾淨舒適，酒店的位置也很方便，靠近主要景點。服務態度友好，但在高峯時段，前台的等待時間稍長。早餐種類豐富，味道不錯。總體來説，這是一家值得推薦的酒店！

國內快捷酒店的標準，中國人開的酒店，主要接旅行團的，各方面都還算過得去吧，位置比較偏，去哪都需要打車，樓後有雞鴨狗，開着窗户比較吵，關上窗還湊合

房間25平方夠大，窗外視野寬闊。配有冰箱，但沒有燒水壺。衛生間乾濕分離，有浴缸。西式早餐配好一人份的，品種較簡單但夠吃。前台員工服務熱情，用翻譯軟件可溝通。距離去霍爾果斯、伊寧的巴士站2公里多點，比較方便。
