Great stay!
I went to this hotel for the flight next day. It was very affordable, we paid less than ¥10000 and it was worth more! Very clean and comfortable beds.

2nd time staying in this hotel. Hotel environment was goos. Also hotel probide pick up/drop off shuttle from airport and to Aeon Mall. Love to stay here and next time should stay additional 1 night.

The hotel is located quite near to the airport but not easy to walk there. But the hotel provides shuttle bus to/from airport all 3 terminals. Quite many timings. The room is quite big considering it is twin room. The shuttle bus service is good & the bus is big enough to carry many passengers & our luggages. If must complaint about something, it would be the service person handling our check-in. Maybe there are too many customers & language barrier, he seems impatient to answer our queries on the shuttle bus schedule. But that's just me trying & squeezing out some issues.

We stayed for one night as our flight transit in Tokyo to Fukuoka. We selected this hotel because it was near to Narita airport so easy for us to catch an early flight to Fukuoka the next day morning. There is free shuttle service from airport to hotel and versus. Room was small but clean.

Hotel nearby Narita Airport
Terminal 3 & 2 . walking distance can reach( is about 500 -800 meters far from T3 & T2)
But it is around 3 km to T3.
Hotel provided free shuttle bus service return Airport and hotel from early morning 5 am till midnight 0020 . But not available at T3, you can walk to Terminal 2 ( 8 minutes walking distance) to get the bus at T2, 1F , bus stop no 25 easily.
At T1: 1F , at bus stop no 16 .
For food, more choice at T3, there is a big food court in T3, and LAWSON also there.

Very impressive to the hotel, nice location, friendly staff and best service. You can find Matsumoto shop inside the hotel, very convenience for guests. Hotel shuttle Bus is good enough for visiting to Narita station and Aeon mall. We definitely recommended this hotel and comback again next visit in Japan.

There isn’t any bell service upon your arrival, hence please get your own trolley in case you are travelling with more bags. Some of the Receptionists were friendly, however mine was just “basic” (probably due to language barrier?). We stayed at the East Wing and the room conditions were quite dated, including the cleanliness as shown in the pictures. We did approach the Front Desk for a room change and shown the pictures however was told that all rooms have the same conditions(?) hence room change cannot be done. The pros about the Hotel is that it is just 5 mins drive away from the Airport, and free airport shuttle is provided for all guests.

Great hotel with delicious breakfast! Very close to Narita airport. The best part? They have free bus to the airport and to Aeon Mall nearby☺️ highly recommended.
