很少評價，但是這真的很不錯，每次來石家莊玩都住你們這兒。前台服務特別好，最主要的還是特別會來事兒。我對象就認準這裏了哈哈哈哈哈。酒店特別年輕化。遺留東西都會主動聯繫，讓人特別安心。

衞生打掃的很不徹底，而且早餐單一，要啥沒啥，吃個飯還得坐電梯到六樓然後在爬樓梯到七樓，酒店挨着高架橋，晚上會有些影響

衞生收拾的真的很差，水池裡面有頭髮，而且被子上也有黑色的，確實不乾淨，設施也算比較老的，顯示不出來智能的優勢，唯一不錯的就是服務，員工服務是真心不錯，基本上的需求都可以滿足

不是很滿意，一進店沒有停車位置，酒店門前的停車場很小，也就能停三四輛車，根本沒有空餘的車位，問前台服務人員，也愛答不理的，説不明白應該把車停在哪裡，還得自己找，出酒店也不主動提示領取免費的停車卷，走了好遠，發現出不去，又再走回去找前台要停車卷。再説房間，因為是家庭出行，想多要一張房卡，前台説沒有，只有一張，住過這麼多酒店還是第一次遇到，説那就給張取電卡吧，也沒有，好無語，一點服務意識沒有，並且態度生硬，進到房間，語音聲控開關燈，開關電視和窗簾，這點挺智能的，可是床頭櫃上滿是塵土，客房清掃不是很到位

房間設施是不錯的，全屋智能都可以小度控制，前台服務也不錯，雙床房空間也挺大的，洗手池前還有化粧鏡，總體來説物超所值。
缺點：衞生一般，住了一天我才看見被套裏面一大片黃色污漬，看着就難受。早餐種類有點少。

第一，門衞的態度非常差，沒有眼力見，旋轉門是關着的，衹能開側門，側門關的很緊，都打不開，保安就在裏面坐着看無動於衷，也不會幫忙打開門。第二，前台趙女士，態度非常差，我們明確了有一個人手機沒電了，暫時沒法掃碼掃身份證，先把東西拿上去再來掃，趙女士前台不允許，然後我們説那衹住一個人，另一個不住了，但是行李比較多，需要前台幫忙送一下到房間，前台又説她沒法送。什麼啊！我已經住了三天了，今天果斷走人！
