21年就訂過這家民宿因為在始興位置比較方便這次回始興又定了首先這次定的房型和之前不一樣，偶寓房被擅自換成了寓見也沒有提前溝通所以和我三年前住的那家一模一樣但是三年過去了房間一點都沒變化，變得更臟亂差，洗手間浴室櫃門壞的，衹要在台盆洗漱水就從地漏裏面湧上來導致整個洗手間地面水泄不通！排風扇也是異響不斷，房間裏面也有黴壞的地方用木板擋起來，三年過去了半點裝修維護都不更新實在是無法理解，下次回始興決不會再定這家

體驗不太好，準時兩點到，到點也不發密碼消息什麼的，按法律在這個時間段訂好房間是屬於顧客的使用權，説沒搞好衞生（訂單早就下了，為什麼不提前準備）？都是年後上班時間了，也沒那麼火爆呀，讓我在樓下乾等半小時，冷啊！房間型號也莫名其妙換了，要我加微信，按流程在平台交流接受監管不好嗎？態度也不好。這是服務業啊喂
裝修還行，但是隔音效果十分不好，走廊和隔壁的聲音一清二楚。私密性還行，在房間認真檢查了，沒有竊聽器和攝像頭。
怕麻煩不敢差評，就中評吧，房東説不讓我差評，不然就申訴拉黑什麼的，因為擔心房東泄露個人電話和身份私隱訊息，他要過我身份證圖片，各位無需擔心，我學法的，公安上班，會保護好自己。
後面在平台反饋，平台客服態度好，説下次給10多塊優惠，所以就中評算了

因為靠近比賽場地體育館，地理位置可以説是極其優越，一開始房間空調有點吵，一有空房老闆就很爽快幫換了，房間挺大，光線充足，在小區居民樓裏，衞生需要要求才會來打掃，總體來説體驗還是不錯。小縣城不大，到哪裡都可以騎共享電動車，非常方便。

連續住的話需要要求才有人搞衞生。周圍出行方便，下樓就可以掃哈囉電單車，打車也很方便。有電梯，外賣可以直接送到房門口。空間佈局合理，整體感覺很温馨。窗户雙層玻璃，隔音效果好。就是有蚊子。

就在始興體育館對面的小區裏，暑假帶小朋友來始興參加比賽。辦理入住也很方便。周邊購物吃飯都很方便。衹是房間榻榻米，不是床，牆角的木皮有些破損脱落。店家人很好，給延遲了退房。

酒店沒有前台，退房方便 屋內設施不錯，室內網絡很快，電視可以不錯可以聯網，住兩三天還是沒有問題的，比一般小旅館，小酒店都好
