Seeing the spectacle view of Fuji Mountain was such a nice experience. The hotel provided bath salts and all necessities in the room. The receptionist was very helpful. We enjoyed a perfect moment in the restaurants of the hotel. The Japanese restaurant Fukkian was especially nice for the free breakfast included! Worth a try!

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. As soon as I checked in, I was able to relax in the large public bath! It was late in the day, so there weren't many other guests, and I was able to relax pretty much by myself.
Breakfast was also a buffet. I enjoyed it for 2 days.
The room was clean and comfortable.
I'd like to stay here again.

UUncle MikeyThe hotel is an old fashioned institution with every necessary functions for business trip. The room is super tidy and spacious. What is more, for tourist who come to the beautiful city of Shizuoka, the hotel is just a few steps away from the JR station, plus an absolutely beautiful landscape of Mt Fuij when weather is nice.

HHW_HK0324Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from JR station (not connected to station) with many shops or restaurants nearby.
Rooms were good size and there were amenities available in the lobby (such as face wash, cream) along with free coffee in the morning. However was a bit disappointed with the maintenance of the room as there were some wood peeling off near the bedside counter.

GGuest UserIt was a classic hotel located 5 minutes from Shizuoka Station, but it was cheap, the bed and room were good, and there were convenience stores, izakayas, and drugstores nearby, so it was good.

門門倉信夫We stayed here the night before Tokai University's open campus event.
We took the train and walked to the hotel, but it was fun to do some sightseeing while visiting places like the Tuna Museum.
Diagonally across the street is an eel restaurant that has been in business for 80 years, and we were very satisfied with the eel rice bowl for dinner.
We recommend the Japanese breakfast at this hotel.
The breakfast was very satisfying, including the grilled fish.
As you would expect from Shizuoka, the home of tea. The tea was delicious.

陳陳查禮Excellent location within walking distance to the train station, shopping alleys, museum and the fisherman market which serves good value seafood. Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and a lady actually recommend a less expensive carpark next door (500 Yen 12 hours comparing to 1200 Yen Hotel parking). More like a business hotel which provides no other leisure facility. Room price is a bit less competitive relative to other hotels I stay in other locations during this trip.

GGuest UserShizuoka Prezio Hotel Shizuoka Ekiminami is strategically located next to the south exit of Shizuoka Station, only a 3-minute walk away, with convenient transportation; the rooms are clean and spacious, with complete facilities, free mineral water and complete amenities, and the pola is very comfortable. The view outside the window in the morning is beautiful, and the overall cleanliness and comfort make it suitable for business and leisure travelers.

FFong TingExcellent location right next to the Shizuoka JR station. Really appreciate they will still drop you towels and water while on DND mode policy. Laundromat and ice machine all equipped. But breakfast is not good only serving different types of bread even it’s from famous bakery

Check-in was done in one part of the coffee shop.
We apologize when it is crowded as the general public also enjoys tea.
The rooms have air conditioning, but the beds do not, so it feels very hot and difficult to stay there.
There are no towels or toothbrushes.
You need to bring your own.
Earplugs were available at the washbasin.
There is only one shower and one toilet, so you have to be patient when others are using them.
I woke up in the middle of the night when someone came home and took a shower because of the noise.
You have to cross a big road from the station, so it is better to go out with plenty of time to spare.

GGuest UserEnvironment: Within 10 minutes walk from Shizuoka Station, Google Maps will take a detour, just in front of the right side of ASSOCIA Hotel (you need to cross a road), and the airport bus is also 10 minutes away.
Service: Very satisfied, went to store luggage in the morning, checked in at 16:00, the luggage was already in the room, the random room type should be for the disabled, very large.
Facilities: The randomly assigned smoking room has no strange smell, 201, the disadvantage is that the toilet is really cold, and you have to run the water for a while before you dare to go in for a shower.
Breakfast is perfect, starting at 6:30, and it is crowded at 6:40 because everyone goes to the bathhouse to take a bath early in the morning.
There are unlimited drinks in the lobby, and lactic acid soda water is recommended.
I will consider this hotel next time I go to Shizuoka, very satisfied.

陳陳查禮Excellent location within walking distance to major tourist locations and shopping and dining districts as well as public transports. Carpark is available across the road at 1100 Yen for 24 hours. I chose room with breakfast for 2 and it is well value for money. The spa, though small, but is well kept and much undertilized. In fact, I am the only one using the spa. Environment, services and facilities are all up to good standards. Guests can also have free access to the coffee and soft drinks machine around the clock.
