"Friends went out to play together, beyond my imagination, the service attitude was very good when entering the hall, and the check-in efficiency was fast. "Certainly lives up to its billing as a 4 star hotel, with all the bells and whistles. Big room, super comfortable bed, ample cupboard and bench space, a coffee table and sofa chair. Bedside light switches and electric sockets. Shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin all separated. Terrific view of the Yinchuan cityscape from the 18th floor. Stayed on Chinese New Year, so unimpeded view of fireworks (and associated noise). Free breakfast as well as first night 'late night snack' brought to the door vua room service. Railway station can be seen from the hotel, 10 minutes walk."

"Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup. The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it."

"We were upgraded to a suite and the service was very good. The supplies are also great, including L'Occitane shampoo and nespresso capsule machine! It makes me very curious about how the hotel's cost control is done hahaha The hotel is located in the old town of Yinchuan. Compared with the Marriott, the new area where the Sheraton is located is much more lively!"

"I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family."

"Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great"

"The room is clean and hygienic, the carpet is very comfortable, the afternoon tea is rich in variety, and the coffee is super delicious! The coffee beans are freshly ground and have a long-lasting fragrance. There are many kinds of breakfast. The pastries and drinks are delicious and of high quality and low price. You can enjoy star service here. Everyone is patient and attentive. It is very suitable for me who is afraid of society! It’s also very nice to take home specialties. I highly recommend the eight-treasure tea, which also comes with a bowl🙈"

"We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!"

"The hotel environment is comfortable, the room is relatively large, quite clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the service is very thoughtful. The key point is that they took the initiative to upgrade my room, haha, which is very good. The staff are also very warm and friendly, and the surrounding transportation is relatively convenient.
