"The hotel is quite close to Baščaršija and public transport stops, and there are shops nearby. I did get lost a couple of times as I wasn't used to the area, and the hill is very steep, which might not suit everyone – I found it tough.
The staff at reception were all polite and helpful with all my questions. They even called a taxi for my early check-out, so thank you!
The room is small; I even scraped my speaker against the wall when getting out of bed. It could use a cosmetic renovation, but overall, it has a good vibe. The air conditioning works, but the TV and hairdryer don't.
In the bathroom, the water pressure is excellent, and there's liquid soap in the dispenser.
Out of three breakfasts, I only had one. I went on an excursion once and asked for a packed breakfast in advance, but it wasn't ready in the morning. I didn't bother asking for one when I had an early check-out.
The breakfast itself was decent: jam, eggs, vegetables, cold cuts, cheese, olives, cereal, tea, and coffee.
There's no kettle in the room, but hot water and cups are always available on the ground floor.
Overall, I'm satisfied, thank you. The only real difficulty was climbing the hill."
