Although the facilities are not very new, they are clean. It is highly recommended to bring pets to stay. It is very pet-friendly! The interior design of the B&B is very good, and the style is pleasing. It is only a 2-minute walk from Xiaolianzhuang, which is very convenient for strolling! I love the experience of the lake view villa suite in the center of Nan Taihu Villa! First of all, the room is very clean, spacious and exquisite, and marble is used to highlight the low-key luxury.
Secondly, the room is located at the best viewing point of the lake view. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and large balcony have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake and the Internet celebrity Moon Hotel. Wake up to the sunshine and lake view in the morning, and fall asleep with the sparkling waves at night.
Of course, it is worth mentioning that the amenities in the room are actually L'Occitane, and are equipped with Dyson hair dryers and vitamin E hand sanitizer and hand cream.
I have to say that the hotel service is considerate, and the staff are professional and enthusiastic. Obviously, professional training is often carried out. The hotel housekeeper Xiaofang contacted us early to add WeChat, and sent relevant guides and hotel locations. After checking in, we have been following up to help, which made us feel at home. The first time I brought my parents to Nanxun Ancient Town, I chose to stay here because it is very close to the south gate of the ancient town, and you can enjoy the river view while sitting in the room. There are rockery and small stone tables in the hotel yard, which are suitable for drinking tea and chatting when the weather is good.
The room is centrally air-conditioned. It was a bit cold when I first entered the room, but the air conditioning hot air blew for a while, and the room became very comfortable.
In the morning, I entered the ancient town scenic area from the south gate. There were few people, and I could slowly enjoy the small bridges, flowing water and people.

I didn’t have high expectations when passing through Nanxun, but this time Guyanxi Hotel really added a lot of points to my trip. As soon as we placed the order, the B&B housekeeper contacted us in time, turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance, and provided us with itinerary suggestions. The time of check-in coincided with the Canal Music Festival, and the car could not be driven in. The B&B housekeeper and the manager were both facing 40 degrees Celsius. In the high temperature, we ran all the way from the B&B to the main road, coordinated the parking issue, waited for us to get off the bus with an umbrella, and helped with our luggage. When we arrived at the hotel, we drank three courses of tea and went back to the room to rest. I heard that I had a cold. In addition to afternoon tea, they also specially cooked a bowl of ginger rice tea for me, which was very touching. When the children change out of their swimsuits for swimming, they will wash and dry them when they see them. In the evening we rested in the lobby after returning from a night trip to Nanxun. I asked the front desk to help me pour a glass of water. She directly brought a glass of water and a pot of tea. She said that tea is more thirst-quenching. Isn't that so considerate! 距離高鐵站和衣裳街歷史文化街區都是10+分鐘車程，在環線旁邊交通便利，定位準確，同時還有停車場，因為是寫字樓區域所以車位比較充足。唯一問題就是酒店標識寫的比較小，不難擔心走錯了，進來金茂廣場就行。

房間面積適中，除了沒有冰箱以外其他的都沒問題，圓桌枱燈小塌都給有，晾衣區域也有，在炎熱的夏天這個很有必要，出去半天衣服就要不得了。智能語音呼叫“管家管家”即可喚醒，第一次發現需要這個呼號，因為之前住過所有酒店統一用小度。光源設定了幾種，總體還可以，但是睡眠模式下沒有夜燈是個遺憾。衞生間有點小縱身差點意思，淋浴房卻非常好，水温和出水量都是優秀，尤其是水温非常高啊，這在冬天肯定舒服。空調系統強悍，甚至在斷電半天時間室温也不會特別高，進來也是感覺舒服的。

前台服務非常到位熱情，根據攜程的實時價格提出推薦選擇小程序下單，把真正的實惠給了顧客，非常棒，從顧客角度出發太好了。打掃工作比較有效率，此前酒店感覺大部分如果不退房都是午後開始打掃，對於遊客而言中午回來想午休發現房間還是亂的簡直是無語，這裏每次都是在中午之前打掃乾淨整潔，點贊啊！

老闆娘一家都很熱情，對小寶寶非常友好，服務也很貼心，店裡的小狗鬧鬧、大肥橘、蘆丁雞還有泳池的火烈鳥游泳圈小朋友都非常喜歡哈哈。
餐食方面很不錯，江浙菜做法，食材選用和味道相當不錯，也提供寶寶餐，對帶寶寶出行很方便。
民宿距離長頸鹿公園以及其他當地景點飯店都很近。

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

There is an ocean ball pool that children like. You can also have a barbecue in the small yard. It is close to the Panda Tribe. The adventure park is a 10-minute walk away. It is very suitable for families or friends to stay together. The proprietress is also very warm and friendly. The balcony of the room with balcony is generally soundproof, and you can hear the guests next door chatting on the balcony at night.

The cloud mansion, which is almost full, has been collected for a while, and it is difficult to find a rear room. Beautiful scenery along the way, infinite bamboo forest scenery. Really refreshing. Hidden in the village, protected by the bamboo forest. As soon as I arrived, the little brother came out to pick me up, and valet parking (thinking that the service is only available in five-star hotels). For me, who has no blind goals and can travel as soon as I say go, this is a real treasure. It gave me good travel advice. In the afternoon, I went to a nearby deep stream for rafting. And provide me with free laundry service. It's just fantastic, and there's so much to do in the evening. Board games, open-air movies, swimming, arcades, everything is in play. The next day I got up very early, enjoyed the beautiful panoramic sunset of Anji, and fell asleep one by one. By the way, the bedding of Xiayun Mansion is really amazing, and I slept very comfortably. Although it is very busy, everyone in the store is very enthusiastic to solve all your problems. The key point is to praise the food and beverage here, the price is relatively high cost-effective in the same area. Auntie originally opened a local restaurant. The taste is very good. More importantly, the Chinese food and Western noodles here are very delicious. The french fries here are not powdered, they are freshly fried. Both rice and oil are branded. A lot of details, it shows its intentions. Travel is better than eating well, staying well, sleeping well, playing well, it seems that you can get it all. Come again in winter. By the way, I forgot to recommend it, the Oiran latte is top-notch.

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

GGuest UserI really like the decoration style of this B&B. It is simple, smart and stylish. The room is very clean and comfortable. I really like the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. You can see the beautiful mountain views. There is a dedicated parking lot just below the B&B. Many other B&Bs do not have dedicated parking spaces and can only park on the roadside. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spot, very close to Yunshang Grassland and Zhuye Lieping Base. The hostess of the B&B carefully recommended the Jingkong Grand Canyon, where you can swim along the river for free. The service staff in the store are very attentive and hospitable to guests. They also provided free fruit and breakfast during the stay. They also thoughtfully gave us souvenirs when we left. We must take our family to travel to Anji again if we have the opportunity. The food at Liang Ge Yuzhuang Restaurant recommended by the B&B is really delicious. You must go to eat here.

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

We arrived and checked in on the first day, went to hot springs♨️, skied on the second day⛷️, and played in the Squirrel Tribe Amusement Park on the third day🐿️, and checked out. Families with children don't like to be too busy, they just want to relax and have fun. The butler service is great, no need to make a guide in the dark, our butler Xiaolin will reply no matter what time it is, thank you!! I will arrange to go again next time, after all, it's not easy for children in the south to play in the snow. It's more convenient and cost-effective than going to Harbin, haha.

GGuest UserWe found this OldTown NanXun and love the look of it, so we booked the Accommodation at this Location.
It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff
Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs.
The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good.
They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out.
There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area.
The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals!
Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand.
And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful.
If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking.
My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
