Although the facilities are not very new, they are clean. It is highly recommended to bring pets to stay. It is very pet-friendly! This time I stayed at the Nan Taihu Villa Hotel. The experience was great. I must praise the housekeeper Didi! The arrangement was very good. The hotel is located by the Taihu Lake. After entering the hotel, there is a parking lot. There are two floors of parking, which is very convenient. The parking lot elevator goes directly to the hotel lobby. The hotel has complete facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym. There are not many people. Guests staying in the hotel can enjoy the swimming pool and gym for free with their room cards. It is very convenient. This time I came here with my girlfriend to celebrate the New Year. Didi arranged the room very well. At night, I can directly see the Sheraton New Year light show in the room. The hotel breakfast is rich. Overall, the stay experience is particularly good. Because I was going to participate in the travel photography, Didi also helped me delay the check-out. I didn’t have high expectations when passing through Nanxun, but this time Guyanxi Hotel really added a lot of points to my trip. As soon as we placed the order, the B&B housekeeper contacted us in time, turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance, and provided us with itinerary suggestions. The time of check-in coincided with the Canal Music Festival, and the car could not be driven in. The B&B housekeeper and the manager were both facing 40 degrees Celsius. In the high temperature, we ran all the way from the B&B to the main road, coordinated the parking issue, waited for us to get off the bus with an umbrella, and helped with our luggage. When we arrived at the hotel, we drank three courses of tea and went back to the room to rest. I heard that I had a cold. In addition to afternoon tea, they also specially cooked a bowl of ginger rice tea for me, which was very touching. When the children change out of their swimsuits for swimming, they will wash and dry them when they see them. In the evening we rested in the lobby after returning from a night trip to Nanxun. I asked the front desk to help me pour a glass of water. She directly brought a glass of water and a pot of tea. She said that tea is more thirst-quenching. Isn't that so considerate! The rooms are very new and smart, and the children like them very much. The location of the B&B is also very good, right next to Zhang Jingjiang Pier and a little ahead of Heytea and Yiyuan. The first time I brought my parents to Nanxun Ancient Town, I chose to stay here because it is very close to the south gate of the ancient town, and you can enjoy the river view while sitting in the room. There are rockery and small stone tables in the hotel yard, which are suitable for drinking tea and chatting when the weather is good.
The room is centrally air-conditioned. It was a bit cold when I first entered the room, but the air conditioning hot air blew for a while, and the room became very comfortable.
In the morning, I entered the ancient town scenic area from the south gate. There were few people, and I could slowly enjoy the small bridges, flowing water and people.

The location of the hotel was just outside the Nanxun Water Town, so it is very convenient to visit the Old Town anytime but it was not noisy at all. the hotel is not new but the rooms were reasonably big. The hotel provided breakfast which as mixed review from the five of us, some felt it was good however, others felt the breakfast does not take a lot of effort to prepare as most of food could be prepared way before breakfast. It is a fixed bento set of picked, luncheon meat, deep fired corn, egg, steamed sweet potato, a piece of red-date rice cake, two pieces of dumplings. a cup of soya milk, cherry tomatoes and unlimited supply of hot white porridge. One of the room was on second floor and has a limited view of the Waer Town while the other was on the first floor which outside was the pedestrian walkway. In the morning, we could see old ladies dancing and exercising at the courtyard but they did not create a lot of noise. The stay on the whole was comfortable and the staff was generally friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

GGuest UserGood for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics.
The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool.
At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all.
The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there.
As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

YYizhimonikaI drove to Shanghai for about 3 hours. I added a WeChat reminder in advance to try to arrive during the day. You can also make a reservation for dinner. It was a pity that I didn't make a reservation for dinner because I couldn't confirm the situation on the day of arrival. When I arrived, it was a few minutes before seven o'clock. I smelled the delicious food and wanted to eat it. It didn’t work 😭 I was already very tired and didn’t want to move, so I couldn’t help but drive down the mountain and went to the recommended restaurant, ordered food and packed it back to the B&B. It was indeed delicious.
The room is very big, and the light in the house is usually bright. The dim light in the room was a bit uncomfortable at first, but it got better after a while. While eating, I watched a TV show on the screen. The island is long enough to hold a lot of things. There is also a bathtub in the room. I filled the water in advance and took a short soak to relieve the fatigue of the day. At 11:30, I forgot to bring my mobile phone charging cable and called the housekeeper to help open the door and borrow a power bank. Thank you very much! I’m disturbing the staff’s rest😰
The breakfast the next day was very light and could be refilled, but it was enough for girls. I ordered a private bath and pool in the morning.
It's really big. You have enough time to take photos and soak in the hot spring. It's in a secluded location so you don't have to worry about privacy issues. The environment is also very good and snacks and tea are prepared.
When I left, I was thoughtfully given gifts and snacks to take with me on the way. The sparkling water was also very thirst-quenching. The time I came here was too short and I was in a hurry. I can plan to visit nearby attractions in the future. The environment and facilities on the mountain are relatively good. It's much better than I imagined, many details are in place, and the hygiene is very good. I highly recommend you to stay here once in a while to escape from the world~

GGuest UserI randomly saw Naicang Botique hotel on Trip.com while I was looking for hotels in Moganshan for a weekend get away. I was attracted by its view as well as the simplistic yet modern looking design. Anyway, I went ahead with my gut feeling and just booked a family suite and a double room for me and my friends.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the hotel manager who also happens to be the owner. We saw a group of friends hanging out in the hotel lobby which was also a good sign. The owner recommended us places to visit around MoganShan. The hotel lobby has several kinds of entertainment available and the owner likes to offer whatever he can to make you feel welcomed.
My friends wanted to do a BBQ so the owner not only arranged everything but also helped us fire the coal and even help us cook. Furthermore, he even offered us some soft drinks on the house. Last but not the least, the hotel chef is the mom of the owner who herself is a wonderful, friendly and kind lady.
In short, I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

GGuest UserI really like the decoration style of this B&B. It is simple, smart and stylish. The room is very clean and comfortable. I really like the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. You can see the beautiful mountain views. There is a dedicated parking lot just below the B&B. Many other B&Bs do not have dedicated parking spaces and can only park on the roadside. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spot, very close to Yunshang Grassland and Zhuye Lieping Base. The hostess of the B&B carefully recommended the Jingkong Grand Canyon, where you can swim along the river for free. The service staff in the store are very attentive and hospitable to guests. They also provided free fruit and breakfast during the stay. They also thoughtfully gave us souvenirs when we left. We must take our family to travel to Anji again if we have the opportunity. The food at Liang Ge Yuzhuang Restaurant recommended by the B&B is really delicious. You must go to eat here.

GGuest UserThe room is very suitable for a family to stay, the environment is very good and very close to nature. The staff inside are young and enthusiastic. We arrived at the store at 19:00 that day, and it was a bit cold at night when the temperature was dropping. After receiving the call, the staff went out to wait and sent us to the room. Along the way, they introduced many hotels and surrounding scenic spots, which allowed us to quickly understand the surroundings. After going downstairs from the accommodation, it is the Squirrel Park, which has not only squirrels but also marmots. In addition to being able to observe the little squirrels up close, there are many amusement facilities in the park. The overall experience is very good! It is a good place for parent-child travel.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

GGuest UserThe homestay has well preserved the quaint exterior architecture of the ancient town. It has a good location, right in the middle of the scenic area. We booked a river view room, which can be opened to the scenery along the river. The owner of the small courtyard downstairs also raised a lot of koi. The children like to feed the fish very much, and the front desk lady is also very enthusiastic.
It's here that I can't help but complain about the hotel room. The facilities and environment are not very good. The central air-conditioning does not cool, and the noise from the air outlet is very loud. For people with poor sleep quality, it is really difficult to fall asleep. When I slept in the second half of the night, I didn't know why the TV suddenly lit up by itself. I got up and turned off the TV in a daze. In addition, the bathroom seems to be separated by a partition, and the sound insulation effect is not very good. The door of the bathroom is also broken and can't be closed. The sanitation is not very clean. When we checked in, we found that there were still a lot of hairs left by previous guests in the corner. Maybe the aunt didn't notice it when she was cleaning. I hope the boss can improve these details of the hotel in the future, so that the guests who stay later will have a comfortable stay environment and a good impression. The overall experience is average.
