"Facilities: complete
Hygiene: clean and tidy
Environment: The room is very big, and there are everything around the hotel, including convenience stores, pharmacies, eating places, coffee shops, and free parking.
Service: The attitude of the staff was good, but our check-out was postponed until 4 pm. The front desk guy also called to ask if we would like to extend our stay. As a result, the staff opened the door to the room at 2 pm, and we just happened to have it. It was quite embarrassing to see it when I came back from outside."

"The first time I came to Korla, I saw that this one was very close to me. The room was very big. What made my eyes bright was that he still had a sofa to be a bed. Just when my friend didn’t want to leave, he opened it and slept. It is recommended, the service facilities are very good, the hot water is very good,"
