The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering department is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement:
1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place;
2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed;
3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation;
4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened;
5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price;
6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion.

Nice hotel, because I have to bring my dog with me, I didn't compare the price with other hotels. Pet friendly, no deposit or extra fees required, of course, pay attention to dog hygiene and don't damage items.
The room is very nice, clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete and useful. The supplies are free and the charges are clear. Self-driving, there is a small yard at the door, there are not many parking spaces, but parking is very convenient. There seems to be an underground garage, but I haven’t experienced it yet.
The above hardware is good, but the software needs to be improved.
Breakfast is the highlight, highly recommended, suitable for all kinds of people, and the waiter service in the restaurant is also good.

BBob068The room layout is reasonable and fully functional. It is recommended to equip the room with a shoe horn for easy wearing of shoes. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the only drawback is that it is inconvenient to get in and out of the underground garage, especially since parking is too random on the access road at the entrance to the underground garage, which affects access. This experience is very bad! Hopefully the stay will be improved when we return next year. The front desk service was good and efficient.

Unfortunately I ended up quarantined and then having to move to a quarantine facility so the staff prepared a care package for me to take to the quarantine facility, including daily use items and snacks to get me through. 嘉琪 English name Carkey went above and beyond returning my training tickets and picking up things from the supermarket for me when I was initially quarantining at the hotel. She made sure that after my quarantine I could return to the hotel and use the nights I had booked and couldn't use. I highly recommend this hotel and want to sincerely thank the staff for their kindness towards me. Karen (罗洁雨）

GGuest UserThe hotel can do nanny-style laundry, grind coffee by itself, and send snacks and yogurt... The key point is that it is all free. The children like it very much, the mother is very worry-free, and the father is very satisfied! The service attitude is good, the staff are enthusiastic, and the environment is hygienic, comfortable and clean. I think this is a hotel with excellent value for money! I’m really satisfied, so it’s worth recommending!

AAnonymous UserMy parents were traveling by car during the summer. They were a group of four and requested to book an economical, clean hotel with breakfast, so I booked the Hanting Hotel in advance. I heard from my dad that the hotel room was big, clean and the breakfast was good. A suggestion to the hotel: First, fix the front desk's landline phone as soon as possible. I called more than 20 times the night before the reservation and couldn't get through. Second: Front desk staff must stop selling membership cards to the elderly for the sake of performance. This kind of promotion not only fails to reflect your abilities, but can only deepen customers' antipathy towards the brand.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the service was warm and thoughtful, and the cloth pads on the ground were provided for the suitcase, and the yogurt was given every day. The mask protection package was also given before leaving, which was very intimate. The lobby is large and bright, the breakfast style is rich in Chinese and Western food, cold dishes and hot dishes, few diners are clean, the property management of the state-owned enterprise Pearl Group, and there is a lively area to the north.

LLiuxiaosanlI often go to Lingbao recently, but every time I go, I will live here. The location is excellent, the parking is convenient, the breakfast is rich, and the opposite is eating, drinking and having fun. The most important thing is that the front desk is great. Every time I encounter it may not be the same person, but every front desk service is super good, and the room is upgraded for free. Your requirements can be met every time. Very satisfied.
