GGuest UserLOVE this place!!! Room is clean and spacious, the beddings ever so soft and comfortable. They fed us very well during our stay too!!! Love those little deco resembling the grass houses. So cute!! Look at the view we had at breakfast!!!
All staff speak very good English, all extremely attentive and sweet.
They give out free ramen and popsicles for late evening snacks and yogurt drinks around breakfast time too.
Very pleasant stay I must say. Would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

Excellent
WWang SoniaI made a temporary arrangement to go there a week before departure. Seeing that this accommodation experience was very different from ordinary hotels, I decided to take a gamble. I am really grateful for my choice! Take the Kono Bus and get off at Shirakawa-go (Ogimachi). Ask the staff at the tourist guide office to call the hotel and someone will drive to pick you up. It is very convenient and safe.
The entire building space is high, the environment is comfortable and there are open window views. The scenery is very beautiful both indoors and outdoors. The service is good and there are few tourists. Bathing in the hot springs, walking in the nearby snow and playing in the snow feel like a private area.
Most of the meals are locally produced and homemade, and the French dinner is very exquisite and delicious😋
Next time I want to come back in autumn and join a hiking group led by a local tour guide!

朱朱This hotel has a good location and good service. It provides dinner, rich dinner and good breakfast. It is 10 kilometers away from Shirakawa Township and is suitable for car hire. It's very convenient to drive to all the attractions in 15 minutes
