It’s a good hotel, the staff are attentive and helpful and the afternoon tea and happy hour (as part of the executive premium package) were great. Breakfast was standard but slightly less quality than some of the other Courtyard properties in Seoul but over it was a great stay. Would recommend it.

The facilities in the room are very good, and there is a wardrobe for disinfecting and ironing clothes. I recommend using it! The effect is very good.

WWai LynnThe hotel location, the cleanliness, the inroom facility all are good. The main dis-appointed thing was that when I was there, I had waited for the hotel check in process. I understood about the check in time. Most of the hotel helped us to check in as early as possible if there was an available room. The receptionist (Julia) I have been attached the photos, avoided anyone to proceed check in. She was not helpful and good minded staff.
When I was requesting her at 1 pm, she told me that I needed to pay early check in fee about 25% of room charges. Three minutes after she said (1.03pm), the another receptionist (if I was not wrong, Jay) helped us to check in. It meant that the previous staff Julia avoided to serve the customer.
At the time of check out, I again met with Julia again. Although I requested to leave my baggage at the reception. She asked us to go other places and requested for it.

GGuest UserThe room was huge, which was nice, but overall it was dark and didn't have any windows (motel?) There was a styler and a microwave, but I didn't use it. I was surprised that the bathroom trash can was full of trash, as if they had forgotten to clean it.
There were more outlets than I expected, but strangely they all didn't fit well into the holes, making it inconvenient to charge.
The location is close to Seohyeon Station, so it's nice that there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Parking is mechanical, but they provide valet parking.

We liked that the family floor was in the same floor has the family pool, gym and laundry room.
Location is about okay. 30 minutes away from the coex mall and 30 minutes away from the zoo so not too great but Awosome place to stay at above a small mall.

The room was spacious and comfortable.
Because it was winter, the floor was warm with an ondol heating system.
Some people might find it inconvenient that the bathroom is glass-walled.
There are many restaurants nearby, the city bus stop is nearby,
and the subway is also close by.
I think the location is great for people who have business in the area.
I didn't use it this time, but it seems there is a service that will take you to the limousine bus stop after you check out.

About ３ minutes walk from Sohyun Station. It is quite convenient near all facilities such as restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies in front of the station.
I was saved by walking to the limousine bus stop in about ５.
The room is a hotel that feels like a renovated love hotel that is common in Korea, and such a hotel has a large room and bathroom.
It is important to have a bathtub in winter. It was good that the toilet was unusually separate.
Twin room, but only １ wide 々 comfortable queen bed, １ was an ordinary single bed.
Basically, you can make bed every day, but you can't go out too late.
There is no amenities such as toothbrush and buy it at the front desk.
Water can be taken from the refrigerator at the front desk if it is insufficient with ４ books in the refrigerator.
The front desk correspondence is normal. I don't think Japanese is possible.
The basic room was hot even if I didn't have air conditioning, and the first day was so hot that I couldn't sleep.
It was just good to open the window a little from the second day and sleep.
I couldn't see TV once after all because I didn't know how to use it.
The best thing was that there was a styler permanently in the room. I used it every day.
Even if you open the window, there is no view on the wall.
Anyway, the location and the room size are good, so I would like to use it next time.
