"Hotel location is perfect. Walking distance to People’s Park (5mins), Bangkerohan (7mins), San Pedro Cathedral and Osmena Park (15mins). Nearby Mercury drug store which opens until 10pm. 24/7 McDo and Greenwich. 5min drive to Roxas Night Market. May jeep na dumadaan sa tapat ng hotel but most of the jeepney drivers don’t know the Gov Duterte St. mas familiar sa kanila ang Ilustre St. then walk towards to hotel which is 2mins lang. Lunch and dinner buffet is being offered, daming waiting.  Hotel is not recommended para sa maaarte. Luma na ang establishment at mahina ang toilet flush, no bidet. Provided ang pail and dipper.  Mahina din ang aircon but enough to make a room cool temperature.  No hair dryer and hand towel. Only body towel, soap and shampoo/conditioner are their toiletries. "The place is a good place to stay in Davao. It does not cost us much but we had a great and very comfortable stay. The place is nice and tidy, very quiet and staffs are all welcoming. We had a short city tour offered by the hotel and we enjoyed it. There are a lot of food chains and convenience store just walking distance so its really a convenient place to stay away from home."
