The location is very peaceful but the wall of each room is quite thin, so you can hear the noise in sometimes but overall is good

Good, the accommodation is quiet, clean, the service staff is very good, always smiling and greeting. But I went during the rainy season so I wasn't able to see the view in good weather. Unfortunately, the food is a set menu. I'd rather walk around and choose my own food.

(Some) employees give different importance to customers. The incident I encountered was that regular customers could not park their cars, but customers I knew or was close to could. I did not feel comfortable with the class division. Everything else was fine.

The hotel is clean, well taken care of, the breakfast is plentiful, delicious, there are outdoor activities to play such as paddel.
