The receptionists were very welcoming and even waved to say goodbye twice, which made me feel really appreciated. The room itself was clean and comfortable, so I was happy with the accommodation.
Unfortunately, I stayed in a dorm room and one of the guests (an indian) was inconsiderate. He made repeated phone calls during the night, including around midnight, and even talked with another guest while others were trying to sleep. This disrupted my rest, though the other guests were fine.
Overall, the hotel and staff were excellent, but dorm experiences can depend a lot on fellow travelers.
The location was superb, as it was within walking distance of both the night market and Pub Street. The staff's service and the breakfast were also excellent.
We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a convenient washing machine and dryer. The hotel has its own small swimming pool with a shallow water area for children. Next door is a bakery and breakfast shop. It is a five-minute walk from the bar street, and the location is very good. The service is OK. The only thing we are not satisfied with is that when we booked, the hotel asked through Ctrip whether we needed an airport pick-up car. We booked it, but no car came to pick us up. They said it was because a colleague resigned, but I don't know if it is true. My experience is that it is convenient and affordable to call a car by Grab, but the hotel charges are still much higher.

It's a little far from the bathhouse, but it's on a quiet street lined with simple shops. The neighborhood kids come here to play and the staff are very friendly. We stayed for 4 days. 🙇 It was great to have warm water 😀 If it had been summer, I would have liked to go swimming in the pool 🏊♀️
This is a great place to stay. Really nice hotel, comfortable and good sized rooms. Nice AC and fan. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s clean and the best location. We could walk to everything here very quickly and easily. We will be back and would stay here again no problem.
The staff at Titos were amazing. Very helpful, kind and helped us with renting scooters and recommendations.
Pros
- Amazing staff that are willing to help you with anything
- Cheap laundry next-door that will deliver to the hotel
- Price of the rooms were fair
- Pool is nice and seemed clean
- Easy walking distance to Pub Street
The rooms themselves were okay but there were a few minor cons
- My door facing the balcony had a gap in it which could let in bugs/mosquitos
- A/C didn't work that well in my room
- A mosque is nearby so you will hear the prayer calls throughout the day
- The room doors have slits in the design so bugs/ac air can escape/enter
If you want a decently priced hotel in a central location I recommend Titos
The hotel was exceptional! Cosy, spacious and clean, the highlight, however, has to be the extraordinary service provided by the staff, who always went the extra mile to ensure that we had a pleasant stay— a huge shoutout to Limon-Poe Tea, Sotha and Sokhunthea and many other staff for their exceptional care. The spa at the hotel was fantastic and the restaurant catered for vegetarian dietary options as well.
Spent 3 nights at this delightful, and affordable, hotel in the heart of Siem Reap.
The facilities and rooms were as one would expect for this 5 star hotel but what really made it shine was the friendliness of the staff for whom nothing was too much effort.
Most importantly, best cocktails we’ve had in 4 weeks in SE Asia!

GGuest UserA journey to the ancient world begins with this hotel. Already at the entrance you feel immersed in history and hidden secrets of the city. The hotel's design style takes you to the world of Indiana Jones. And the staff amazes with their attentiveness and love for guests. The hotel completely covers all needs - at the reception you can order a branded tuk-tuk with a carriage and a reliable driver for the whole day for an individual exploration of the temples. There are ready-made plans for visiting temples and interesting places for 3-5 days, or you can agree on your own individual plan for visiting the temples. The driver will have water and cold wet towels, which give an indescribable thrill during exploration and adventures in Angkor. At the hotel you can order a signature dinner with Apsara dances - it is not cheap, but the impressions are much more valuable! The hotel has a good location - the most tourist center, and everything your heart desires is within walking distance. After exploring the temples in Angkor, it is nice to relax all day by the pool, which is also decorated very beautifully and with elements of the ancient world. The water in the pool is crystal clear and cool. There are also clean showers and toilets next to the pool. The staff takes care of the pool with great love and care, so the beauty is in the details. Breakfasts are good and tasty. The only thing is that I would like to see more healthy food options on the menu. Around 5-6 in the morning, colorful and varied birdsong is heard outside the window. The bed is clean and luxurious, the towels are soft and changed every day, even if you leave the room closer to the evening. Bed linen is changed at a slight hint any day, if necessary. The pearl of the hotel is its staff. At the moment, they are the most caring and loving employees of the hotel. I would like to express special thanks to an employee named Nana for impeccable service and support in all matters. I really enjoyed being a guest of this hotel. I take with me the most pleasant memories of fantastic adventures in the ancient world, colorfully decorated by the hotel. Thank you!
AAnonymous UserLocation is good, just to the old market. Arrived at bus 8 Dollar + Tuk Tuk 1 Dollar from the new airport.
There is a motorcycle rental shop nearby.
There were only stairs, and I was on the 5 floor in Japan, so even if I bought a little, I ended up climbing the 5 floor stairs. I think that those with weak legs must give hope to the lower floors.
Also, the room is large, but the rain leaked or some of the room was wet, and the socks were wet without notice. I didn't change the amenities on the first day and asked them to change it, but here again, the stairs of 5 floors (tired) occurred.
2 On the day, cleaning and amenities were replaced, but the floor of the toilet was soaked that I didn't notice it and my socks got wet again.
As a result, I was washing it almost every day.
And the shower is quite wet.
Also, the steps on the stairs are not uniform, so it seems to kick.
However, if you don't say luxury, you can stay in a private room cheaply, so I think it will be a good stay if you divide it.
RReyJuI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Pub Street, where you’ll find plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as the night market and shopping area. It’s a great spot for anyone looking to experience the vibrant nightlife and local culture. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and well maintained, with great attention to detail from the housekeeping team. The service was excellent – staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is also perfect, very convenient and close to everything. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and easy access to the city.
BBrannan Mitchel-SlentzUnfortunately, while the location and service were excellent here, the amenities and cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired. We found baby roaches in the bathroom, the bathtub was moldy and didn't drain, and the walls had weird stains on them. The bed was perfectly made and neat, though, and the sheets seemed clean. There is a pool here, but the views leave a bit to be desired, and while they used to have a pool side bar, it appears to be permanently closed. The front desk got us some towels and went out and grabbed some beers for us to enjoy by the pool, so that certainly made up for it, but it wasn't quite the vibe I was hoping for. The location is incredible, being just a block away from the entrance to Pub Street, a couple blocks from the river and all of the amazing river side food stalls, but far enough away from all that as to not be too loud at night. They also were able to set us up with some very nice electric peddle-assist bikes that we were able to take at 4:30 am so we could make it in time for the Angkor Wat sunrise.
GGuest UserThe hotel was very central in Siem Reap, it was very easy to walk to the local markets, pub street etc, and public transportation was easily accessible as was so many options of excellent food in the immediate vicinity. The staff were incredibly friendly, their English was excellent(helpful as I speak no Khmer except to thank)
I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay again upon return to Siem Reap
LLucian HsingUpon arrival, air con in the room not working well, no cool air at all, so changed to another, but same, air con is not providing cool air but no choice so I took it. I believe the hotel side needs to check all air cons and have good maintenance of them, to make sure customer to have comfortable stay.
