A cozy hotel with amazing services. All (you need) in one (stay). My family just visit this hotel during the Khmer new year. The DJ & bar make sure all the vibes you could have to celebrate the new year, while the friendliness and hospitality are served thoughtfully with huge smiles. The food is surprisingly delicious. Yet, as a family group over 15 people, the cost is more than a good deal. Special thanks to the pink hat handsome boy who took our orders, the big-smile BBQ man, the generous madam (GM?), and all adorable staffs. Last but not the least, great thanks to Mr. POV who recommande and share this heavenly hotel to my family.

The hotel and staff were above excellent. I felt that the staff truly cared about their guests. The information from the staff is trustworthy and the English skills of the staff was very good. The rooms were very clean and the food was exceptional. The hotel is very close to Pub street and the room price is reasonable. I recommend this hotel.

Big sturdy 3* hotel. Old fashioned oak in bedrooms. A little run down but did the job. Like bathroom toilet roll holder very tarnished. Also bathrobes in wardrobe dirty with stains. Good choice for breakfast but same every day. Very good quiet location. 5 mins to walk over bridge to night market and pub street. My room at back of hotel so very quiet. Didn’t care I didn’t get a view. Just wanted quiet. They organised airport pick up and temple travel. Early take away breakfast was also given to me without asking for my 4:30am temple sunrise visit! Nice surprise. Overall good value for money in good location but needs some love.

The room was lovely and spacious with a big window. Couldn't fault the bedroom. However the bathroom definitely needed work. The underneath of the sink just constantly dripped so the floor was always soaking wet. We had to put the bathmat in the bedroom to wipe your feet on the way out of the bathroom. We were also on the side facing the pool and bar. On one night it was incredibly noisy, with some karaoke or something. I couldn't sleep and it was late. I'm not sure if it was the hotel bar or down the street. The staff were very friendly. There were always tuktuks outside ready to take you where you wanted. Pub street was a 15 min walk away but for about $1.50 you could take a tuktuk.

The hygiene is very good and the environment is quiet. There are many geckos and small frogs in the corridor, but there are no geckos indoors. Under the protection of geckos and small frogs, there were not many mosquitoes, and none of us were bitten. Small animals appear in the house every day, 😄. On the first day, it was a little golden tree frog, and on the second day, it was a cute little sparrow (it must have stayed with us for a night, and I heard the flapping of its wings in the morning. found). For hotel breakfast, you can order pasta, noodle soup, coffee and other foods from the menu. I didn’t see it on the golf course, so I don’t know where it is hidden. The gym is available and the kids go there every day. The swimming pool is not too big, suitable for guests who are not good at swimming. The hotel's tuk-tuk bus is free one way and costs US$3 for the return trip. Be sure to prepare extra US dollars in change in Siem Reap, everything is 1 yuan or 3 yuan. Bring visa or master card. Scan code payment is basically unavailable in China. Still a little behind.

We stayed the first time in Hotel Vellita Siem Reap- what a bliss! We felt home from the very first minute. A very warm welcome by the guest relations team Reaksmey/Kevin, lovely suite, great breakfast (excellent service and amazing food / choice). The pool is lovely to unwind and the gym well equipped. Will be back!

The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

Wonderful location! - just a short walk to the Old Market, Pub Street, Made-In-Cambodia Market, eateries and convenience stores. The hotel was clean and had a cocooned ambience that gave us respite after a day out in the heat. Our family suite was very spacious and well-appointed. What made the trip extra special was the attentive and friendly staff, in particular front desk manager Sakada who went out of his way to oblige our requests, made us smile with his great sense of humour, and even drove us to the airport for our flight back home!

I really enjoyed my stay at Kamreuk, they have lovely staff at reception as well as a cleaners who come and clean for you every other day. The place is beautiful and they have a big pool that is open all day and night. Mr Lee, the manager of Kamreuk, has been very accommodating to me and my friends throughout our stay and is always ready to help with things like getting our laundry done, sorting us with drivers if we needed and trips he was more than willing to help us with this. The rooms are big and clean and for the time we stayed it was very reasonably priced. There is a kitchen that I was able to use if I wanted to cook myself as well which helped when I didn’t want to go out and buy food. Would recommend this place highly to anyone that comes to visit Siem Reap and well as it’s other hotel Solitaire Damnak which is just as nice to stay at.
