Full smile and warm welcome greeting welcomed us when we arrived at the Hotel.
Although the Hote isn't big nor the facilities aren't full, necessary ones are all there and are compact, useful enough and placed nicely.
But out of them all, the most impressive thing is their hospitality.
Mis. Chet Somnang (her nick name is Lucky), a front staff is kind, friendly and perfect in achieving her assignment with her wonderful communication skill of English.
She answered to all of our questions and solved all our troubles in short time that made our stay more comfortable.
If there was any other chance to visit Siem Reap I would have no alternative than Memoire Siem Reap Hotel to stay.
Thank you so much, Lucky and all staffs of the Hotel.
Wow! Bravo!!! 🥳 This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at, across all my travels! 5/5 stars! Everyone here is amazing! The staff are wonderful! Daily housekeeping! The pool is clean and has a comfortable temperature. Despite a minor issue during check-in, they resolved it professionally! A huge thank you! The location is excellent, and it's quiet. There's a large supermarket and a 7/11 within walking distance. I highly recommend everyone to stay here, you won't regret it! And make sure to choose a room with a balcony or window on the side where you can catch the sunrise/sunset – it's an incredible sight!
A clean and well presented Hotel everything is on set with reasonably priced. All staff were very friendly and helpful and we were all happy and satisfied. Breakfast is good and pool is clean and safety for small kids. We stay for 3 nights and they also offer us on early check in and let check out with reasonable price.
I’m highly recommend!

A gem of a hotel, small but relaxing swimming pool, great welcoming staff and nice size rooms. The location is a little bit further to the city centre, but an advantage is that it leads to a shorter way to Angkor Wat. Excellent selection of breakfast with western and Khmer options. The only downsides are the mosquitos.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were pleased with the early check-in and the excellent service. We booked a tuk-tuk at reception for the same price. We traveled with an English-speaking driver named Soksan. We highly recommend him. We were very impressed.
I was blown away by the service at the Lotus Blanc Resort. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels in my life & this is easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at (tops some Four Seasons & Ritz Carlton’s.) The staff was so friendly & assisted us with anything we needed.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! The breakfast buffet included in our room price was also delicious.

CCocoa WongVery satisfied hotel, complete facilities, clean and tidy, excellent service, warm and thoughtful! recommend!
The hotel is very close to the airport and also provides pick-up service. Remember to contact the hotel in advance to confirm the flight and date and time. The hotel has everything to eat, drink and have fun. It is very suitable for people who like to go to the hotel. It is not far from here to Angkor Wat. It is very convenient to charter. The hotel is relatively quiet. It takes only ten minutes to take a taxi to Pub Street. , Because Siem Reap is already very small.
The hotel is very new, the lobby is grand, the rooms are exquisite, everything is cleaned everywhere, and the breakfast tastes good. It may be that there are not many guests during the epidemic, so a set meal is provided, but the taste is also very good.
I especially like the tea bar in the room. There is a lot of storage space. The bed is moderately hard and soft, but I don’t like the bathtub. It would be better to have a shower.
The hotel has a large space, you can walk around when you are full, the swimming pool is big enough, and the gym, restaurant and bar are also very spacious.
SStchThe owners of the hotel are really lovely, friendly and hospitable. Great service, good price and really well located. Will stay there again if I'm ever in town. Also saw other hotels in Siem Reap which were way more expensive but worse in quality. Highly recommend!
HHUANAccording to the design facilities & the price at the time of booking, the price/performance ratio is very high! The location is actually not difficult to find. In a small alley diagonally across from Sofitel, it takes only 2-3 minutes to walk out. Hotel service is warm and thoughtful, breakfast time is from 7:00Pm-14:00Pm! The TV in the living room is equipped with Bose stereo, and watching movies at night is a very enjoyable thing. In addition, the swimming pool is designed on the second floor, which is relatively small, but the water is really clean! The color is very similar to the natural shallow color, and it feels great to play with. The overall is very good, thank you Frank, the staff member who hosted me.
GGuest UserI stayed at The Palmery Hotel for about a week. The room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is a bit far from the Old Market, but if you take the TUKTUK it is about 5 minutes away. Downloading the Grab app is convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to rest in a calm environment. And the value for money is good.
And the best part is that the staff is very friendly. Every staff member greets you with a smile. Especially, the manager lady is very friendly and willing to discuss your trip with you. It felt more like coming home than coming back to the hotel. It made my trip to Cambodia much more enjoyable and I really appreciate it. I would definitely choose The Palmery Hotel again the next time I come back.
GGuest UserThis hotel was a little slice of paradise and the staff were angels. We were travelling with two young children (9 and 4) and the team here were so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to help us. They did anything and everything to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. They ordered us food, tuktuks, tours at the best prices possible.
The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL. It's a tiny jungle oasis in the city and the rooms are lovely... if we ever come back to Siam Reap, we will definitely be staying here!
SSachkoThe hotel is cozy, the room has an additional bath on the balcony)))) prices in the local restaurant are no more than in anchor wool, but $1.5-2 more expensive than on Rab Street
GGuest Usera bit away from town. Very sticky gym, probably haven’t been cleaned since the Covid time.
Saying that, staff were very friendly and helpful.. I did like the breakfast as the selection was almost intercontinental.
真真皮爸爸The hotel is really good, super value for money. A waiter will bring a welcome silk scarf to guests upon check-in. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the waiters are extremely polite and will greet you warmly. The room was large and clean. The bathroom is huge. The hotel has two swimming pools and occasionally shows in the evening. The best thing is breakfast, everything, delicious, various fruits, and change the taste every day. The powder soup is so delicious and highly recommended. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, Toyota Hiace is always on call, so considerate. Sudden cars stand by at the door of the hotel. Finally, to give everyone a little advice, the restaurant in the hotel is really good, the taste is particularly delicious, the price is not expensive, less than 100 per capita. We stayed for four days, ate at the hotel for two days, and ate outside for two days. It felt expensive and unpalatable outside. Anyway, everyone is here to go to Angkor Wat during the day, come back in the afternoon to have a beautiful meal in the hotel restaurant, and then make an appointment to have a massage, it's very cool. You don't have to drag your tired body to eat outside. After reviewing, let me give you a few pictures.
